- Assisting Account Managers in tracking sellers' growth and performance. 
- Measuring assortment completeness and price efficiency at seller level. 
- Tracking sellers' tools and feature adoption rate at seller level. 
- Tracking sellers' join rate on campaigns.

2. Seller Education Intern (E-commerce)

Roles & Responsibilities: 

- Help to execute seller trainings with the aim of achieving operational efficiency, policies adoption, and ultimately business growth. 
- Providing ongoing support and training to sellers to improve performance, and studying key attributes of successful cases; Building courses/trainings to sellers in line with global policies and local strategy. 
- Design and create promotion materials or projects for seller incubation in collaboration with the incubation team, seller engagement team and management teams.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

- Assist the end-to-end process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants (including, but not limited to, leads generation, cold contact, and onboarding). 
- Assist local ops team to acquire offline merchants in places such as wholesale markets, malls, manufacturing bases. 
- Assist offline team leader to track acquisition progress, provide feedback and drive improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants. 
- Help merchants become familiar with the platform and its features. 
- Maintain quality service and cooperation with merchants to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

- Actively enrolled university student who is able to work 4-5 days a week for at least 6 months. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, feel comfortable reaching out to new people. 
- Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever.
- Interested in the e-commerce industry and adaptive to a fast-paced working environment. 
- English proficiency is a must.

4. Event Management (e-commerce)

Roles & Responsibilities: 

- Understand e-commerce promotion activities around TikTok ecology, and keep polishing the guidelines for campaign resources based on business requirements to improve ROI 
- Be familiar with the creation of e-commerce content, be able to plan content matrix and marketing play for different types of commodity promotion needs, and be responsible for the final communication and transformation effect 
- Be the go-to-person with local multi-function teams to support e-commerce team

Qualifications

- 3-7 years of experience in e-commerce specializing in livestreams 
- Proficient in English and native Indonesian language. Chinese is a plus 
- Excellent writing skills, planning, copywriting, live content planning or editing work experience or large company marketing planning experience 
- Keen user product awareness, familiar with domestic and foreign strong interactive products such as TikTok and Instagram, like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to hot topics and news hotspots 
- Strong executive ability, communication ability and pressure resistance, can quickly achieve results

5. Celeb Brand Strategist (e-commerce)

Responsibilities

1. Develop creators' branding planning strategies according to TikTok users' habit, creator positioning and objectives; Work with internal team to deliver viral content, creative assets, briefing materials, campaign mechanisms to drive creator brand awareness and likability among the mass crowd; 
2. Cooperate with Campaign Team, Operation team, Marketing team to launch both in-app and off-app campaigns; 
3. Break down business objectives down to specific campaign and apply different channel, creative, and media; 
4. Establish insight reports, use data analysis to help adjust plan and strategy.

Qualifications

1. Have certain operation experiences with lots of big campaign and making one celeb become famous, with a successful case will be a plus. Coming from Marketing background is more preferable; 
2. Have good writing skills, can create best topic that goes viral; 
3. Have skill about basic design & video editing such as figma, photoshop and premiere pro, have a good taste about the visual; 
4. Can manage complicated programs, have outstanding skills of communication, good at negotiation, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with strong user-driven mindset; 
5. Strong planning skills for online & offline campaign, be creative and good at brain-storming; 
6. Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, can work under pressure;
