SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY

Position: Customer Support Agent
Location: Kemang, South Jakarta
Salary: Rp 5.250.000 – Rp 6.000.000

Deliveree is seeking ambitious, hard-working, and career-focused candidates who recently received their undergraduate degrees from a recognized university in Indonesia or abroad. All majors are welcome to apply. 

To qualify, you must have a strong interest in a customer experience role in a logistics technology environment. You must be willing to work very hard in a fast-moving, accelerated environment with your career development as your top priority. 

Customer Support Agent is a part of our Booking Operations Center (BOC) located in Jakarta. Our BOC is about 50 people and growing. It's a wonderful place to start your career at Deliveree. This position is quite similar to CS agent except that your work would be split between helping customers and fleet partners resolve challenges during bookings on our logistics platform. You will be answering chats, calls, and emails from customers and drivers to assist them with bookings on our platform. It's a busy, dynamic, and challenging position with great benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Undergraduate GPA 3.0 or higher from a recognized university, any major
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience
  • Good English skills
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, and hardworking
  • Strong reasoning, logic, and analysis skills
  • Willing to work on shifting-schedule
