1. Digital Media Senior Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Planning, implementing, monitoring in digital placement campaign, including Google SEM/SEO, programmatic, display advertising; 
2. Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital placement campaign, together with Digital Analyst; 
3. Collaborate with agencies, other vendor partners & internal team; 
4. Competitor monitoring and evaluation for actionable insights; 
5. KPI monitoring & evaluating

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication and/or additional courses, degree or experiences in innovative digital areas; 
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a digital analyst (Experience in technology & telecommunication industry would be an advantage) 
3. Knows Google Ads dashboard, targeting, and also SEO; 
4. Have good project management skills, interpersonal communication & social interpersonal skills; 
5. A result-oriented, detail-oriented, patient & responsive person. 
6. Willing to work in the PIK Office (if necessary - when we’re back to WFO).

2. Internet Business Development Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the team to explore the needs of customers. Formulate personalized & professional advertising/marketing promotion services as well as negotiate & reach cooperation with partners (including pre-installation, stores, browsers, and fulfillment of relevant Southeast Asian Internet resource requirements). 
2. Assist in monitoring, collecting, sorting, and analyzing the operating data and information of the channel, and optimize the effect in time. 
3. Assist in grasping market dynamics. Be responsible for business negotiations, maintaining business partnerships, and implementation of process and results of cooperative projects. 
4. Assist in collecting market information, analyzing competitors' products, and propose effective business strategies and improvement suggestions. 
5. Participate in formulating the stage development plan of the business, business strategies, and direction planning for each partner.

Requirements:

1. Have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Management, Communication, or any other related majors. Preferred Male. 
2. Fluent in English and have basic Chinese (Mandarin). 
3. Have excellent communication skills. Have an out-going and active personality. 
4. Willing to learn and has much room for growth and improvement.

3. Customer Service

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for actively answering calls and provide information about the product and services. 
2. Responsible for call center services both via the internet or via the hotline in good language. 
3. Respond to all customers’ requests in an accurate and timely manner. 
4. Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional matter to customers. 
5. Generative service report that contains Complaints and user feedback and suggestion.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree from Communication, Marketing, or in any other related business-related.
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia (Both Oral & Written). 
3. Fresh graduates especially those with internship experience are welcome. 
4. Have a good knowledge of customer needs and aftersales business process. 
5. Have good Interpersonal Leadership, Team Management, Planning, and communication skills. 
6. A responsive and problem solver person.

4. Business Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling Data Administrative and paperwork management (filling). 
2. Responsible for Business administration, monitoring, analysis, maintaining expenses completeness that conformance with procedures and regulations. 
3. Understanding Branding Business operation flow.
4. Understanding the contract terms and expenses.
5. Ensure the security and validity of the project by coordinating with internal parties (Legal, Audit, and Finance). 
6. Responsible to check and record all Business Team transactions. 
7. Responsible to update business team expenses track details progress weekly and monthly. 
8. Responsible to identify any indication of abnormal expenses or expenses progress. 
9. Responsible for arranging team activities, such as weekly meetings. 
10. Coordinate with a Business partner to ensure the payment progress. 
11. Constantly update job knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in business management/business administration or related major; 
2. Have good communication skills, fluent in English is a must. Mandarin is an advantage; 
3. Great analytical, critical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; 
4. Ability to work independently and with the team; 
5. >2 years as a Business Analyst or Administration Field; 
6. Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments; 
7. In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making; 
8. Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks to deliver into managerial; 
9. Preferably have experience of administration work in the Branding field (PR, Content, Digital, Event, Media Placement).

5. Operation Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the localized operation of vivo's Indonesian V-App stores and browser including resource schedule, AB test, background configuration, etc. 
2. Basic data analysis of operation strategies 
3. Work with the Chinese operation team, assist in completing the planning, design, and execution of the operation strategy to help the team achieve business goals

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree from all majors; 
2. Have good communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin is required.; 
3. Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities; 
4. Ability to work independently and with the team; 
5. >3 years as an Internet operation/back-end developer; 
6. Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments; 
7. E-commerce Industry experiences are preferably

6. NPL Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Collecting and interpreting data from related stakeholder; 
2. Analyzing data to provide learnings and insights for optimization on the related team; 
3. Identifying new patterns and trends in data sets; 
4. Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs; 
5. Defining new data collection and analysis processes. 
6. Communicate findings from data and analyses to the related team to create the best strategy 
7. Manage data models to bring order and insight to complex data sets

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management, System Information, Data 
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin 
3. Minimum 1-2 years of experiences as a Sales analyst (Experience in technology & telecommunication industry would be an advantage)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or Master degree from reputable university. 
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing and/or brand community 
3. Experiences in event execution within relevant industries (offline and online). 
4. Advanced communication skills in English. 
5. Creative self-starter, able to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines, passionate about telco industry, excellent interpersonal skills, wide association
