Lowongan Kerja di Vivo

1. 3D Designer

Tanggung jawab:

1. Responsible to develop standardization for all interior and store size in all area 
2. Responsible to provide suggestions and idea related to new design for VIVO store 
3. Responsible to develop 3D design for store in all area daily 
4. Responsible to communicate directly with design requester to match their needs with the design and monitor the implementation of the design 
5. Classify all store in area based on the size standardization 
6. Responsible to calculate, design the interior of store precisely 
7. Responsible to determine all interior and furniture that match with the standard of vivo store.

Persyaratan:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent. 
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia,Mandarin 
3. At least 3 Year(s) of working 
4. experience in the related field is required for this position. 
5. Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, 3DMax 
5. Able to work in teams and work completion time can be done effectively and on time 
6. Preferably Staff (supervisor) specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

2. Brand Business Specialist

Tanggung jawab:

1. Become the contact window and manage the relationship between Brand Department’s Demanding Team – Content & Creative, Media Placement, PR, Social Media, KOL Management, Vivo Club, Activation, Co-Branding, Brand Ambassador Management –with their third parties (suppliers, vendors, media partner, etc.) 
2. Determine third parties’ quality standards, related resources and benefits management 
3. Collaborate with Demanding Team to manage the purchasing plan formulation, price negotiation and price determination 
4. Manage the administration work (contract drafting, contract signing, and payment administration) based on company’s regulation and system 
5. Ensure and evaluate third parties’ work implementation 
6. Enhance the quality of third parties used by Demanding Team 
7. Develop and add more qualified resources to vendor pool to enhance the quality of Brand Department’s work

Persyaratan:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Communication/International Business/Marketing Management 
2. Fluent in English spoken & written (Mandarin language is a plus) 
3. Minimum 2 years of experience of working in marketing or branding field (familiarity with Advertising, PR, Media Placement, Social Media & KOL management will be an advantage) 
4. Has interpersonal, Buying & Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Good Project Management Skills 
5. A well-organized, assertive, responsive person with high-integrity. 
6. Attention to details, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, strong willingness to learn and work with a team is crucial.

3. Brand Business Analyst

Tanggung jawab:

1. Supporting demanding team during the analysis and planning stages of project. 
2. Evaluating Key Performance Indicators for every business partner. 
3. Preparing assessments for new business partner, evaluating risks and predicting potential problems. 
4. Updating, Implementing, maintaining and monitoring business process. 
5. Effectively communicating insight and plans to demanding team. 
6. Collecting and analyzing variety areas of possible business partner to increase cost efficiency and managing competing resources. 
7. Research market condition in order to gathering information and evaluating output of project and develop integrated business analysist and projections for incorporation. 
8. Interpreting data about project that related to business partner.

Persyaratan:

1. Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistic, business management, business administration or related major 
2. Have a good communication skill, fluent in English is a must 
3. Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 
4. Ability to work independently and work with team 
5. Two or more years of Business Analyst or Research experience 
6. Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments 
7. In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making 
8. Able to conduct business research and deliver it to managerial 
9. Better to have business analyst work experiences before in Branding field (PR, Content, Digital, Event, Media Placement)

4. IT Support

Tanggung jawab:

1. Responsible to monitor and remote the office network systems (Cisco, Aruba, and VPN) 
2. Responsible to maintain the PC, network, server, and do the troubleshoot whenever network and server problems arises 
3. Responsible to handle the installment of new electronic products in Vivo 
4. Responsible to record the hardware and software request list 
5. Responsible to advise all employees at Vivo regarding to their hardware or device needs 
6. Responsible to assist all employees at Vivo related to system, hardware, software trouble shooting 
7. Responsible to prepare the monthly report to supervisor

Persyaratan:

1. Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. 
2. Minimum 1 year experience as IT Support or as an IT Consultant 
3. Have good knowledge of internet work management, technical updates, trouble shooting for computer and document filing & archieving. 
4. Proficiency in English (Mandarin would be a plus) 
5. Proficiency in Microsoft office 
6. Has communication, problem solving and negotiation skills. 
7. A well-organized, detail-oriented, open-minded, patiend and has willing to learn.

5. Receptionist

Tanggung jawab:

1. Responsible to cooperates with the office boy in managing breakfast for the department head , the cleanliness and neatness of the lobby area and meeting rooms 
2. Responsible to check and cooperates with the cleaning service in keeping the cleanness of the toilet 
3. Responsible to welcome and assist the office guests directly to the PIC or meeting room 
4. Responsible to manage, deliver and record all the packages and documents from the couriers or factory driver to the PIC or the receivers 
5. Responsible to answer every calls directed to the company and forward it to the employee that intended by the caller 
6. Responsible to manage the schedule of daily meeting room usage 
7. Responsible to check and manage the beverages availability or requests inside the meeting rooms
8. Responsible to record and control the availability and daily requests of office stationaries 
9. Responsible to implement the high level of integrity by keeping all the office’s confidential data restricted, such as interview form, CV, etc 
10. Responsible to record all the daily office needs which sent by the corporate vendors, such plants, water gallons, etc 
11. Responsible to dress in an appealing office look manner everyday in order to shows good company branding to the outside parties 
12. Responsible to prepare the monthly report and submit it to the admin assistant manager

Persyaratan:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a multinational company. 
2. Have knowledge of company regulation and the role of every department in vivo. 
3. Have knowledge of document administration, archieving, and filing 
4. Proficieny in English proficiency (Mandarin proficiency will be a plus point) 
5. Good in communication skills, negotiation skills & problem solving skills 
6. A responsive & patient person that has willingness to learn

6. Office Girl

Responsibilities:

1. Menjaga, Merawat kebersihan dan kerapihan lingkungan kantor 
2. Menyambut tamu yang datang 
3. Menyiapkan Ruang Rapat 
4. Meneruskan telepon yang masuk ke pihak terkait 
5. Membersihkan perlatan makan, minum dan peralatan kebersihan di kantor 
6. Memastikan agar seluruh peralatan atau inventori kantor dapat digunakan dengan baik atau terawat keberadaaanya 
7. Melayani dan membantu karyawan apabila dibutuhkan

Requirements:
