Tempo Scan Management Trainee is a platform for young talents to become future leaders in Tempo Scan Group. These best young talents would become key of company to ensure sustainability of business in the future. We have three cluster in these program: Operations, Sales and Finance.
Who We Are Looking For?
General Requirements:
1. Age maximum 24 years for S1 and 26 Years for S2
Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
2. Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Accounting and Finance
3. Fresh graduate / experience maximum 2 years
4. Willing to learn and to experience company business and management style from various positions and roles
5. Passionate about branch operational management (Operation)
6. Passionate about accounting, finance and tax (Finance)
7. Passionate about sales and marketing (Sales)
8. Have a knowledge about sales, marketing, consumer goods and consumer behavior (Sales)
9. Have a knowledge about logistics and distribution services, branch operational controlling, and Q&SHE (Quality & Safety Health Environment) (Operation)
10. Have a knowledge about financial audit procedure, financial statement and tax regulation (Finance)
11. Fast learner, proactive, Energetic, persistent and high achiever
12. Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong in leadership, business sense, problem solving skills, and digital literacy
13. Actively involved in organization activities
14. Excellent with Microsoft office and general computer skills
15. Able to drive a car or ride a motorcycle and have your own driving license category A and C (Sales)
16. Willing to be located in all of Indonesia
