PT OMRON Manufacturing Of Indonesia adalah sebuah anak perusahaan Omron Corp (Jepang) yang bergerak dibidang elektronik. Perusahaan ini mempunyai banyak cabang di berbagai negara, termasuk salah satunya di Indonesia yang terletak di Kawasan Industri EJIP, Cikarang.
Perusahaan ini awalnya didirikan di Kyoto, yaitu sebuah kota yang terletak di daerah Kansai, Jepang pada tahun 1933. Nama pendiri perusahaan ini adalah Kazuma Tateshi. Perusahaan ini berkembang pesat hingga mempunyai banyak cabang seperti sekarang ini.
PT OMRON Manufacturing memfokuskan diri pada industri elektronik, terutama sistem kontrol dan peralatan untuk otomatisasi mesin-mesin industri.
Beberapa produk hasil produksi dari perusahaan ini adalah Sensor, Switch, Relay, dan beberapa sistem pengamanan mesin industri lainnya.

1. Quality Assurance (Outgoing)
Job Description
- Organize and advice on QA operation improvement to make job simpler, faster and better for QAP Technicians, QAP Leading Operators & QAP Operators.
- Evaluation of sub-ordinates performance.
- Ensure proper flow and contents of NRS, SAR, ARI, RRS and other documents.
- Verification of all PIS and other QA Documents
- Identify aspect, impact and emergency risk of activity in QA department
- Daily briefing
- Report by weekly and Monthly bases
Requirement:
- Last education Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
- GPA minimum 3.00 ( 4.00 scale )
- Maximum Age 28 years old
- Strong Leadership, honest, and high integrity
- High motivation to learn and Good sense of improvement
- Good communication & analytical thinking ability
- Have knowledge about Outgoing Product QA Technical
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

2. Buyer & Customer Service (Segera)
Job Description
- Conduct purchasing activities based on forecast or PO
- Conduct administration or documentation for purchasing and delivery activities
- Monitoring forecast levels or demand to meet the business needs and keep a constant check on stock levels
- Conduct research to ascertain delivery schedules and cost
- Liaise with suppliers, manufactures, relevant internal divisions and costumers
- Maintain good relationship with Suppliers and Costumers
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree from all major
- Has minimum 3 years experiences in Purchasing or Logistic
- GPA minimum 3.00 (4.00 scale)
- Maximum Age 28 years old
- Has negotiation, administration

3. Line Leader (Segera)
Job Description
1. Quality
- Control and compare product performance each line and make improvement plan
- Take permanent action for abnormal condition
- Control daily disposal
- Control NRS response date and countermeasure
2. Productivity
- Control production time base on production target
- Set-up line capacity and maintain daily output based on production plan
- Control over time based on production calendar
- Line stop reduction
- Control balance loss all line
3. General
- Teach, educate, and motivation sub ordinates
- Do Kaizen based on sub ordinate idea, supervisor instruction and or own idea and follow PDCA circle
- Standardize 4M in Line
- Make 5S program and implement it with sub ordinate
- Make report quality, productivity achievement and plan line Lay-Out to superior
- Support production related machine condition & maintenance activity
Requirement :
- Last education D3/D4 in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
- GPA minimum 3.00 ( 4.00 scale )
