1. Influencer Marketing Specialist
  • Assist the Marketing team in choosing a list of influencers that fits each campaign or other marketing strategy.
  • Assist the Manager in creating influencer startegy that is in line with Bukalapak’s goals.
  • Work closely with teams to create briefs and other creative materials for influencers.
  • Monitor all briefs that have been given to influencers and make sure everything is going according to the predetermined timeline.
  • Analyse the performance of each influencer from each campaign by making a report at the end of each campaign.
  • Handle all processes of rate cards gathering, invoices, payments, and other documents needed.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to analyse insights from influencer data
  • Familiar with influencer trends on social media
  • Out of the box thinker, and able to translate ideas into strategies.

2. Social Media Specialist
  • Running campaign marketing strategy through social media in accordance with the predetermined planning
  • Assist managers in developing social media strategies through a variety of relevant researches and audience identification
  • Coordinate with related parties in identifying campaign needs on social media, content creation, administration, and other needs related to Social Media Team operations.
  • Ensure that general information on Bukalapak’s social media is regularly managed and updated.
  • Monitor interactions that occur in Bukalapak’s social medias in accordance with guidelines and business needs.
  • Analysing activities on social medias and generating reports to provide recommendations for the development of marketing initiatives.
  • Make continuous improvements through social data and/or metrics analysis, extracting insights, and comparing with best practices in the industry.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Social Media Specialist or other related roles.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.Able to analyse insight data and understand the trends on social media.
  • Out of the box thinker, and able to translate ideas into strategies.
  • Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
