Job Review:
You will be part of the Non-Technology Recruitment circle and will get exposure to mass recruitment, handle administrative tasks, and learn the recruitment process.
Job description:
•Provide support in administering recruitment needs
•Manage applicants as they move through the applicant tracking system
•Screen resumes and application forms
•Arrange candidate's interview schedule with user or hiring manager
Qualification:
•Final year student or fresh graduate with major Psychology/Human Resource Management/related
•Preferably have experience as Recruiter intern
•Able to join as soon as possible and attend minimum of three months internship period
•Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
•Detail and result-oriented person
