This excellent reputation is proven with the success of many events and projects. PT. JIExpo is engaged in MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition) industry that concern in Event Services & Hospitality. JIExpo consists of a number of rooms and halls, namely Gedung Pusat Niaga, Hall A, B, C, D, E, Gambir Expo and Open Space. Each function halls hold different specs that will meet different requirements of various events. Currently, we are expanding in Real Estate & Property Development.

1. Purchasing Staff
Job Descriptions:
- Receive and follow up every submitted Purchase Requisitions (PR) effectively and timely, in accordance to company procedure
- Develop and find new suppliers or vendors and negotiate price, terms and conditions to get the best possible price and service guarantee
- Negotiate and make purchases directly to suppliers or vendors
- Prepare Purchase Order (PO), solicit bid comparison proposal, and monitor the goods arrival
- Coordinating with other departments, suppliers and vendors to get the required items
Requirements:
- Required age is between 24-30 years old
- Hold minimal Bachelor Degree in Economic or any major from reputable university (minimum GPA 3.00)
- Preferably has experiences in the related field minimum 1 years
- Possess good ability to use computer (Microsoft Office or related programs)
- Has good negotiation skills
- Demonstrated capability to work in team or independently
- Highly responsible with good initiative, aggressive and able to work under pressure
- Has solid communication skill in English or Mandarin is an advantage
2. Finance Accounting Staff
Deskripsi pekerjaan:
- Melakukan transaksi keuangan dan laporan keuangan
- Melakukan pembayaran voucher dan pembayaran ke supplier
- Membuat journal entry
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi laporan bank
- Memposting transaksi keuangan ke dalam sistem
- Menerima & memvalidasi dokumen dari vendor internal dan eksternal
- Memeriksa dan mengontrol stock opname
Kualifikasi :
- Bersedia penempatan di RS Suci Paramita, Balaraja
- Usia 22-30 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun (Freshgraduate dipersilahkan melamar)
- Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan komputer (Ms Office)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Dapat bekerja secara tim dan individu
- Memiliki inisiatif yang baik dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
3. Purchasing Control Supervisor
Job Descriptions:
- Receive and follow up every submitted Purchase Requisitions (PR) effectively and timely, in accordance to company procedure
- Monitor staff purchasing job, and ensure all job can be performed in timely manner
- Prepare report to Purchasing Manager
- Search for new possible supplier and maintain relationship with current supplier
Requirements:
- Required age is between 25-35 years old
- Hold minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic or any major from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00)
- Preferably has experiences in the related field minimum 3 years as Supervisor
- Possess good ability to use computer (Microsoft Office or related programs)
- Has good negotiation skills
- Demonstrated capability to work in team or independently
- Highly responsible with good initiative, aggressive and able to work under pressure
- Has solid communication skill in English or Mandarin is an advantage
