Lowongan Kerja PT. Alpen Food Industry (Aice) Bulan November 2020

1. Legal Staff
  • Drafting agreement, letter, and other correspondence
  • Filling legal documents
  • Update any regulation to business activities
Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience
  • Fluent in English both spokn and Written
  • Good knowlage in legal affair, business law, drafting, and legal review
  • Detail, discipline, and willing to learn

2. PURCHASING STAFF

Job Description:
  • Collect data for analyst SPV
  • Negotiated price
  • Find alternative supplier
  • Coordination with any related department regarding collect data internal
  • Monitoring OS PO all buyer in the Plant
Requirement:
  • Bachelor's Degree of Accounting/Finance/Banking
  • Have Experience in FMCG Industry minimum 2 years as a Purchasing Staff
  • Good Negotiation skill
  • Advance on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Pivot)
  • Knowledge about SOP and Organization process
  • Good Communication
  • Have knowledge of inventory, Warehouse, and Production process
  • Honest, Have Integrity, Agile
  • Have Knowledge about Packaging, Raw Materials, ATK and Support Office

3. Export Import Supervisor

Core Responsibility :
  • Checking Invoice, Packing List , COO draft and follow up to final documents
  • Makesure shipments and provide daily logistics report
  • Can solve a problem related to the export import
  • Understand the required documents and updated the regulation for export import (up to date)
  • Filling the related documents
  • Find on HS Code Tariff for Export and Import goods documentary requirements
  • Check and Provide regulation for Export and Import goods
  • Support the task in sea and air shipment operations team with daily administrative needs
  • Checking for Shipment Manifest module
Key Qualifications :
  • Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Business Management / Accounting or Logistics from reputable Universities.
  • At least 5 years working experience in handling export import activities
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin\
  • Have strong logical & analytical thinking
  • Understand basic of export import and solve problem analysis
  • Goal & Details oriented, Proactive and Creative Thinking
  • Preferabley PPJK certificate holder Willing to work in Jakarta
  • Experience in using export and import declaration modules
  • Understand the full end to end import and/or export process
  • Advanced experience working with Excel
  • Willing to work in Jakarta
