DHL (Dalsey, Hillblom and Lynn) International GmbH adalah sebuah penyedia jasa kurir, parsel, dan pos kilat yang merupakan salah satu divisi dari Deutsche Post DHL. Perusahaan ini mengantarkan lebih dari 1,3 milyar parsel per tahun.

Perusahaan ini didirikan di Amerika Serikat pada tahun 1969 dan mengembangkan layanannya ke seluruh dunia pada akhir dekade 1970-an. Pada tahun 1979, melalui DHL Air Cargo, perusahaan ini berekspansi ke Kepulauan Hawaii dengan menyediakan jasa kargo antarpulau menggunakan dua unit pesawat terbang DC-3 dan empat unit pesawat terbang DC-6. Dalsey dan Hillblom mengawasi sendiri aktivitas DHL Air Cargo hingga perusahaan tersebut bangkrut pada tahun 1983. Pada masa kejayaannya, DHL Air Cargo mempekerjakan lebih dari 100 orang pelaksana, staf, dan pilot.

Perusahaan ini lebih fokus pada pengantaran lepas pantai dan antarbenua, namun kesuksesan FedEx membuat perusahaan ini mengembangkan layanan pengantaran domestiknya di Amerika Serikat mulai tahun 1983.

Pada tahun 1998, Deutsche Post mulai mengakuisisi saham DHL. Deutsche Post akhirnya memegang mayoritas saham DHL pada tahun 2001, dan kemudian berhasil memegang semua saham DHL pada bulan Desember 2002. Deutsche Post kemudian melebur DHL ke dalam divisi pos kilatnya, serta mengembangkan penggunaan nama DHL ke divisi, unit bisnis, dan anak usahanya yang lain. Saat ini, DHL Express berbagi nama DHL dengan unit bisnis yang lain, seperti DHL Global Forwarding dan DHL Supply Chain. DHL lalu memperkuat eksistensinya di Amerika Serikat dengan mengakuisisi Airborne Express.

1. Finance Analyst

Penempatan : Jakarta

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience related to Account Payable and Account Receivable with 2 year(s) experience in same position
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
- High proficiency with financial modeling and techniques
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills

2. Finance Supervisor

Penempatan : Jakarta

Diplome degree, major in Accounting/ Financial Management/ Economics.
- Have 3  years experience in same position.
- Good knowledge in finance.
- Experience in a warehouse and distribution company is preferable.
- Computer literate.
- Responsible, high initiative, can work under pressure and a team player.
- Proficient in English (oral & written ) is essential. 
- Concern to details, fast learner and highly motivated.

3. Operation Supervisor

Penempatan : Banjarmasin, Palangkaraya, Pontianak

Job Role:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible to ensure the smooth operation on day to day activities of the site and to achieve the agreed performance targets as agreed with customer.

Requirements :

- Min. 2 years experience in Logistics (Warehouse & Distribution) Operations, experience in technology 
- Have capability to analyze and solve problems
- People management skills; ability to work with others and influence them to accomplish objectives
- Strong Leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)

4. Copy Writer

Penempatan : Jabodetabek

Job Description:

- Create and analyze a written content requirements strategy and implement content to meet company marketing targets.
- Do content research to formulate ideas or support decisions.
- Continue to innovate to create various content written according to company need and collaborate with team and create visually appealing content.
- In charge of promotional copies for campaign purpose (e.g. push notification, email blast, & campaign assets, web pages and social media channels)
- Writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copies for in-app campaign.
- Proof-reading and translating copy-related features and campaign asset.
- Developing and maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice.
- Driving the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication.

Requirements:

Job Descriptions:

- Order Processing Administration (receiving order from customer, proceed into Order Processing System Application, Issuing, Maintaining & distributing Order Inquiry and Purchase Order)
- Order Progress Monitoring by internal coordination
- Communicating Order Plan and forecasting with customer.
- Communicating Order Progress to customer.
- Communicating Product development with customer.
- Communicating Product Price to customer.
- Customer complaint handling and coordination with any related internal department.
- Invoicing Shipment to customer.
- Reporting weekly order progress performance to Operations Manager, including new incoming order of the week, any problem indication finding and solving in order to make a correct action plan to achieve order delivery target as promised to customer.
- Less supervision to have contact with Customer.

Qualifications:
