1. IT Governance

The Day-to-Day Activities

•Conducting action workout sessions with process stakeholders, facilitating brainstorming sessions to identify gaps and chart out an improvement action plan.
•Collect data on various metrics to create performance baselines and implement them across organizations, monitor the usage of performance baselines, and identify action plans to improve baselines.
•Identify the best process to be mapped with the system to improve the productivity of the team.
•Execute large-scale projects to improve project delivery throughput by improving process capability and reducing cycle time.
•Work directly with internal process owners and Team Leads and project teams to drive process improvement projects within their areas of responsibility.
•Develop guidelines for process improvement initiatives
•Identify the parameters to track process improvements and create monitoring criteria. The parameters can include input and output criteria, training, testing, methodologies, reviews, etc.

The Must-Haves

•Bachelor or Master Degree in IT, Engineering, or relevant
•At least 5 years of experience in Project Management working with across multiple business units stakeholders.
•Background from consulting company
•Strong process improvement experience
•Experience in data analytics, using Excel, Tableau and understanding SQL

2. Legal Counsel

The Day-to-Day Activities:

•Provides legal assistance and support country operations, administration and verticals on various litigation matters.
•Attend before the court, build good relation with regulators and authorities.
•Assists in efforts to ensure that the business remains in compliance with the applicable legislation.
•Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authorities etc.), creating relations of trust.
•Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
•Interfacing as necessary with other business support teams within the Group, such as finance, tax, accounting, and human resources;
•Researching legal issues and drafting memos as appropriate;
•Providing legal and regulatory guidance on the products (design and modification), proactively identify associated risks and recommend mitigation strategies, review product user experiences to ensure legal compliance and proper disclosures.
•Advising on and drafting, review, interpretation and vetting of any related operational and commercial contracts, corporate exercises, services agreements, regulatory, transactions, and other legal documents relating to the company’s business;

The Must-Haves:

•A recognized Degree in Law.
•Have 4-5 years working experience, mix law firm & in-house.
•Well experience in handling litigation case (criminal, civil, labour or competition law cases) is mandatory.
•Having additional experience in contract review and willingness to do and learn corporate commercial work .
•Ability to write and speak in English.
•Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.
•Knowledge and understanding of (i) civil and criminal law, (ii) employment law, (iii) anti-trust, (iv) e-commerce, IT and payment regulations.- Versatility.
•Outstanding communication skills both in English and Bahasa.
•Having a Peradi advocate license is mandatory.

3. Associate, Partner Engagement

The Day-to-Day Activities

•Accountable to create a plan and monitor the implementation from the plan
•Accountable for partner on-boarding, quality assurance, loyalty and retention
•Support City Manager to ensure high retention rate & increase GMV Rides and loyalty Driver
•You will make sure our level of service quality to both driver and Customer side is in exceptionally good stage to minimize complaints
•You will manage cost effectiveness/ efficiency against result
•You will drive for communication activity & engagement with the drivers
•You will make an impact by guarding our partner drivers performance
•You will develop strategy and engage with driver community to innovate and maintain supply
•You will support operations and all activities from other verticals that will impact to company business

The Must-Haves

•Minimum 2-3 years of primary experience in sales, partnership, customer relations role
•Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and good command in English
•Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word

4. Associate, GrabExpress Marketing

The Day-to-Day Activities:

•You will support and manage the development marketing campaigns/initiatives, to achieve the desired business and brand objectives ; Mostly growing users and maintain loyalty
•You collaborate with multiple supporting marketing functions and teams (Creative, Paid Media, Social Media, Own Media, Event, PR, etc.)
•You will lead APP marketing activities related, but not limited to GrabExpress new services & features
•Support and assist in creating weekly and monthly report of business performance and campaign evaluation, also provide recommendation for next actions to Marketing Lead
•Responsible to provide category and competitive analysis on a regular basis to help the team understand better the current business environment

The Must-Haves:

•Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
•At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field such as Marketing/Communications
•Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary

5. Data Analyst

The Day-to-Day Activities 

•You will work with large data sets and derive business recommendations through compelling statistical evidence-based research and visualization.
•Run SQL queries, provide reports or updates
•Define key metrics to evaluate the health of our business teams & programs
•Discover & drive program initiatives through data driven recommendations and partner with cross-functional teams to implement/launch them
•Manage data models to bring order and insight to complex data sets
•Leverage existing Python abstractions and/or other visualization tools to design and develop new user-facing tools & dash-boarding systems to empower partner teams
•Communicate findings from data and analyses to stakeholders, influencing them to make the best decisions possible
•Design market intelligence metrics and performance measurement dashboards for GrabFood
•Develop frameworks to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, mine data, deliver recommendations, and assess impact of proposed solutions
•Perform analysis & research plans to support decision making process
