1. HSE Manager


Our client is a Multinational Company which has business in Manufacturing for spare parts and accessories both 4 wheel and 2 wheel. Located in East Karawang.


- Maximum 45 Years Old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or Master degree, major in environmental, occupational health and safety, Industrial Engineering, or related major.
- Experienced in the same position in the automotive manufacturing industry minimum 5 years .
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Preferably Have HSE certificate from global (ISO 14001, Safety management, etc.) and national (Ahli K3 umum Disnaker, Auditor SMK3, Occupational health, Emergency response, Safety First, etc.)
- Team Player / Result Oriented / Communication Skills / Ability to elaborate clear standard (Visual / Well described) Proactive and good accountability.

Job Description:

- Identify hazard, evaluate, and mitigate the risks in the field of HSE, and implement required action plans to prevent occupational diseases, reduce the number of working accidents, avoid damage to property, limit environmental impacts, and improve site security, by respecting the government regulations.
- Ensure continuously that all buildings, processes, equipment, machines, installations, all devices, materials and products of the site present the minimum hazard, through his involvement upstream of the projects, the issuance of HSE specifications, reception and the audit of these means on a continuous basis.
- Planning, assigning, budgeting and monitoring the implementation of all corrective or preventive improvement actions in the technical field following to internal/ external audits, inspections ande exchange of best practices. Organizational aspects:

- Analyze the regulatory compliance of its site and maintain it continuously.
- Perform risk assessments for all HSE fields on the site, including emergency mode, non prescribed / unplanned work such as contractor works, unplanned maintenance, deviation to validated process, and each deviations is captured in database with an updated mitigation plan to cover deviation lead time.
- In each area, set up manuals, procedures, instructions, visual standards, and signs
- Ensure and audit by OJT that safety tools, safety standards are adapted, known, understood, applied, and enforced by management
- Communicate internally (operators, managers, employee representatives) and externally (authorities, inspectors, neighbors, other companies, etc.) on HSE issues
- Assess and monitor safety risks from deviations to standard.(Deviation Database)
- Monitor incidents and accidents on the site using QRQC & PDCA/FTA tools Behavioral aspects
- Develop manager Safety Skills using Safety first, Risk Hunting, PFMEA, Safety Talks and Safety Briefing tools to certified and autonomous in safety.
- Train people to react in emergency and unexpected situation

2. Coal Trading Supervisor

Build rapport and obtain offers from existing customers/ prospects and securing a deal.
- Monitor and develop sales strategies along with Regional Head to improve market share in all product lines.
- Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Build new customer base to maximize sales.
- Project and interpret short and long-term effects on sales strategies in achiving profit target.
- Comply with all government regulation and operational policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintaining relationship with existing/ new customer and partners.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.


- Minimum bachelors degree in any major. 
- Age between 27-35 years old. 
- Proven work experience in Indonesian thermal and coal.
- In-depth knowledge in trading industry and shipping terms.
- Strong business networking with coal suppliers.
- Business English communication skill.
- Professional working ethics and attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independetly with high level of dedication as well as team.

3. Business Development Executive


Our client is Multinational company which located in Cikarang area. Has business in telco solution. 

Job Descriptions:

- Identify and generate new business
- Development of new customers
- Setup customer meetings, make telephone calls
- Prepare proposals, quotations, liaise with customers to follow up and win business
- Be able to meet and deliver planned business targets
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers


- University Bachelor or Master Degree
- Field of study: Business, Marketing or Engineering
- 1-5 years of Sales/Business Development experience
- Strong selling skills and proven sales record
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong creative & innovative, result oriented, and high achiever, willing to learn & try something new
- A background relating to technical engineering/Telecom.

Our client is trading company which located in South Jakarta and has various product. Currently looking for Sales Asst. Man for NDT product (Non-Destructive Testing).

Job Descriptions:

(1) Plan and achieve sales budget
(2) Collect the market information and analyze it
(3) Make a plan of sales and marketing activities and manage its schedule
(4) Explore new customers and new market aggressively to increase the sales opportunities
(5) Build and sustain strong relationship with business partners and customers

- Bachelor graduate from any major

- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in HR Field automotive company with employee more than 100 person
