1. Department Assistant (Chinese Speaker)

Tanggung jawab:

1. Responsible for handling contract and Payment 
2. Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support for the product department
3. Responsible for monitoring research budgeting and managing asset inventor for the product department 
4. Responsible for purchasing goods needs for the product department 
5. Responsible for arranging team activities 
6. Responsible for translating research report and product-related document Mandarin to English, English to mandarin, and mandarin to Indonesia for the product team

Persyaratan:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above in any major 
2. Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 - 2 year working experience as a copywriting, content planner, or browser activation 
3. Proficient in Mandarin and English both oral and written communication. ( Overseas study experience in China is a plus point ) 
4. Have good interpersonal, negotiation, and Time management skills 
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office 
6. Strong self-motivation to learn 
7. A result-oriented, detail-oriented, patient & responsive person.

2. Financial Management Analyst (Chinese Speaker)

Responsibilities:

1. Record all transaction records 
2. Check all transactions regarding detail accuracy and track payment detail weekly 
3. Identify any indication of abnormal order
4. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential 
5. Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws 
6. Constantly update job knowledge

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree majoring in Accounting/Finance; 
2. 2 - 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax; 
3. Able to speak Chinese (Basic skill is acceptable); 
4. Able to speak English fluently; 
5. Familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures; 
6. Accuracy and attention to detail; 
7. Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks; 
8. Well organized.

3. NPL Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Tanggung jawab:

1 .Collecting and interpreting data from related stakeholder; 
2. Analyzing data to provide learnings and insights for optimization on the related team; 
3. Identifying new patterns and trends in data sets;
4. Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs; 
5. Defining new data collection and analysis processes. 
6. Communicate findings from data and analyses to the related team to create the best strategy 
7. Manage data models to bring order and insight to complex data sets

Persyaratan:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management, System Information, Data; 
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin; 
3. Minimum 1-2 years of experiences as a Sales analyst (Experience in technology & telecommunication industry would be an advantage); 
4. Have good analytical skills, interpersonal communication & social interpersonal skills; 
5. A result-oriented, detail-oriented, patient & responsive person; 
6. Have a good skill in Excel or any data processing tools.

4. Customer Service (English Speaker)

Tanggung jawab:

1. Responsible for actively answering calls and provide information about the product and services. 
2. Responsible for call center services both via the internet or via the hotline in good language. 
3. Respond to all customers’ requests in an accurate and timely manner 
4. Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional matter to customers 
5. Generative service report that contains Complaint and user feedback and suggestion

Persyaratan:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree from Communication, Marketing, or in any other related business-related.
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia (Both Oral & Written) 
3. At least 2 Year(s) of working in the customer service field 
4. Have a good knowledge of customer needs and aftersales business process. 
5. Have good Interpersonal Leadership, Team Management, Planning, and communication skills. 
6. A responsive and problem solver person

5. Material Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Tanggung jawab:

1. Ensure the availability of Material 
2. Control the turn over of Material 
3. Compose related to the material report 
4. Collaborate with another department for the coordination

Persyaratan:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (Fresh graduate are welcome) 
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin 
3. Have good analytical skills, interpersonal communication & social interpersonal skills; 
4. A result-oriented, detail-oriented & responsive person. 
5. Eager to learn new things.

6. Internal Risk Controller

Tanggung jawab:

1. Objectively assess a company’s system and business processes 
2. Review of new/old business, find risk points and do the regular check 
3. Promote fairness in various business activities and ensure reasonable costs 
4. Continous improvement on internal control system and method 
5. Identify, Investigate, Excavate, Reported and Prevention occurrences of fraud,embezzlement,theft,waste etc 
6. Improve business risk identification capabilities and improve the prevention action

Persyaratan:

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Accounting/Business Management/Industrial Engineering or other related major. 
2. Have related work experiences in big manufacturing company around 2-3 year. 
3. Full Working Proficiency in English and Mandarin. 
4. Have a good communication skill, high initiative, high integrity and have strong responsibility. 
5. Strong with data calculation, can work under pressure and team. 
6. Willing to do overtime (If Needed) and placement is in Cikupa, Tangerang.
