Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receive, handling, resolve calls and provide solutions for complaints from debtor.
- Handling for debtor data verification related to loan application.
- Check the completeness of the application documents.
- Insert the loan application data to the CRM system.
- Giving excellent services for debtor.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Having call center experience background will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and able to communicate in English.
- Computer literate.
- Fast learner and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work as individual as well as in a team.
- Customer and Services Oriented.
- Able to adapt in dynamic company culture and fast-paced working environment
- Always bring positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers.
