1. Seller Development Support Specialist (e-commerce)

Responsibilities

The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

Responsibilities:

- Identifying room for improvement in tooling, SOPs and support for sellers who are promoting and selling products on TikTok platform
- Design and create promotion materials or projects for seller recruitment in collaboration with seller recruiting and management teams
- Providing ongoing support and training to sellers to improve performance, and study key attributes of successful cases; Building courses/trainings to sellers in line with global policies and local strategy

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in seller management from e-commerce platforms, or e-commerce sales from brands
- Strong understanding of influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in English and native Indonesian language

2. User and Campaign Operation Specialist (e-commerce)

- Manage social handles with marketing team, and collaborate with marketing, operation and growth teams to build e-commerce brand awareness

Qualifications

Key Requirements: 

- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce campaign planning and execution for major local e-commerce platforms 
- Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data oriented
- Good at communication and coordination cross functional teams 
- Proficient in English and native Indonesian language

3. Creator Development Support Specialist (e-commerce)

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in creator management or influencer marketing from social media platforms, MCNs or influencer marketing teams of brands
- Strong understanding of creator, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape
- Proficient in English and native Indonesian language
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

4. Customer Service Specialist (e-commerce)

Job Description:

• Complete feedback path setup, and work with User Insight team to sort out various problems during the trade/purchasing process; 
• Responsible for answering various questions and help to solve; 
• Timely deal with the feedback from users of the platform, timely follow up the ongoing issues until resolved; 
• Monitor data, create reports and provide ideas to improve user experience and customer service; 
• Deep dive analyze the abnormal user feedback and reflect on safety strategies optimization; 
• Summarize user requirements and feedbacks, coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize current workflow & product features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline; 
• At least 2 years of customer service experience (e-commerce experience is preferred); 
• Intermediate to advanced English and Indonesian. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as eloquent writing skills; 
• High attention to detail. Ability to understand customer need; 
• Good empathy, be persuasive, flexible to deal with emergencies; 
• Familiar with customer service business process, KPI assessment system, internal flow rule construction, etc; • Data-driven decision making ability, good logical thinking ability, excellent communication and coordination ability; 
• Fulfilled 7*24 OnCall requirements; 
• Proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Word).

5. Community Operations Internship

Responsibilities

1. Engage and Manage key TikTok Creators, MCN, Talent Management, and Other Key local Partners to Improve their contribution in all in-apps programs. 
2. Monitor and Analyze creators/ group creators daily performance in several in-apps key programs.
3. Enhance the communication between users and improve stickiness, activity and loyalty of user group, build up a positive community and incremental of contents.

Qualifications

1. University students are welcome to apply. 
2. Willing to work on workday schedules. 
3. Passionate about entertainment apps. 
4. Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment, ability to work in a team and proactively. 
5. Prior experience in communication, offline, or operation role is preferable. 
6. Good communication in English
