1. SENIOR MANAGER - REGULATORY AFFAIRS

You will lead the Regulatory Affairs team in Indonesia for Personal Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for and lead all regulatory activities in Indonesia. In this role, you will play an essential role in building clear strategic business direction, building a robust regulatory affairs organization and work closely in collaboration with Lifecycle management and Innovation regulatory affairs team!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

•Leading a team of Regulatory professionals to deliver a compliant Indonesia Consumer health business
•Collaborate with Indonesia leadership team on broad business & organization matters
•Leading local registration strategy and planning for base business & new product development to support business objectives
•To ensure a qualified registration dossier is prepared and meeting with the most current requirements in timely manner
•Lead internal & external approval process of new pack materials, POSM and advertisement materials
•Ensure all relevant regulatory systems and databases are maintained up to date
•Actively participate in cross functional meetings or coordination meetings for projects regionally and globally
•To stay updated with the upcoming changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines and define impact to business
•Negotiate and take a lead in driving regulatory bodies on registrations of new products, variations and renewals. Take any necessary actions in order to accelerate the approval
•Build and maintain close relationship with registration authorities and other relevant pharmaceuticals organizations/bodies.

QUALIFICATIONS

•Graduate with degree (Bachelors/Masters) in Pharmacy. Registered pharmacist with Ministry of Health is preferred
•Having more than 8 years experience in product registration (consumer products, supplements, medicinal products) and dealing with related government agencies, i.e.: BPOM, Kemenkes
•Knowledgeable with related regulations of product registration (consumer products, supplements, medicinal products) and corresponding activities (BPOM, Kemenkes)
•Knowledge and experience in GMP, GDP regulations will be an advantage
•Experience with managing team
•Communication Skills - Able to clearly present information to non-technical leadership teams through the spoken word. Able to write and speak clearly and effectively in English to the team
•Decision Making & Problem Solving - Able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgement and a realistic understanding of issues, able to use reason, even when dealing with emotional topics
•Policy and Procedures - Able to relate to routine operations in a manner that is consistent with established policies and procedures
•Analytical Skills - Able to use a systematic approach in solving problems through analysis of problem and evaluation of alternate solutions
•Proficient in English- both written and oral
•Proficient in Computer systems

2. MARKET STRATEGY AND PLANNING MANAGER

Responsibilities 

•Co-develop base business-focused plans to grow core business, address any sales fundamental gaps, deploy plans to sales teams, and enable strong execution and forecast delivery.
•Develop and align Indonesia’s Channel Strategy consistent with regional channel strategy.
•Work with Indonesia’s Brand team on Marketing Strategy and Planning to start developing the trade activity plan, get input and alignment from the Sales team and Sales leader.
•Finalize Trade Plan and get full alignment/support from the sales leadership team on the following elements: Sales Fundamental Goals (by-channel/customer), Conversion/Remnant Plan, Distribution, Shelving, Display and Promotion Plans (with glide path), Customer Profit Plan, Sample requests (both for Trade and Barcode verification), and Brand Fundamentals (merchandising).
•Submit country pipeline volume forecast.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in any field with an excellent academic background.
•Has 2-5 years of experience in Healthcare Sales or Key Account Management, Area Sales Manager in Healthcare Category Management, Pharmacy Channel Management, In-store Activation, and Healthcare Merchandising.
•Previous experience in Pharma companies OTC business is preferred
•Born leaders and are passionate to make things happen.
•Have strong analytical thinking and skills.
•Proficient in English

3. SENIOR CORPORATE COMMUNICATION MANAGER

Your responsibilities will include:

•Design and delivery of PR strategy to support the P&G corporate brand
•Media & Influencer relations
•Internal Communications & Employee Engagement activities
•External connections and credentialing plans
•Providing communications counsel & expertise to internal stakeholders
•Social media strategy & execution
Issues & crisis management
•Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability programs

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications Required

•Advanced Communications & Storytelling capability
•5-8 years experience
•Background in PR Agency, consumer brands or retail industry preferred
•Bachelor degree or equivalent required
•Crisis & issues management expertise & experience
•Experience in CSR and internal communications

4. TAX MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Manage tax matters to ensure compliance with tax legislations and regulations for local and regional wide.
•Manage local tax audit works, including meeting the tax authorities.
•Manage tax forecast, quarterly tax provisions and other tax accounting related matters.
•Be the tax support for businesses, partnering with business to advise and implement tax strategies.
•Identify and manage the implementation of a range of tax process improvements to manage tax risk.
•Opportunity to work on regional tax projects.

Qualifications

•Minimum of bachelor's degree in Accounting/Fiscal Administration
•Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Tax with the Big 4 accounting firms or MNCs
•Have good communication skills and excellent in English (verbal and written)
•Strong interpersonal skills and a team player with ability to work across multi-functions.
•Ability to operate independently with strong drive and leadership

5. PLANT TECHNICIAN MANUFACTURING

Plant Technician responsibilities includes:

•Participating in business improvement/loss elimination projects
•Being responsible for a zone ownership area by operating, maintaining, and improving the zone to deliver performance targets
•Troubleshooting process and equipment problems
•Maintaining safety, quality, and internal control standards
•Executing preventive and predictive maintenance procedures
•Developing and executing a personal action plan
•Following and using process directions, operational control strategies and Current Best Approaches (CBA's)

Qualifications

•Diploma Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Conversion Engineering, Computer & Information Engineering, Chemical Analyst, and Microbiology
•Background: Fresh Graduate or 1-year experience in manufacturing industries
•Good English in writing, reading and speaking skills
•Computer literate
•Willing to work in rotating shift schedule and in Karawang Industrial Area

6. PLANT TECHNICIAN INTERNSHIP

Qualifications

•Penultimate Year of pursuing diploma’s degree or fresh graduate of diploma degree in Engineering, •Chemical Analyst, Pharmacy, and Microbiology Background
•Good English writing, reading, and speaking skills
•Computer literate
•Willing to work in Karawang Industrial Area
