Set in the center of “Batik Town” Pekalongan, The Sidji Hotel sweeps you back in time to the old-world charm of this coastal town in the 1920s. The boutique hotel embraces the antiquity of a Peranakan family house. The exquisite façade of the 90-year-old house is now equipped with modern amenities; seamlessly designed to blend with the true spirit of the town.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

  • Ensure that service excellence is delivered to every hotel guest 
  • Provide the best check-in and check-out experience 
  • Fully knowledgeable on the hotel products and services 
  • Knows well about the town's tourism 
  • Practice effective complaint handling, able to solve problem efficiently 
  • Able to do the front office administration matters well 
  • Have excellent communications skills 
  • Do other FO related duties as set out by Hotel Manager 


REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent 
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in similar responsibility 
  • Max. 28 years old Familiar with VHP system 
  • Possess 'can do' attitude and has pleasant interpersonal skills 
  • Dynamic, energetic and has positive attitude 
  • Has good leadership skills and strong team player 
  • Able to multi-task and able to work under pressure 
  • Good command of English, ability of speaking in Japanese is preferred 
  • Required Skill(s): customer service, administration, reservation, reception, front office, complaint handling Non-smoker is preferred.
