Today, Luwes is expanding its business to stay relevant with the changing landscape of the retail industry, embarking on new endeavors to bring about larger impacts to the society.

JOB OVERVIEW:
At Luwes Department Store, we believe in continuously re-inventing ourselves in order to stay ahead of the game. Especially with the recent pandemic, it has only given us a new fresh push to undergo metamorphosis at the rate faster than ever before.
With that being said, we are looking for young bright talents to drive this transformation process working alongside the top and middle management.
We designed this program to prepare this newly founded team with all the learning necessary for them to be able to fill up key roles in just 2 years. In another word, this is an accelerated program allowing for high performers to climb up the organizational ladder in a fraction of the time.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
For the existing business: Identify business problems, design solution blueprints and drive implementation to completion
For the new business venture: Identify business opportunity, carry out market research, design business model and roll out pilot projects

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- All degrees are welcomed! We value diversity in this highly cross-functional team. However, we will prioritize the following degrees: Mathematics & Statistics, All Engineering and Computer Science.
- All GPAs are also welcomed! We believe that our interview process is rigorous enough to be able to distill the exceptionally outstanding ones from the ordinary ones.
- Must be highly mobile! Willingness to be stationed anywhere within the Central Java region. Plus, there will be monthly sync-up meetings in Jakarta. Don’t worry all transportation & accommodation cost will be covered.
- Enjoys fast-paced working environment! This program is for those of you who like working under stringent deadlines, cracking open challenging puzzles and having fun in a team setting along the way. THIS IS KEY!

Pendidikan :
- Semua jurusan, diutamakan S-1 Pendidikan Teknik Informatika / Komputer, S-1 Matematika, S-1 Statistik, S-1 Teknik Sipil
- IPK Minimal : 3
NOT COMPULSORY, BUT WILL BE COUNTED AS PLUS POINT(S)
- Ability to perform data query (MySQL, etc)
- Ability to operate statistical packages (Advance Excel, R, etc)
- Ability to put together data visualization dashboard (Tableu, etc)
