1. Associate, Driver Acquisition & Engagement, GrabWheels

Get to know the Role:

The company is at a pivotal point in its development, growing rapidly, and plans to hire an Associate, Driver Acquisition. This role will work cross-functionality within our Operations team guiding the development of every element of the driver platform including driver recruiting, on-boarding, scheduling, optimization, retention & engagement

The day-to-day activities:

- Supervise the day to day operation of acquisition and engagement 
- Closely monitor the acquisition to reach the target daily of B2D and B2B business through different channel of acquisition (Canvasing, event, telemarketing, online etc
- Creating the KYC plan as well as implement the end to end process of KYC in the ground
- Develop and managing the community within the blue collar worker
- Monitor the productivity of the driver as well as initiating ideas to improve the productivity and quality of the driver.
- Managing the administrative task (document control offline and online)

The must haves:

- Minimal 2 years experienced in blue collar worker acquisition and engagement
- Able to work under minimum supervision and goal getter (Can-do attitude)
- Having own motorcycle and able to traveling 75% of the time (Closely handle the relationship with blue collar worker)
- Microsoft office/Google suite literacy is a must
- Attention to detailed and able to come up with proactive ideas to continuously improve the ops

2. B2B Partner Acquisition & Ops Lead, GrabMart

The day-to-day activities:

- Establish and execute go-to-market for partner acquisition strategy to achieve target partner growth 
- Define scorecard to understand partner growth and potential levers to accelerate growth
- Refine and identify levers to motivate and upgrade capabilities for B2B partners
- Build a sales team that can bring new partners on board with key KPI focused on partner growth
- Build and manage ops team who serve as a key contact point to partners for related issues
- Define after-sales ops playbook for proactive resolution of customer issues from order to pickup
- Support business teams at various stages; for example, providing a fact base, structuring and helping with issue identification and solutions, advising on the practicalities of implementation, or leading actual execution

The must-haves:

- Minimum 7 years work experience for e-commerce companies with GTM and partner acquisition 
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable University
- Experience with online digital sales channels and on-demand marketplace models preferred
- Strong people and stakeholder management experience
- Willing to be hands-on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities and ownership including the ability to project manage multiple tasks or experiments and provide relevant reporting
- Structured thought process and a strong analytical ability, and experience with operational execution
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively network within industry and Grab functions

- Driving growth and Higher ROI: Ensure the partners are growing with you and the company. Take a data driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner in order to grow basket size and create loyal customers.
- Ensuring consistency and quality: Have the greatest interest to make sure partners are also maintaining service and food quality consistency. Liaising with operations, customer service and partners to ensure issues are resolved over email, phone, or in person.

- Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular

4. Map Ops Partnership Associate

Grab Geospatial technology plays a vital role in ensuring the best possible experience for Grab’s customers and driver-partners. The experience relies heavily on the accuracy and freshness of the map data topped with advanced machine learning to process the data. Grab believes that in order to acquire the most hyper-local accurate and fresh map data, one can never work alone. Engagement and close partnership with multiple stakeholders, whether in the regional, national, or local level will play a key role in obtaining such data. Therefore, Grab Map Operations is seeking for a high performing individual that has the ability to build a strong engagement with key stakeholders.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be tasked with but not limited to the following items:

- Support the Map Operations team and the Outreach and Community Manager to identify potential stakeholders to engage with as well as create a pathway for initial contacts
- Together with the Map Ops Outreach and Community team design, plan, and implement collaborative map data collection campaign and efforts with multiple stakeholders
- Manage collaboration with internal stakeholders for data collection campaigns
- Support the establishment of map communities in various cities and organizations across the South-East Asia region
- Support the engagement with Grab’s customer and driver-partners to obtain map-related feedback as well as educating on map implementation and usage
- Support community initiatives conducted by Map Ops country teams in preparing and producing the necessary materials.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably in Communications and Social Sciences.
- Preferable background from PR agency, Public Affairs, and NGO.
- 4+ years in the Communication, Public Affairs, or the Development sector.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment with people of various backgrounds, levels and nationalities.
- Flexible to changing priorities and challenges.
- Entrepreneurship mentality.
- Adequate knowledge of stakeholders mapping and engagement would be preferred.

- Develop, execute and maintain API, mobile and web test automation to test the product thoroughly.
- Have a combination of solid in-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance, as well as knowledge of object oriented design and programming principles.
- Maintain good communication and working relationships with stakeholders, co-workers and regional team.
- Define test plans, test specifications, test suites, test cases as well as propose tools for functional, security and performance testing in a programmatic manner.
- Understand the tool sets needed to support reliable test infrastructure (scripting, logging, reporting, troubleshooting and monitoring) and continuously innovate to improve on productivity and quality, and also participate in product deployments and test validation activities to qualify builds for release to production.

- Perform testing of iOS, Android apps and Backend API’s also WEB to ensure that product meets requirements
- Has knowledge on tools: postman, charles, emulator (genymotion, android studio), database, logging tools (kibana, datadog, etc) 
- Understanding of non-functionality testing (load testing, security testing, performance testing) 
- Demonstrated experience in test automation framework design and implementation (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc)
- Familiar with version control (e.g.: git)
- Exposure to web technologies (HTTP, JSON, REST, HTML, etc)
