1. Account Manager, GrabAds ID

Get to know the Role:

As Account Manager for GrabAds Indonesia, you will manage a portfolio of GrabAds campaigns working with leading advertisers directly & through their media agencies. You will work alongside your team and maintain a quarterly performance target.

You’ll work cross-functionally with the Ad Ops team to achieve campaign KPIs, recommend optimised campaign flows & identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling GrabAds solutions. Your goal is to grow your portfolio by building long term client relationships and providing positive customers experience. 

The day-to-day activities

•Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts
•Be the point of contact for clients, provide necessary assets and info to Ad Ops for campaign implementation 
•Track key campaign metrics and ensure campaign objectives are met 
•Collaborate with Ad Ops team to analyse campaign performance, provide recommendations to clients and secure campaigns renewal
•Prepare Quarterly Business Review report for key accounts

The must haves:

•3-4 years of account management experience in the digital advertising industry in Indonesia
•Solid track-record of delivering against performance targets
•Experience in managing digital ads campaign
•Proven experience of growing portfolio & building long term relationship with clients
•Excellent communication & presentation skills with ability to transmit across different level stakeholders
•Analytical with strong bias for data based decisions
•Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment
•Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple account

2. Assistant Manager Strategic Project Transport

Qualification Requirements:

•At least Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Management
•Knowledge relational database SQL, R, Python or other tools for statistical analysis is preferred.
•At least 4 years of experience in Consulting, E-Commerce, Business Growth, fast-paced Project Management, or in similar role

3. Assistant Manager, Ad Operations Service Centre

The regional team is based in Singapore, and the role will require you to work hand in hand with regional product management and country teams across Grab’s eight markets, focusing on the areas that matter most to our merchants. 

Get to know the Role:

Reporting to the Ad Operations Manager, you will be leading and managing a team to ensure the successful Set up of online advertising campaigns throughout the Grab ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for making sure that the team delivers on assigned projects & creating ad hoc & weekly reports, leading correspondence on preparing delivery data for client billing. 

The day-to-day activities

•Be expert around Ad Tech technical capabilities, needs, and troubleshooting.
•Run and manage a team of Campaign Managers to deliver a consistently high quality service level to GrabAds clients and internal account teams
•Manage QA for ad trafficking, creation and reporting.
•Collaborate with Campaign Strategist teams to define customer best practices around campaign goal setting, execution, and optimization. Includes development of internal / external collateral and training.
•Proactively identify ways to streamline the campaign workflow. Recognize and push more efficient ways to work or opportunities for automation.
•Be an effective and key Point of Service (POS) for escalations and communication between Ad Ops and internal and/or external customers.
•Investigate and resolve operational queries from client/account teams, including inventory, creative assignment and tracking discrepancies.
•Participate in regular WIPs and meetings, as necessary, with internal and external customers and key internal stakeholders.
•Communicate with internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

​The must haves:

•4+ years of Digital Advertising Campaign Operations experience
•Working knowledge of ad servers, advertising analytics platforms, ad verification tools, and DMPs 
•Bachelor degree
•Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across various levels of stakeholder
•Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions, including ability to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources
•Experience in project management from both strategic and operational perspectives
•Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix in a fast paced environment and constantly evolving environment
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
•Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides

4. Internship - Field Experience Project

Project Scope:

Take on roles as part of the operations team and deep dive in the experience for various project on the ground.

5. Internship - Research/Analytics Project

Project Scope:

Research toward the product or the market where the output expectation is in the form of information market research result of said product or market to support initiative.

This project will be in one of these following business units / departments such as but not limited to: GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabKicthen, GrabTransport, GrabAds, GrabKios, GrabRentals, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, People Operations, etc

6. Data Analyst, GrabFood Bandung

Get to know the role: 

As the thought partner of West Java GrabFood leadership, you will influence the overall strategic direction of GrabFood. Your analyses will be backed by a deep understanding of our business model and data insights, with the ultimate goal of driving growth or profitability for the business. This role will be based in Bandung, and you will be reporting & working closely with the Demand Strategy & Planning team of GrabFood. 

The Day to Day: 

Critically evaluate and define business metrics; provide analytical recommendations to support the continuous improvement of West Java GrabFood business

Consolidate data from multiple sources including finance, operations, marketing and source databases to create integrated and scalable views that can be used to drive decision making

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs/ pain points to scope up their problems and enhance internal processes through automation to improve productivity

Communicate strategic recommendations based on insights to our business leaders in clear and illustrative presentations and dashboards

The must-haves: 

•3-5 years of experience in business analyst related roles analyzing large data sets and informing company strategy
•Proficiency in SQL, Tableau Excel and PowerPoint, Knowledge in Python or R is a plus
•Experience in groceries or e-commerce in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment is a plus
•Problem solver: When dealing with complex business problems, you are ready to solve them. You are able to assess the problem, find a creative and effective solution, and employ the tactics and tools to resolve the situation in a timely manner
