1. Relationship Manager Wealth Management - Yogyakarta
- Ensure for achieving business target has been allocated accordance the proper risk managements
- Maintain and deepen customer relationship with the bank
- Ensure effective cross sell process in order to build strong customer relationship
- Explore the bank’s products and the benefits to customers
- Ensure to excel customer service standard level
- Ensure the accuracy, prudential control in processing customer’s instruction with time efficiency
- Ensure to excel customer service standard level to customer accordance with service quality standard has been set by Bank
- Strictly adhere to all the bank policies/compliance/procedures and other regulatory requirement to protect both bank’s and customer’s assets
- Ensure all operational risks are highlighted, collated and resolution sought in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Relationship Manager Funding Perbankan)
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position available.
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta Branch.
