1. Campaign planning for category events, Super brand day and other major seller & brand marketing campaigns with Tiktok

3. TikTok E-commerce - Partner Operations Specialist


1. Identify areas of opportunites to improve performance, work with Partner Operations Manager to develop a comprehensive improvement plan.
2. Monitor the execution of improvement plans to ensure BPO is meeting all performance related metrics (e.g. customer satisfaction, service level, handling time).
3. Ensure SOP documentation/training material and all relevant frameworks are in place.
4. Sharing performance report and raw data on a weekly basis to BPO for performance management.
5. Taking note of action items and feedback on every meetings and assigning owner to each action item and following through the status of completion
6. Optimize the working processes based on any improvement opportunities found by internal colleagues or external customers.
7. Review all escalation from the In house team and provide comprehensive feedback to BPO team.
8. Work with the SOP, QA, Training and System teams to optimize new and existing processes impacting buyers/sellers/creators.
9. Prompt communication and facilitate Train the Trainer on all SOP and product features update.
10. Support Partner Operations Manager on all the bug issues reported by BPO team , raise on call and coordinate information needed for troubleshooting.

4. Tax Business Partner


1. Assist in preparation and lodgement of local tax filings, including Value Added Tax (VAT) returns, Withholding Tax (WHT) returns, corporate tax returns, and other tax filings to ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations; Maintain tax records properly.
2. Provide support to the Accounting team regarding tax entries and reconciliation of tax-related general ledger accounts.
3. Manage tax inquiries and tax audits conducted by the Tax Authorities.
4. Respond to internal and external tax inquiries, and assist business partners with tax issues in timely manner.
5. Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted tax legislation, regulations and judicial decisions that impact the company operations and financial positions.

5. Trainer, Safety team - Indonesia

What you'll be doing:

- Deliver process/product/policy training in classroom and/or online environment in English or local language.
- Help to develop and deliver training courses for different trainees/markets/products.
- Identify and assess training needs of the team to bridge any process/policy gaps for better performance and understanding about the policy.
- Participate/lead policy briefings to ensure any changes are consistent and in line with local cultural, socio, geographical and political conditions.
- Work with labeling business team to achieve top performance, including group coaching, bottom performers identification and training.


- Bachelor’s degree or above, short video product user.
- At least 1-year training experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
