•Menerapkan sistem keamanan sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang berlaku.
•Peningkatan unsur keamanan di perkebunan sawit Sinarmas.
•Minimalkan jumlah kerugian harta benda.
•Membantu mengidentifikasi masalah keamanan dan pencurian.
•Mengambil keputusan dan memberikan respon yang cepat dan tepat terhadap setiap masalah yang membutuhkan masukan dan melaksanakan koordinasi kerja yang baik untuk pencapaian kepuasan pelanggan (internal dan eksternal).
•Dalam lingkup stafnya meningkatkan dan bertanggung jawab atas profitabilitas perusahaan
•Merencanakan, mengembangkan dan memberdayakan SDM yang ada serta mengantisipasi kebutuhan SDM di jajaran secara berkelanjutan

Persyaratan:

•Ex TNI/ POLRI dengan pangkat terakhir Sersan Satu (Sertu)

2. Tactical Tax Assistant Manager

•Review significant Business Process and improve/implement control to address the identified risk, missing procedures or streamline the process and promote automation
•Provide strategic business analysis e.g. replanting project, new investment project in estate/mill as required by Business Unit Head.
•Review and analyze cost regularly on PSM Level and propose continuous improvement steps
•Ensure Plantation Cost (CTM) inline with RAP
•Monitor the implementation of policies and procedures

Job Requirements :

•Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
•At least 5 Year(s) of working experience
•Experience in tax consulting and tax disputes, brevet A B Tax
•Must be detail and numerical proficiency

3. SAP Basis

•Ensuring all SAP systems runs within the agreed SLA (availability, performance and security)
•Ensuring that all SAP systems are managed to the appropriate level of security patches, software/firmware revisions and supported versions
•Develop and maintain continual improvement plans
•Monitoring and executing projects to ensure delivery is according to scope, budget and timeline
•Managing stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services
•Recruit, lead, develop and manage the BASIS team to ensure the team has the right skills and capabilities to deliver the required results

Job Description

•Collect data and conduct analysis on internal factors such as spend and customer requirements, as well as external factors such as industry and market dynamics, and product/services trends
•Assist in the development of Request for Quotation (RFQ) to collect supplier information, including confirming supplier’s participation, sending RFQ template, and consolidating RFQ responses from suppliers
