  • Understand and carry out procurement procedures for required goods and services The company complies with applicable regulations.
  • Receive requests for goods and services from related work units in form PR (Purchase Requisition), checking the completeness of supporting documents, prepare procurement mechanisms and coordinate with users related to ensuring completeness and correctness in accordance with the budget, policies and procedures for procurement of goods and services in the Company.
  • Carry out the process of procuring goods and services needed by users in the form of POs (Purchase Order) starting from looking for a Vendor to carrying out the process initial stage negotiations by paying attention to applicable Company procedures in order to support smooth operations and specified targets.
  • Ensure completeness of vendor bid documents in the vendor selection process in accordance with applicable regulations (in terms of demand, price, quality, quantity, timeliness and location of delivery, legality and licensing, as well as other).
  • Collect vendor performance evaluation results from users to obtain information related to the quality/performance of vendors collaborating with the Company.
  • Document PR, CQS (Comparison Quotation Summary) and PO thoroughly systematically so that the documents are stored neatly and easy to find at any time needed.
  • Create progress reports on procurement of goods and services responsibility to support the monitoring process for achieving performance targets regular procurement of goods and services.  - Carry out continuous improvements or improvements to business processes and goods and services procurement activities to achieve the best performance and service excellent.

5. Warehouse Staff

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible to monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, including reconciling stock counts to computer reports; Initiate’s action to replenish stock by processing purchase orders and other related paperwork; receiving, unpacking, and delivering items to shelves or requesting departments; Inspects shipments for accuracy and completeness, and resolves inconsistencies; and performs routine clerical duties in support of unit.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
  • Follow up material delivery schedule to vendor to ensure all material arrives at warehouse on schedule and corresponding with user needs.
  • Receives, unpacks, pack, unloads, load, issue, store and delivers goods or material; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves. Then Records received order, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
  • Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment: Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records, manually or using computer.
  • Prepare all material transactions data monthly then submit to Procurement & Logistics Supervisor to create Inventory Balance Report so that the quality and quantity on system match to actual condition in the warehouse.
  • Conduct the release of spare part, Oil/Lubricant, consumable and chemical material from warehouse based on material request (MR) from user to ensure all material issue recorded and well documented.
  • Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree graduate majoring in Accounting/Management/Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position from Power Plant/ Manufacturing Industry or 5 years from any Industry.
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and ERP (such as Axapta)
  • Good communication skill
  • Good command in English both verbal and written are preferable.
  • Willing to be located at Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan (non-roster based)
