Grab (sebelumnya dikenal sebagai GrabTaxi) merupakan salah satu platform layanan on demand yang bermarkas di Singapura. Berawal dari layanan transportasi, perusahaan tersebut kini telah mempunyai layanan lain seperti pengantaran makanan dan pembayaran yang bisa diakses lewat aplikasi mobile.

Pada awalnya, Grab didirikan di Malaysia, sebelum kemudian memindahkan kantor pusat mereka ke Singapura. Saat ini, Grab telah beroperasi di Asia Tenggara (kecuali Laos dan Brunei). 1. Creative Intern


- Assist Graphic Designer with design of promotional web graphics, surveys, flyers, banners, posters, invitations and other advertising and marketing materials as needed
- Assist with other graphic design needs as needed

Skills and attributes expected to have:

- Graphic design major or enrolled in a related degree program
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills
- Knowledge of digital media software: Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and other graphic design software
- Knowledge of video editing software: iMovie, Final Cut, or Windows Live Movie Maker is a plus

The must haves:
  • Minimum of 2+ years (for account manager role) of sales business development, account management or operations

3. Head of Government Affairs

Job Overview

Head of Government Affairs will be responsible to oversee public affairs activities and engagement with territory/provincial level government, police, military across Indonesia. The role holder will ensure stable and conducive business environment, as well as in charge of building and managing public stakeholders at regional level. Head of Government Affairs will be an optimum contributor to the success of Grab business when he/she is able to ensure that Grab business can operate smoothly with no/minimum disruption from relevant stakeholders and with support and endorsement from local Government entities.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Design territory level engagement strategy through series of stakeholder & interest mapping.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on assessment of business impacts
  • Support the achievement of main OKRs from business such as growth, profitability and revenue uplift by advocating supportive policy
  • Extend national flagship programs to hyperlocal initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance to PA Territory managers on effective engagement & professional growth 
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders, including but not limited to Heads of Regional Government (Governor/Mayor), Heads of Transportation Bureaus, Regional Military and Key Police Officers.
  • Collaborate with the overall PA Team for corporate objectives alignment, trouble-shooting, and communications purposes. 
Qualifications and Skills
  • Extensive regional network with Government entities, local authorities, military, police forces, and other crucial stakeholders in the designated area;
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from a reputational university. Master's would be an advantage
  • Ability to build new relations and manage existing relations with Government officials;
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently;
  • Ability to clearly structure stakeholder & issue mapping and derive solutions.
  • Ability to derive clear strategy from complex dynamics and win buy-ins from internal & external stakeholders. 
  • Good social and communications presence.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Previous experience working with Government or Government projects is an advantage.

4. Software Engineer, Mobile (Android)

  • Design, code, and debug applications with minimal oversight and direction
  • Incorporate user feedback to improve software design and function
  • Review product requirements, provide feedback, and contribute to project planning activities
  • Contribute to and maintain engineering documentation
  • Develop unit test and module simulation strategies for software validation
  • Participate in build and test automation and other efficiency improvement initiatives

  • The People & Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with key stakeholders and employees in designated business functions. Provides People expertise and counsel to management covering a full range of HR disciplines including organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, career development, compensation and workforce planning.
The day-to-day activities: 

Key responsibilities and scope include, but not limited to:
  • Advisor and Change Agent Serve as an advisor to management on people-related matters
  • Assess and anticipate people-related needs, Uses a consulting approach with line managers and team to bring about positive impact in grabber experience, engagement and outcomes
  • People Development and Deployment Collaborate with business on people-related initiatives to develop a people-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, team-work and high performance

  • Partner across HR to deliver integrated solutions (Talent Acquisition, Rewards, POD, People Services)
