1. Business Analyst

Requirements:

●      Min. Bachelor Degree of Any Major with min. GPA 3.00
●      Have 2-4 years experience as an Analyst in ecommerce/retail industries/FMCG/market research
●      Enjoy working with data and experienced using analysis tools
●      Strong in analytical skill and detail oriented

Job responsibilities:

●      Process & create report on daily basis for MD team use to monitoring performance sales, profit and stock
●      Prepare report result with insight based on data related to AOV
●      Support data needs for category or brand plan execution to deliver result and achieve target
●      Manage, monitor and report stock cover days, forecast vs actual
●      Monitor, analyze and report result sales, profit, and stock impact from campaign
●      Manage master data
●      Follow up and monitor result from NED and overstock

2. Accounting Staff

Requirements :

●      Minimum Bachelor degree of Accounting/Finance/Management with min. GPA 3.00
●      Have min. 1-2 years working as accounting/GL staff, having experience intern in public accountant firm will be an advantage
●      Computer literate, especially in Ms Excel and experience using financial software
●      Detail oriented and comfortable working with data
●      Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat

Job Descriptions :

●      Do daily cash flow verification of offline retail sales transaction
●      Do daily bank reconciliation (cash, card, e-wallet)
●      Checking and recording all manual bill of payment 
●      Preparing and making journal transaction
●      Making petty cash transaction report
●      Do account balance sheet reconciliation and provide financial reporting base on monthly deadline
●      Maintaining fixed assets register and make sure the depreciation going well in the system
●      Maintaining prepaid expenses and make sure amortization going well in the system

3. Internal Audit Staff

Requirements :

●      Hold bachelor degree from Accounting/Economic, preferably from reputable university
●      Minimum 1 year of work experience in audit field but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
●      Have experience in Retail / Distribution / Media Business industry background are preferred
●      Having good knowledge about Business Process, Audit Procedure, Internal Control, Risk & Control Analysis
●      Willing to work overtime and travelling
●      Having good communication skill in English (Writing/Speaking)
●      Advanced in MS. Office (Excel, Word and Visio) 

Job Descriptions :

●      Conduct internal audit process for all division and Unit Business
●      Conducting independent audits
●      Follow up, track and evidence the implementation of audit recommendations
●      Create SOP

4. Finance Staff

Requirements :

●      Minimum Bachelor degree of Accounting/Finance/Management with min. GPA 3.00
●      Have min. 1-2 years working as invoicing / finance/ AR staff from consumer goods distribution companies.
●      Computer literate, especially in Ms Excel and experience using financial software
●      Detail oriented and comfortable working with data
●      Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat or all around Indonesia

Responsibilities :

●      Creating all Sales Order (SO) to invoices
●      Prepare due invoices and customers invoices
●      Creating sales team visit schedule
●      Making AR aging reports and monitoring AR
●      Filling all hard copy invoices and do invoice opname

5. Beauty Advisor

Requirements :

●      Open from any major
●      Having experience minimum 1 year will be an advantage
●      Excellent verbal communication skills
●      Deep interest on beauty

Job Descriptions :

●      Providing professional service to customers by selling and demonstrating products/brand

6. Budget Controller

Job Description:

●      Check and validate realization vs SKP to ensure alignment with our approved SKP.
●      Check supporting document related claim SKP (SKP approved, data sell out, period promotion) from the customer.
●      Check remaining deposit consumer promo from customer.
●      Validate the tax invoice from the invoice.
●      Request receipts for withholding transactions from customers
●      Coordinate with the tax team to remind proof of cuts that will be claimed to the customer.
●      Coordinate with GT/MT(internal and external) team to verify claim data related.

Requirements:

●      Bachelor Degree in Economic/Accounting/any equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00
●      Working experience in budget control department for 1-2 years from FMCG and Distribution companies are preferable
●      Good computer skills, particularly with Ms. Excel and calculation software
●      High attention to details and good communication skills
●      Good in problem-solving skills and analytical skills
