RnD SENIOR & JUNIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Job Description:
1. New Product
Conduct research and analysis
Brainstorm and concepting based on ideas and research
Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements using engineering tools
Prototyping, evaluating and redesign
Manufacture implementation and release to production
Report and documentation
2. Engineering Support
Product problem solving in production or customer site
Give engineering support to customer and or support team
3. Product Development
Reviewing and evaluating existing product
Recommending modifications and improvement
4. Management
Contributes as a team member and work together to accomplish the goal
Working with other professionals withing and outside the engineering sector
Project time frame, milestomes and goals planning
Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques
Monitoring and commissioning plant and systems
Requirements:
The position requires a highly motivated person simultaneously take multiple products from concept through maturity.
Candidates must exhibit a high degree of ownership and commitment to releasing quality products on time
S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering with heavy focus on manufacturing, product design, and energy conversion
Demonstrated experience with moving part mechanical design, material research, BOM (Bill of Material) in a team environment is preferred
Willing to work in Salatiga or Semarang
Experience with CAD/CAM software (i.e Solidwork. ProE) is a plus
Excellent communication in English and Indonesia both oral-written

FIRMWARE ENGINEER
Requirements:
Experience in C and C++ (array, pointer, dynamic memory allocation, object oriented programming)
Familiar with MCU peripherals (Timer, ADC, UART, CAN, etc)Able to debug and test embedded systems thoroughly
Ecperience with FPGA, VHDL / Verilog and DSP will be prefered
Indepth lnowlede with PythonBasic electronics skill (read schematics, use osciloscope)
