1. Account Management Lead, GrabFood Manado

The day-to-day activities:

•Supervise account management team to maintain and develop merchant partner business in our platform
•As business advisor to our merchant partner especially top brand local in how they grow their business on online platform, especially in GrabFood platform
•Set monthly & daily target for each of account management team and track their achievements
•Training & coaching all of account management team to develop their soft & hard skill that will bring good impact to our business performance
•Ensure our merchant partnership especially top merchant participate in our GrabFood campaign, especially national campaign 

The must haves:

•Minimum of 2+ years of sales business development, account management or operations
•Experienced in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience)
•An exceptional track record of driving revenue through partnerships
•Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment
•Proficient in English is a plus
•Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular
•Comfortable to work using laptop and internet
•Great communication and negotiation skills
•Location in Manado

2. API Integration Technical Specialist

Key responsibilities:

•Perform various technical supports (i.e. technical issue resolution, system configuration etc.) to our GF/GM merchants/API Partners throughout the API Integration process and BAU
•Perform escalation to our regional product teams and engineers in case of any issues/errors that occur throughout the integration process and BAU
•Provide analytical support to evaluate issue patterns and provide API Integration insights for GrabFood and GrabMart
•Support GF/GM merchants/API Partners at various stages of the API Integration process this includes development, staging testing, pilot rollout etc.


•Bachelor (and/or) degree preferably in Information Technology, Information System, Analytics, Business Management, or Engineering
•2-5 Years experience in Tech Startup Industry/Tech Consulting would be an advantage
•Experience in API Integration Projects would be a strong plusAbility to consistently perform comfortably under pressure in a dynamic, ultra-fast paced environment
•Detail oriented. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
•Strong ability to communicate on both technical and business ops language
•Language proficiency in English and Bahasa will be highly preferred.

3. Budget Analyst

The Must Haves

•Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business/Other quantitative major
•1-2 years of work experience in cost control/financial planning/accounting/business strategy/finance business partner. 
•Fresh graduates with a strong academic background (min GPA 3.4) from reputable universities or have an internship experience are also welcome.
•Proficient in Ms Excel is a must as well as Word and PowerPoint.
•Basic understanding of the profit and loss (P&L) concept. 
•Having a fundamental concept of finance & accounting would be a plus.
•Able to manage multiple stakeholders across various levels of seniority
•Able to work independently and as a team with high level of attention to detail
•Have a high sense of business ownership and critical thinking
•Comfortable with numbers and large volume of data, including coping with the agility of start-up business environment
•Good English communication skill

4. Business Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

•Responsible for leading and executing ways to use data, to measure and analyse business and operations performance for GrabFood/GrabMart Indonesia
•Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive on core issues and use our data to find answers.
•Provide analytical support on strategic business and operational projects, using big data to tackle the toughest challenges for the business. Lead operational reporting activities, monitoring key metrics and alerting operational managers on potential issues
•Lead business automation projects to streamline manual processes and automate reporting
•Design reports and performance measurement dashboards supporting GrabFood Indonesia’s strategic operational projects


•Bachelor (and/or) degree and fluent in Bahasa and English preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Economics or Engineering
•Experience in business, strategy and/or tech consulting would be an advantage. Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL and data visualisation using tools like Tableau and Power BI
•Experience using Python, R or other tools for statistical analysis is a strong plus.
•Experience using Big Data technologies (Presto, Spark, PySpark) is a strong plus.
•1-2 years experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or Data Science role, preferably in an Internet or 'Direct to Consumer' company with large, complex, high velocity data
•Effective communicator to both technical and business audiences and passion about solving problems – possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration.
•Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environment

5. Cash Collection Specialist

The day-to-day activities:

•Audits: Develop and conduct audits procedure, to ensure all the processes involved always adhere to the SOP and prevent frauds taking place.
•Reporting: Conduct and train team and 3PL to provide daily and monthly cash opname. 
•Ensure that the report is always accurate and accountable.
•Expansion: Will be the leader to support expansion needed in operation. 
•Have a strong drive, backed up with analytics to ensure the business can expand effectively and efficiently.

The must haves:

•Strong leadership and hands-on attitude.Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a e-Commerce or FMCG.
•Experienced in transport & courier management.Experience cash management & control process.
•Willing to travel, especially in Jabodetabek to support expansion and conduct audits.
•Savvy in using MS Office.
•Experience in using WMS/TMS/SAP.

6. Commercial Associate, GrabExpress

The Day-to-Day Activities

•Maintaining and updating customer records
•Assisting sales team in handling client management, by introducing the general product, documenting the agreements, and other administrative task, if required
•Preparing the sales related documents and liaising with different teams, eg: legal, etc
•Compiling and organizing sales related documents records
•Weekly reporting and analyzing for the sales teams to prioritize the leads
•Contributing in customer success special projects to drive business growth.
•Supporting team to meet quarterly ride targets & tracking of sales budget spend & business performance.
•Be extremely organized, and bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
•Be comfortable with data and adept in using tools for data preparation (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), and comfortable with data.

The Day-to-Day Activities

•Creating strategy for Central Java with Leader based on local insight including data analysis and following national direction
•Creating campaign implementation plan across vertical including budget, execution and post campaign report (Project Management)
•Plan, execute, monitor and evaluate campaign / activities that you created
•Create weekly Report of cities performance, evaluation campaign and next action item and reported to Marketing Lead, City Manager Ops, Marketing Manager, Head of Department
