1. Management Trainee Program By L'Oreal Indonesia (Batch 2)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/ Master Degree graduate from any major 
- Max. 2 years working experience 
- GPA min 3.00 or equivalent
- Proficient in English & have strong communication skills
- Have leadership experience in an organization
- willing to undergo program rotation outside of Jakarta
- Preferably have an internship experience

2. Business Development Executive - Kerastase

Requirements:

•Having at least 3-5 years of experience as Key Account Manager/Sales or Commercial, preferably in Retail or FMCG company
•Minimum a Bachelor Degree from Top Tier University
•Proficient in English
•Collaborative team player and good interpersonal skills is much needed
•Self-driven and able to multitask
•Proven leadership/coaching skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

•Build, manage and develop long-term relationships to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s presence thought offline & online business.
•Lead and negotiate annual agreements with salon partners
•Develop plans, KPIs and goals to be achieved for each salon partner
•Define and implement a Go to Market strategy with a cross-functional team (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales,)
•Identify new trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
•Prepare and present product proposals to future and current salon partners
•Handle specific sales events thanks to information gathered from the marketing department to increase brand visibility and improve sales performance
•Analyze and interpret sales reports to identify business strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities

3. Internal Controller Manager

Requirements: 

•At least 6-7 years of professional experience in internal control/compliance/governance/audit from •Multinational Company FMCG or Consultant. Experience in e-commerce is a plus point.
•Minimum a Bachelor degree from Accounting or Auditing major from top tier university
•Relevant knowledge in supporting policy maintenance and the implementation within the Company. 
•Deep understanding of compliance, governance and internal control framework.
•Strong communication skills and ability to deliver clear presentation to interact with broad audience with different background
•Has experience in system design and implementation; and/or ecommerce exposure.
•Familiar with project managements 
•Strong analytical abilities and structured thought process, able to collaborate with other and do effective networking 

Responsibilities:

•Perform risk analysis (i.e.: related with internal control priority, reporting dashboard, and proactively propose action/mitigation plan on risk related)
•Communicate, animate and share internal control best practices
•Guardian of the compliance KPI (i.e.: audit action plan, do and follow of health check/testing, assist in internal control self-assessment)
Group and local policy maintenance
•Highly involved in internal control and other finance projects
•Support fraud handling investigation
•Manage statutory auditors’ review on internal control topic

4. Head Of Medical (Active Cosmetics Division)

Requirements:

•Having 7-10 years of experience handling both Medical Business and Medical Relations in multinational pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or FMCG industry
•Preferably coming from medical graduate, but not limited to other major
•Have exposure in dermatology or skin care would be a plus point
•Good organizational skills and handle strategic part on the business in medical channels
•Familiar working with a solid team, as to coach and develop medical field team
•Able to define brand's positioning and grow local portofolio with guidance from the global and zone team
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

•Define the division’s medical strategy through medical relations, detailing, and medical training to grow brand’s scientific legitimacy and reputations
•Define potential of targets, visit frequency, and the competitiveness within medical and regulatory environment
•Define brand’s positioning through medical indications depending on the potential and local environment by following the global and zone directives
•Devise partnership strategy, encourage opinion leaders to create medical influence of our brands
•Organize and coach the medical representative community by qualitative and quantitative objectives
•Work out action plans, budgets, rewards for promotional items in conjunction with marketing of medical communications, including reward system for field team
•Implement multi-channel, both on- and off-line communication strategy (congresses, webcasts, newsletters, social media, press) in line with marketing strategy
•Pilot performance based on sales and Return of Investment (RoI)
