1. CRM MANAGER

ABOUT THE JOB
 
MM CRM is responsible for developing brand neutral CRM programme to ensure we provide relevant & timely engagement with consumer across lifecycle. Working with the brand teams (who are responsible for content), this role is responsible for penetration and retention of consumers within brand CRM programme, ultimately driving brand penetration across the consumer journey

ABOUT THE ROLE:

•Developing CRM backbone program to best engage with consumer
•Mapping between consumer interest level to topic that relevant and define how the brand connection during in specific time of consumer journey
•Ensure the implementation of CRM program to the right channel (email, whatsapp, SMS, mobile apps, etc) in the timely manner
•Develop brand club membership programme (KlubBundaSGM, BebeClub, & MyNutriClub) that deliver market leading, need based service programme based on each brand consumer profile
•Build first party database
•Develop CRM acquisition program in digital and conventional channel such as website enhancement journey to lead web traffic to conversion, partnership with ecommerce or publisher, etc
•Ensure acquisition program and plan in place and running timely to achieve acquisition KPI
•Ensure high quality data acquisition from all touch point onboard in CRM system
•Set-up and ensure systemized monitoring of all CRM programs, ensuring KPI’s in place for all programs
•Data driven journey management

ABOUT YOU:

•Affinity with FMCG/ Food/ Pharma Environment
•Experienced CRM & Digital Marketing,
•Experience working with CRM or Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce.com/Adobe Campaign, etc
•Experience in leading project related to CRM that involve multiple third parties from creative agency to technology partner
•Strong experience or affinity with Consumer Insight management preferred
•Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience

2. EBUSINESS CAMPAIGN MANAGER

ABOUT THE JOB

As a part of the eBusiness team under Digital Transformation department, this role is focusing on translating brand campaign to ebusiness touch point basis on the the consumer profile of the platform. eBusiness Campaign Manager is responsible for:

•Design campaign idea align with brand campaign in ebusiness touch point
•Design campaign idea during account big campaign such as Anniversary campaign, Online Shopping Day (9.9 – 12.12)
•S1/Bachelor in marketing or other relevant business major
•5+ years working experience in digital marketing, ever handling brand campaign in digital channel
•Having working experience in ecommerce industries and handling campaign management
•Have experience in FMCG industries or handle FMCG client
•Possess strong marketing and ebusiness knowledge in order to be able to develop disctintive and high impact conversion campaign
•Possess strong Digital knowledge in Campaign Management, have a good understanding of Performance Media, and familiar with Ecommerce •Marketing Solution
•Possess strong understanding in project management
•Possess strong analytical thinking towards campaign optimization
•Possess understanding in brand strategy

As a part of the Digital Transformation team, this role is focusing on unlocking ebusiness opportunities to drive the acceleration of online sales growth. eBusiness Marketing Manager is responsible for:

Development and management of ebusiness marketing strategy to grow traffic, unlock search, increase conversion, and drive engagement on the e-business platform such as, but not limited to, ecommerce pure player, brick to click, medtech, e-pharma, and publisher.
Seek untap opportunities in area of ebusiness such as affiliate marketing and always ahead of new inovation introduce by ebusiness platform

•Possess strong marketing and ebusiness knowledge in order to be able to develop an in-depth and comprehensive ebusiness digital strategy that will support and drive the business strategy success.

4. DATA ENGINEER

ABOUT THE JOB

Data engineers are responsible for finding trends in data sets and developing algorithms to help make raw data more useful to the enterprise. Mainly tasked with transforming data into a format that can be easily analyzed, developing, maintaining, and testing infrastructures for data generation and work closely with data scientists

Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture and actively participate in design and data model reviews providing constructive feedback to platform owners

Ensure changes to the data environment are compliant to the architectural standards and collaborate with data governance owners to uncover and define business requirements

Data Engineering,

Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.

Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and Azure or AWS ‘big data’ technologies.

Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.

Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.

Keep our data separated and secure across national boundaries through multiple data centers

Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.

Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems

ABOUT YOU

•Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field
•5+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role
•Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
•Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets.
•Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
•Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
•Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
•A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.
•Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable ‘big data’ data stores.
•Strong Agile project management and organizational skills
•Experience with big data tools: Hadoop v2, Spark, Kafka, Hive, HBase etc.
