1. Legal Commercial & Projects Officer

Location: CAP - Jakarta, Indonesia
JOB PURPOSE:
Review, check and process any legal matters in relation to operation and project to support the Company’s objectives and comply with the prevailing laws & regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Gather and process any information to resolve legal issue or complete legal document in relation to the Company’s operation and project matters to fulfill the Company’s needs and comply with the prevailing laws and regulations.
•Review and process any request of legal matters in relation to TSPD, Manufacturing, CNP and IT in order to support the Company’s objectives and comply with the prevailing laws and regulations.
•Gather and process the legal matters or documents of the Company’s projects which related to operation & production (including expansion) in order to fulfill the legal requirements and support the Company’s objectives.
•Real commitment towards OHS Management; ensure that employees under his/ her supervision are responsible for implementation of OHS Management, lead/ participate in OHS related key activities/ programs within the company.
General Requirements:
•Experience as supervisory level in manufacturing company, preferably in petrochemical, oil & gas or chemical company.
•Education: Minimum S1
•Experience: Minimum 5 years in legal position
Technical Skill/Ability:
•Able to draft and review contract or legal document, particularly in relation to procurement, construction, engineering, operation and commercial.
•Able to provide legal opinion/advice in accordance with the prevailing regulations.
•Demonstrative knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with government and/or commercial contract, administration, particularly contract negotiation, preparation and administration.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
•Fluent in verbal and written English.
Soft Skill/Ability: Good performance, behavior and discipline.
2. Business Development Analyst

JOB PURPOSES:
Analyze business opportunities, collaborate with company’s project team and other functions as well as external parties to conduct detailed feasibility studies, develop project, prepare investment proposals and propose strategic recommendations to management in order to increase company value through revenue growth, cost efficiency/ improvement, and sustainability
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Identify and analyse project opportunities with related stakeholders
•Conduct proof-of-concept study to verify the potential of selected project opportunity to enter next development phase
•Conduct detailed feasibility study of the approved concept to assess further the cost and benefit with more in depth analysis and accuracy
•Develop investment proposal (report and presentation) as inputs for management’s strategic decision
•Monitor the project execution of the approved investment proposal based on its approved budget, schedule, and scope of work
•Join cross-functional teams to ensure high quality and on-time project studies
•Commit towards i-STAR (integrity, safety, teamwork, accountability, respect) values
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
•2 years working experience in any petrochemical/ manufacturing companies, or public consulting firm with role in business/ project development, project planning/ controlling, marketing research is preferred
•Ability to conduct feasibility study and construct financial model for business cases
•Ability to conduct basic project management and financial analysis
•Fluent in English & Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Good communication and collaboration, ability to work cross functions
•Having growth mindset, eagerness to improve skills and knowledge
•This position will be placed in Head Office - Jakarta
