1. Supply Chain Analyst

Terbit 25 Agustus 2021

Purpose:

Responsible for Analyze data of supply chain. This position will lead the development of Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements, coordination with internal function D&T and external related department, Provides visibility and a source of truth across the supply chain, for both internal and external systems and data, Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency, Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations, Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data, Review logistical systems, and identify and recommend areas for improvement, Seek to improve all aspects of the Distribution & Transport department by reviewing current methodology and process. 

Accountabilities:

•Collecting and analyzing supply chain data.
•Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
•Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data.
•Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, effective delivery, route planning).
•Research and seek out the most cost-efficient shipment procedures and methods.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and business administration from reputable university.
•Knowledge and having minimum 3 years of experiences in Supply Chain Management as Supply Chain Analyst, Finance Analyst, Business Analyst.
•Proven knowledge of inventory management.
•Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
•Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data.
•Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships

2. Research Development Analyst (Karawang 2021)

4. QC Staff (Sidoarjo)

5. Payroll Supervisor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

•To process payroll monthly for employees regular payment and irregular payment (THR, incentive) as scheduled, by calculating income, tax & social securities by government or private sector.
•To handle employee Personal Tax and company report related to government include Tax Form, reconcile, checking, payment and reporting monthly and annually.
•To plan and define schedule of payroll process and payment implementation (regular or irregular payment) within the scope.
•To reconcile headcount, wages and other income data (such overtime, incentives) between employee database or hard copies and Payroll System including to log and report any payroll cases.
•To overview and analyze payroll-accounting-tax related data and reports for achieving reconciled consolidation.
•To enhance process, procedures and system, do cost analysis for proposing efficient and effective processes and control improvement.
•To solve any tax and social security claims/cases and report the trend of cases logged.
•To ensure wages payroll physical documentations are managed and filed properly in a confidential manner and place for around 10 years as required by government tax institution.
•To give input to HR System platform in payroll module related development and troubleshoots.

6. Sustainability Specialist

Key Accountabilities :

•Support and assist in developing best practice of company’s sustainability strategy, initiatives, objective and program across all stakeholders internal and external, including employees, consumers, suppliers 
•Review, analyze and propose environmental management plan and system.  
•Collaborate with cross-functional impact teams to meet the sustainability objectives. 
•Actively assist, implement, and review standardized system to monitor, report and communicate the environmental sustainability efforts 
•Identify recommended strategies to address relevant environmental sustainability issues in the company  
•Serve as an internal environmental sustainability subject matter expert, maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations that impact the organization, updates the organization on new regulations and environmental sustainability initiatives 
•Develop a culture of environmental sustainability through ongoing internal and external communications and education 
•Be the coordinator and point of contact of OPEX and CAPEX of HR&GA as well as Sustainability Budget  

Requirements :

•Minimum Bachelor Degree in environmental sciences, environmental management, sustainability, engineering or related field 
•3-5 years of experience in sustainability, environment, energy or related field 
•Experience on managing sustainability system and program 
•English both written and communication 
•Strong strategic and analytical skills 
•Excellent oral and written communication skills  
•Proven leadership ability with diverse teams in a collaborative group setting 
•Excellent people management skills – strong ability to develop and manage diverse relationships, engage, influence and build credibility among a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on the sustainability initiatives

7. Communication Executive (Temporary)

Job Description:

•Support Head of Communication to strenghten Kimberly-Clark Softex's reputation as a company that cares about its people, its consumers and the planet through communication plan and projects
•Respond to media queries and handle media monitoring
•Ensure the K-C Softex logo and guideline implement well for the corporate design
•Ensure timely and relevant communication for K-C Now, review social media K-C Softex, create newsletter
•Support other departments related with Communications program including translate communications documents.

Requirements:

•Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from Communications. Fresh graduate are welcome
•Have experience handling projects in Corporate Communications, Brand PR/ Communications, or liaising with a third party
•Excellent written and oral communication skills – both English and Indonesia
•Willing to work temporary for 3 - 4 months
•Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera - Tangerang
