Pada tanggal 18 April 1985, HokBen pertama kali didirikan dibawah naungan PT. Eka Bogainti. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 1985 di Jakarta oleh Hendra Arifin. Restoran pertama berlokasi di Kebon Kacang, Jakarta Pusat.

Hendra sebagai pemilik PT Eka Bogainti tertarik mengembangkan restoran cepat saji ala Jepang karena pada 1985 konsep itu belum ada di Indonesia. Ia pun melakukan studi banding ke Jepang dan kemudian membeli izin untuk menggunakan merek dan asistensi teknis Hoka Hoka Bento di Indonesia. Awalnya, HokBen di Jepang berbisnis makanan take away (pesan ambil/bawa pulang). Kini, Eka Bogainti memiliki penuh hak cipta atas merek merek HokBen. Sementara itu, usaha serupa dengan merek sama yang ada di Jepang sudah tidak ada lagi.

Pada tahun 1990 HokBen pertama kali membuka restoran di luar Jakarta, yaitu di Bandung. Hingga kini terdapat 26 gerai di kota ini. HokBen pertama kali membuka gerainya di Surabaya pada tahun 2005, dan hingga kini terdapat 10 cabang di Surabaya, Sidoarjo dan Malang. Pada tahun 2010 HokBen mengembangkan sayapnya ke wilayah Jawa Tengah, Yogyakarta, dan Bali. Pada tahun 2008, HokBen memperoleh Sertifikat Halal.

1. Quality Assurance Manager

Ensure all Quality Management system has implementing and maintain well
- Plan and manage Internal and External Audit Progress
- Develop SOP to control food safety system and Quality for all area Central Kitchen, Distribution and Stores
- Make sure ongoing compliance with local, national, and international standart and legislation
- Mantain MD Registration and all QA contol documentation
- Ensure proper implementation of SOP across the different department
- Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Develope training program and conduct personnel hygiene training, Sanitation, GMP and HAACP
- Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors
- Review statistical studies, technological advances, or regulatory standards and trends to stay abreast of issues in the field of quality control
- Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points

Requirements :

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): HACCP, GMP, ISO, Halal, BPOM
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

2. Business Development (Store Development)

Making plans for New store development for the next years
- Making store analytical and financial planning
- Making analytical store strength in advance by seeing the economic growth, population and competitor
- Making action plan for HokBen business positioning in Indonesia
- Monitoring existing store a year ahead

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Geology/Geophysics, Mathematics, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Required Skill(s): Business Development, Market Planner, Set Market Analysis, Mapping New Store.
- Having leadership skills and ability to mapping potential store
- Having good negotiation skills and analysis
- Great communication, energetic, confident and interested in learning new things
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to placement at Ciracas, Jakarta Timur

3. Asset Management Specialist

To manage existing store leasing process.
- Create Feasibility Study to extend rent and option with on-ground execution.
- Coordinate with related department for store and landlord issues.
- Executes leasing business process flows based on time.
- Renegotiation for renewal, renovation, expansion existing store lease agreement.
- Maintain good relationship with major developers.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong analytical, problem and decision making capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to be placed in Ciracas - Jakarta Timur.

4. Management Trainee Store Supervisor - Segera!

We are seeking passionate candidates to join our Management Trainee Store Supervisor Program.

We will train you every skill needed in Operational Store and we will develop you as a Store Manager. The training program is an interesting and challenging 1 year program. In the first period, you will experience learning process with being rotated in each of our Operational Store. Long term goal of the program is to create a high quality individual ready to manage a store.

Requirements :

- Bachelor Degree from any major from a reputable university, with GPA minimum 3.00

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

- Membuat PR  pengiriman luar kota (eksternal ekspedisi)
- Membuat PR perbaikan kendaraan dan berkoordinasi dengan pihak bengkel
- Membuat PR KIR dan ijin bongkar muat
- Rekap biaya-biaya HUB (lokasi Bekasi dan Lampung)

Kualifikasi :

- Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya gelar SMA/K di bidang apapun.
- Setidaknya memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini.
- Memiliki pengalaman berkoordinasi dengan driver-driver distribusi.
- Lebih disukai Pegawai (non-manajemen & non-supervisor) khusus dalam Logistik/Distribusi.
- Mampu menggunakan Ms Office : excel, word, power point
