KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure that service excellence is delivered to every hotel guest
- Provide the best check-in and check-out experience
- Fully knowledgeable on the hotel products and services
- Knows well about the town's tourism
- Practice effective complaint handling, able to solve problem efficiently
- Able to do the front office administration matters well
- Have excellent communications skills
- Do other FO related duties as set out by Hotel Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working experience in similar responsibility
- Max. 28 years old Familiar with VHP system
- Possess 'can do' attitude and has pleasant interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, energetic and has positive attitude
- Has good leadership skills and strong team player
- Able to multi-task and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English, ability of speaking in Japanese is preferred
- Required Skill(s): customer service, administration, reservation, reception, front office, complaint handling Non-smoker is preferred.
