1. Supply Analyst - Jakarta, ID

Position Summary

As a Supply Analyst, you will be responsible as market supply planning subject matter expert (SME), ensure that finished goods are available meet Customer demand, at the right stock location and with high Freshness, whilst minimizing Cost. This position specifically addresses cross-functional decisions on short term operational stock cover policy across BU/factories to deliver high level of COF at NiM level. For medium to long term horizon, identify, synthesize and implement Supply network and inventory strategy in order to constantly improve distribution. Provide leadership across all parts of the site/unit to enable staff to leverage systems and execution of daily/weekly/monthly supply planning processes as per recommended best practice.

A day in the life of...

- Define annual supply network strategy for all Business Unit and monitor adherence on monthly basis. Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirements at above Business Unit level for inter-Distribution Center movements and bring continuous improvements while delivering high levels of service 
- Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks of the right material in the right location
- Lead supply reviews with BU/factories to analyze exceptions and take business decisions (based on priorities or after arbitration) and to adjust planning results accordingly for right balance in stock and service at aggregated level (Food & Beverages). Inform market and zone stakeholders as necessary.
- Establish stock policies for Finished Goods by using unbundling tools and network strategy. 
- Periodically review the stock level of the domestic and imported products to pro-actively look for solutions in case of deviations. Align replenishment strategy for short term 1-3 months with Sales and O2C team as per stock outlook for fair-share distribution of products with supply constraints
Ensure training and coaching is provided to supply planners to help them take ownership of process and leverage available tools for efficient and effective planning. Drive internal and external benchmarking on Supply Planning Best Practices and performance.
- Challenge Manufacturing on regular basis to manage lot sizes/cycle times, Logistics on transit times and QA for standard release time to drive optimum FG inventory level. Also, challenge and support Demand Planners (Domestic and IMS) to improve Demand Planning Accuracy

What will make you successful

- A bachelor-degree holder (S1) with minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA from Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering major
- At least having 5 years experienced in related job 
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Detailed, persistent and organized
- Independent player and self-driven but able to work in a team 
- Able to manage multiple task independently under challenging deadlines
- Good Analytical, negotiation, communication and presentation skills

A day in the life of...

- Manage regular communication with farmers, farmers group and cooperative (Kelompok Usaha Bersama)
- Provide technical assistance to coffee farmers in coffee production and quality aspect
- Running green coffee direct procurement operation (Green Coffee Procurement from Farmers)
- Ensuring green coffee delivery meet with required quality level.

A day in the life of...

- Category Development Executive role is included in the Commercial Development Division. Reporting to the Category Development Lead, working closely with the Business Unit of Dairy, Coffee, Infant Nutrition, and Beverages as well as Sales division, Sales Controller, and Consumer Intelligence team.
- Define strategies and plans that deliver Category/sub Category growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements.
- Active involvement in driving sales part of category specific Monthly Business Planning process as per guidelines to meet category business objectives
- Work with Category Lead and Channel Lead to identify priority channels and recommend tailored Category Channel plans in line with overall market strategy
- Develop category specific agenda in priority channels based on consumer and shopper understanding to accelerate category growth
