1. Procurement Civil Project Construction
Job Description Summary :
To assist procurement preparation process and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
Job Description:
- To monitor and follow up on procurement request and entered Shopping Card in SRM list under the responsibility of Procurement
- To negotiate pricing proposal, conditions, and requirements to purchase goods and services directly to the supplier in order to obtain the best price, conditions, and requirements
- To check and monitor the availability of goods and services in compliance with the quantity, quality, delivery time, payment terms and other requirements specified in the Purchase Order
- To coordinate and arrange delivery time from suppliers to relevant SBUs as per the required needs and fund availabilities
- To perform SRM bidding and create QCF as the basis to issue Purchase Order (PO)
- To actively seek alternative vendors / suppliers, or sub-contractors whenever necessary
- To monitor and follow up outstanding Purchase Order
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil)

Job Description Summary :
Perform inventory journals adjustment posting and perform reversal (if needed) for assigned business unit
Job Description:
- Perform day-to-day posting, allocations, and accrual recording of General Ledger for the assigned business unit
- Perform intercompany reconciliation and clearing for other account in regular basis, including to identify and resolve unreconciled issues
- Perform pre month-end activity (e.g. balance sheet account review, bank reconciliation, check AP/AR) correctly and in timely manner
- Perform month-end/year-end closing activities for the assigned business unit correctly and in timely manner
- Maintain the reporting templates and prepare financial reporting for statutory and management reporting
- Perform inventory journals adjustment posting and perform reversal (if needed) for assigned business unit
- Perform deferred tax journals posting and perform reversal (if needed) for assigned business unit
- Ensure current processes, operations, systems, databases and information security are up to date and comply with proper accounting and legal principles/policies/procedures, including GAAP and others
- Deliver service excellence and maximize customer service and satisfaction

3. Process Engineer
Job Description Summary :
- Research, develop, and implement industrial processes from raw materials that result in the desired final products within the manufacturing process. Solve organizational and production related problems efficiently using the fundamentals of design, engineering / quality tools, data analysis, and technology. Implementing new processes and technologies to accommodate new product instructions, increase capacity, improve efficiency, and reduced costs. Ensure manufacturing process is in accordance with improved quality, increased output, improved efficiency, and decreased downtime to improve profitability.
Job Description :
- Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize products and processes and initiate plans that drive improved performance.
- Create proposals, and create design for potential project in improving manufacturing process, and effectively communicate idea to upper management level.
- Provide technical assistance to operating departments to implement changes for process improvements.
- Maintain quality service by following organization quality system standards within the manufacturing process, including material handling improvements, and safety procedures.
- Compete duties assigned by upper management level.
- Analyze data from various sources within the manufacturing process to identify trends in build quality and efficiency.
- Responsible for diagnosing situational-operational problems found within manufacturing process and drive corrective action, recommending remedial measures.
- Ensure proper execution by monitoring personnel in On-the-Job training and operating procedures.

- Manage and finalize logistic arrangements in assigned area.
