Grab (sebelumnya dikenal sebagai GrabTaxi) merupakan salah satu platform layanan on demand yang bermarkas di Singapura. Berawal dari layanan transportasi, perusahaan tersebut kini telah mempunyai layanan lain seperti pengantaran makanan dan pembayaran yang bisa diakses lewat aplikasi mobile.

Pada awalnya, Grab didirikan di Malaysia, sebelum kemudian memindahkan kantor pusat mereka ke Singapura. Saat ini, Grab telah beroperasi di Asia Tenggara (kecuali Laos dan Brunei). Grab merupakan startup "decacorn" (sebutan untuk startup yang memiliki valuasi perusahaan sebesar US$10 miliar) pertama di Asia Tenggara.

Di Indonesia, Grab melayani pemesanan kendaraan seperti ojek (GrabBike), mobil (GrabCar), taksi (GrabTaksi), kurir (GrabExpress), pesan-antar makanan (GrabFood), dan carpooling (GrabHitch Car). Saat ini Grab tersedia di 125 kota di seluruh Indonesia, mulai dari Banda Aceh - Aceh hingga Jayapura - Papua.

1. Associate, Content Operations

Get to know the Role:
  • As the “Business Process Experience” in Operations team, your job to ensure all activities
  • related to input merchant information to system is accurate and within agreed SLA.
The day-to-day activities:
  • Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
  • Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements
  • Review and rate content ops day to day proces using the prescribed quality guidelines
  • Explore, analyze and aggregate data sets to provide actionable information
  • Create intuitive visualizations to convey these results to key stakeholders
  • Facilitate calibration meetings to ensure consistent understanding of guidelines and process in content ops
  • Continuously learn and update oneself on the latest product and process
  • Able to create query and SQL languages and present data smoothly to support operations teamโ€™s daily monitoring process
The must haves:
  • 3-6 years of experience as a hands-on Process Excellence / Experience
  • Good stakeholders management skills

3. Intern - Sales Admin Support

Get to know our Team

The Sales Admin Support (AA) is under JABO Merchant Operations Team who is responsible for onboarding administration related job including following up with our Field Agents to complete the document submissions, input potential customers via tool such as Sales Force, track the onboarding progress, and reporting on statuses (including building these reports/ trackers).

Get to know the Role

We are looking for Sales Admin Support to GrabFood/GrabMart acquisition. We believe a successful candidate has strong analytical thinking process, able to operate excel/google sheet , and has good coordination skills. He/ she should be familiar with manipulating data/ excel sheets!

Day-to-Day Activities
  • Help Field Agents to track the progress of acquisition
  • Lend support in listing potential merchant/marts onto our platforms 
  • Lend support in helping merchants to onboard such as calling the merchant partners, connecting with other departments in order to expedite the process etc.
  • Create weekly reports/ updates on onboarding progress and acquisition
  • You are accountable for data processing and data privacy
The Must Haves
  • You have the Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility required to work at Grab
  • Superb, if you are equipped with knowledge regarding sales onboarding processes
  • You have great attention to detail (especially manipulating data and excel tools) and able to work carefully with less supervision
  • Itโ€™s a bonus if you have experience in doing sales/communication related job (including call centers)
  • You perform well under targets (e.g. listing and onboarding 1-2 Merchants per day)
  • You have ability to persuade/present products/ explain processes to potential customers

4. Creative Intern

Responsibilities:

- Assist Graphic Designer with design of promotional web graphics, surveys, flyers, banners, posters, invitations and other advertising and marketing materials as needed
- Assist with other graphic design needs as needed

Skills and attributes expected to have:

- Graphic design major or enrolled in a related degree program
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills
- Knowledge of digital media software: Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and other graphic design software
- Knowledge of video editing software: iMovie, Final Cut, or Windows Live Movie Maker is a plus
- WordPress experience
- Energy, with a desire to come up with fresh ideas

5. City Manager, Depok & Bogor

City Manager under Transport team is responsible for maintaining sustainability of GrabCar and GrabBike business in Jabodetabek

This includes collaborating with various other teams such as Business Development, Supply Management, Marketing & Partnerships, Public Affairs, Economics, Product/Tech, etc and driving initiatives to achieve key targets such as revenue, profitability, and market share targets

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Drive initiatives to increase revenue together with Marketing and Bus Development team
  • Analyze market and customer target and define areas to target
  • Provide input for Financial Planning team to derive quarterly targets
  • Responsible to achieve target revenue and profit target given at the beginning of each quarter
  • Monitor operational metrics using Tableau and/or PowerBI to check daily & hourly trend (in real-time basis) to see if there is anomaly and investigate & troubleshoot operational issues accordingly 
  • Troubleshoot operational issues related to Driver complaints (e.g. App issues, payment errors, etc) or Customer experience (e.g. bookings related issues)
  • Liaise with Product/Tech team and other relevant teams for feature improvement (e.g user booking flow, routing changes, etc)
  • Implement operational changes utilizing backend system (e.g. price changes, service changes)
  • Analysis: Extract raw data and process it using available tools such as Holistics, C360 or SQl/Pyhton or excel
  • Maintain relationship with external stakeholders e.g. local government officials, business partners
  • Manage on-ground teams to execute sales or acquisition projects to achieve certain targets
  • Develop internal SOPs to maintain efficiencies
  • Develop a pipeline of prospects which are systematically qualified, managing the decision making process with allocated accounts to ensure sales prospects are close
Requirements:
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Top University
  • Engineering / Finance / Business Management background would be ideal
  • SQL or Python or other queries capability is a plus
  • Advanced in Excel and powerpoint is a must
  • Prior experience in technology sector is a plus
