Requirements :
1. Currently pursuing final semester (doesn't have classes to attend) or freshly graduated from Psychology or Human Resource Management major from a reputable university
2. Energetic, mobile, and fast learner
3. Have a great interpersonal and communication skill
4. Willing to work from office
5. Willing to be placed in Malang, East Java
6. Available to join as soon as possible
Job description :
- Sourcing candidates (Mitra Riders & Drivers)
- Assisting & coordinating mass recruitment process (high traffic every day)
- General administration duties
