1. Account Receivable Manager

In this role, you will do:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the accounts receivable team,
  • Works with any and all personnel to assure timely and accurate invoicing, pricing and collections,
  • Perform solvency checks, establish, assess & manage credit limits,
  • Managing trade terms claims from customers, Customer payment out & DTO management,
  • Delivering GMI & Local AR KPI's target,
  • Managing the monthly AR closing process,
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of reporting & analysis,
  • Ensuring proper internal control are in place to safeguard company assets,
  • Managing and streamlining collection process,
  • Leading monthly Order to Cash Meeting,
  • Coordinate and lead key continuous improvement projects across all levels of the organization,
  • Continuous people development in the team.

2. eBusiness Campaign Manager

As a part of the eBusiness team under Digital Transformation department, this role is focusing on translating brand campaign to ebusiness touch point basis on the the consumer profile of the platform. eBusiness Campaign Manager is responsible for:
  • Design campaign idea align with brand campaign in ebusiness touch point
  • Design campaign idea during account big campaign such as Anniversary campaign, Online Shopping Day (9.9 – 12.12)
  • S1/Bachelor in marketing or other relevant business major
  • 5+ years working experience in digital marketing, ever handling brand campaign in digital channel
  • Having working experience in ecommerce industries and handling campaign management
  • Have experience in FMCG industries or handle FMCG client
  • Possess strong marketing and ebusiness knowledge in order to be able to develop disctintive and high impact conversion campaign
  • Possess strong Digital knowledge in Campaign Management, have a good understanding of Performance Media, and familiar with Ecommerce Marketing Solution
  • Possess strong understanding in project management
  • Possess strong analytical thinking towards campaign optimization
  • Possess understanding in brand strategy
  • Possess strong communication skills in order to leading cross functional groups and external agencies

3. HRBP Manager - East (Yogyakarta)

In this role, you will do:
  • Strategic Talent Mapping and Development
  • Liase with leaders of each division to plan internal and talent rotation and and employee movement within and across division, including vertical and lateral movement and temporary assignment
  • Source and recruit potential candidates of respective division to ensure fulfilled human resources need for level L10 and below
  • Liase with Talent Development team to maximize the opportunity for international assignment for the top talent
  • Ensure the objectivity of performance review and talent review assessment by guarding the calibration in each respective function
  • Ensure the assessment of talent review and performance review are well-translated into talent development and rewards plan
  • Maintain Srandar Costing Price (SCP) in all talent management activities as per planned
  • Business Partner and Stakeholder Management
  • Manage two-way communication with the Directors and all N-1 to ensure all HR agenda are well translated and aligned with the business objectives
  • Support and promote employee gathering, social dialogue, and townhall, as a way to address and gather any HR issues to all employee
  • Execute Danone People Survey and deliver clear communication of the result to respected Business Partner, as well as drives the follow up action to address the concerns
  • HR Policy, Procedure, & Daily Operation
  • Liase with all division to comply with endorsed HR Policy and Procedure during all HR activities for the compliance initiatives and audit pusposes (DANGO, FSI, WISE, etc)
  • Manage and execute all HR daily operation in liaison with HR CBS Team such as new salary calculation, payroll data submission, new employee onboarding and induction
  • Effective Organization Strategy
  • Drive and execute effective organization strategy by liasing with leaders of related function and HR CBS Team
  • Leadership and People Management
  • Manage team performance and cascade down business objectives through KPI goal setting and achievement, and training and development
  • Performance Management review and calibration
  • Build self-career and development roadmap with N+1 and HRBP
To be successfull in the role, you would need to be:
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Psychology, Economic, or relevant Technical major
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant working experience
  • Has exposures on organization effectiveness, change management, competency development and learning, performance and change management, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Good with detail, keen, able to work under pressure working in a team

4. FIXED ASSET SUPERVISOR

In this role, you will do
  • Perform day-to-day Insurance related activities in accordance with Group Insurance rules and cluster recommendations.
  • Perform day-to-day Fixed Assets accounting activities in accordance with the Group accounting policies & procedures, and local regulations. These activities may include: creation/capitalization, write-off/disposal, impairment, transfer, depreciation, etc
  • Intiate and monitor fixed asset stock taking
  • Maintain fixed asset register across CBUs
About You
  • To be successful in this role, you would need to be:
  • Bachelor in Accounting or other Business related fields or related experience
  • At least 2 years experience of managing company fixed asset
  • MS Office, Project Management, Strong analytical thinking, Good interpersonal relationship, Detail oriented
  • Having Fixed Asset knowledge
