Production Shift Supervisor, reports directly to the Production Manager and manage 1 production group in shift. The primary responsibilities include ensuring production operation running as per standard and demand with right quality, quantity, and optimum cost. Production Shift Supervisor also responsible for develop and create high performing teams.

Role and Accountabilities

•To ensure production operation running as per standard and demand, deliver finished products as planned at the right quality and quantity with optimum cost by using DaMaWay and develop team to create high performing teams by implementing management system ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, WISE², HALAL, OHSAS 18001, SMK3 PP 50/ 2012, NNE - Damaway) consistently.
•Ensure WISE impelementation runs well in are
•Ensure iCare impelementation runs well in area
•Ensure all material and finished good order meet target of time as planned on time at the right quality & quantity
•Ensure production runs effectively and efficiently
•Ensure the implementation of safety & food safety

2. CORPORATE DIGITAL AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

•Planning and Managing Narrative Communications in Digital for Danone Indonesia, both Waters & Specialized Nutrition Businesses Category align with Global, Business Units and General Secretary Priorities.
•Planning and Managing the messaging between local and national communications in digital that relate with corporate and One Planet One Health initiatives,
•Providing digital narrative for Danone-Indonesia and Cluster Business Units through strategic content plan, content creation and activity report in order to boost company reputation

Corporate Digital Communication,

•Lead and manage the deployment of the local digital communications strategy for Danone-Indonesia,
•Lead and manage all Danone-Indonesia Corporate social media, website and other digital assets,
•Managing and setting KPI of external agencies working under Digital Monitoring, Digital & Social Media •Performance Analysis, and Digital Amplification scope,
Lead internal campaign on how to use media social properly through campaigns,
•Strong Digital Connections and Cross Communications Platform in New Media/Channels,
•Build and manage strong relationship with digital key opinion leaders such as influencers, bloggers, and communities,
•Develop digital communication program to enhance company reputation and One Planet One Health mission,

Crisis Communications,

•Lead and manage strategic digital narrative and/or amplification for Danone Indonesia to protect company reputation during crisis situation,

3. HR TRANSFORMATION STRATEGY & ARCHITECTURE MANAGER

Job Function

•The Transformation Strategy & Architecture Manager, reports directly to the Business Transformation Director/Head. The primary responsibilities include work collaboratively implementing business transformation strategies, redesigning, redeploying, and includes implement communication plans that maximize employee adoption while minimize resistance to change. In implementing the projects and change plan, the incumbent fluently use the Danone project and change flow processes. This individual will focus on the long term business objective attainment, while balancing the people side of the change. Upon closure of the project incumbent do measuring the analytics of the behaviors necessary to adopt changes within both Danone Water or Special Nutrition organization. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes

Role and Accountabilities:

•Provide people data analysis, impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Exhibit expertise in organizational change management and organizational design, as well as having passion to drive Transformation program and supporting initiatives. Work collaboratively with the multiple teams, global and local. Support organizational design toward efficient, effective operations monitoring, management and supporting technology processes.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and orchestrate overall transformation approach and architecture to facilitate the implementation of local business unit/ regional (country)/ global initiatives for positive business impact
Interpret changes in business strategy/ objectives and propose organization design architecture (design principles, structure model, people & capability gap analysis) to ensure alignment and enablement of business growth
•Assess scope of the operational changes that will occur within the transformation program
Identify all stakeholders who will be affected by the change
•Understand the impact of these changes on each stakeholder group and proactively identify the potential risks proposing the necessary mitigation.
•Work closely with other functions/ departments in transformation project ideation, inception, and execution; including managing multiple stakeholders locally and externally, and ensuring change ownership and on-time on-budget project delivery.
•Responsible for planning, executing and monitoring transformation projects; including managing multiple stakeholders locally and externally and ensuring change ownership and on-time on-budget project delivery.
•Drive cross-functional cooperation – manage stakeholders and interdependencies; pull in and work with relevant local business unit/ regional/ global stakeholders as required.
