KEB Hana Indonesia (”Bank”) didirikan dengan nama PT Bank Pasar Pagi Madju berdasarkan Akta Pendirian No. 25 tanggal 27 April 1971 dengan pengesahan Menteri Kehakiman sesuai Keputusan No. Y.A.5/189/25 tanggal 25 Mei 1974.

Seiring dengan perubahan status dari Bank Pasar menjadi Bank Umum, nama Bank Pasar Pagi Madju berubah menjadi PT Bank Bintang Manunggal (Bank Bima) berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia No. 1306/KMK.013/1989 tanggal 30 November 1989. Pada tahun 2007, Hana Financial Group mengakuisisi Bank Bima sehingga berubah menjadi PT Bank Hana sesuai Keputusan Gubernur Bank Indonesia No. 10/20/KEP.BI/2008 tanggal 18 Maret 2008. PT Bank Hana kemudian melakukan penggabungan usaha dengan PT Bank KEB Indonesia pada tahun 2013 sehingga berubah menjadi PT Bank KEB Hana.

Selanjutnya pada tahun 2014, nama PT Bank KEB Hana diubah menjadi PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia dan disetujui oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.13/KDK.03/2014 tanggal 27 Juni 2014 tentang Penetapan Penggunaan Izin Usaha Atas Nama PT Bank Hana menjadi Izin Usaha Atas Nama PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia.Dengan bantuan orang-orang terbaiknya, Bank KEB Hana menawarkan berbagai jenis produk dan layanan yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nasabahnya.

1. Lead team of engineers in development of Mobile Banking and Digital Banking application.
2. Mentor junior engineer and provide solution to tech problems
3. Develop framework level code and libraries to be used by other engineer.
4. Perform code review and define standards and best practices
5. Guide and enforce security measures according to OWASP Top 10 for app security risks

Qualification

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
2. At least 5 years of experience as full stack engineer
3. Has read and understand Design Patterns
4. Proficiency in some of our tech stacks (Spring Boot, Angular/React/Vue)
5. Proficiency using Message Queue tools such as Kafka / RabbitMQ
6. Experienced in designing architecture and flow diagrams
7. Able to design CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab or other tools (Jenkins/TravisCI)
8. Proficiency in written and spoken English

•Perform coordination and facilities for IT projects for software development from planning, execution to socialization
•Improving the software development process by providing direction, support and consultation to users, software developers and other related parties
Design, develop, implement and disseminate detailed •software development guidelines and sample documents (in coordination with other IT divisions/department)
•Facilitating meetings and discussions in order to planning software development projects and preparing •Software Development Request Documents (with users and other IT divisions/department)

•Partner with digital banking team and other related parties to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully
•Gather intelligence from product team and related parties about project needs and future growth
•Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed as per agreed timeline
•Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing IT processes for digital banking
•Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment, including report for regulator
•Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior
•Consult with the product team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in digital industry

1. Conduct audit preparations, which include business development analysis, preliminary risk assessment, and preparing audit planning documentation.
2. Prepare audit confirmation/findings which include root cause analysis and recommendation, and exit meeting materials for final discussion with auditee.
3. Prepare, complete and document audit working paper.
4. Develop, assess, and update audit work program and prepare draft of revised audit program to be reviewed and approved by Internal Audit Department Head.
5. Follow up the completion of audit findings (issue tracking) as per auditee’s agreed action and target date. Update and report the issue tracking results to respective unit in Internal Audit.
