1. Project Manager

Responsible for leading complete project lifecycle of business development and operations projects

Job Descriptions:

•Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet expectations
•Developing project scopes and objectives
•Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
•Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
•Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

•Self-motivated, passionate, creative, energic, organized, and detail oriented
•Have excellent project management skill
•Ability to thrive in a team environment
•Minimum of 2 years experience, preferable from management consulting
•Must be excellent in English
•Adaptability in working with various projects and tight deadlines

2. Customer Experience Manager

Responsible for creating and executing strategy that promotes ever – increasing customer happiness.

Job Descriptions:

•Build and execute strategy that promotes ever-increasing customer happiness

5. Senior Merchandiser - Mom & Baby

Responsible in curating and maintaining brands from mom & baby category

•Acquire brands and maintain relationship with brands
•Liase with other internal teams to support the category growth initiative
•Achieve sales target

Requirements:

•Bachelor degree from reputable university
•Having experience in mom & baby category at least 2-3 years

6. Intern (Creative, Production, Marketing)

Requirements:

•Open for fresh graduate or undergraduate student, preferably from marketing, business, management, communication and broadcasting majors

•Willing to work for 3 months period (full time basis)

7. Administration

Requirements:

•Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.

8. Internal Audit Staff

Responsible to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes

Job Descriptions:

•Perform and control the full audit cycle including compliance with all applicable directive and regulations, •Cash & Bank, Accounts Receivable, Accounts •Receivable, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Sales, fraud management, etc
•Document Process and report audit findings
•Oversee the entire business process to identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings for the business

•Willing to travel 40% - 75% per month to our warehouse, store and branch

9. Marketing Executive

Responsible to execute, monitor and ensure all of marketing activities is running well.

Job Descriptions:

•Create, manage, and review all marketing activities through all Sociolla's channels
•Work with external parties (brands, merchants, media, others) related to marketing activities with Sociolla
•Work with multiple division/business units in Sociolla for all marketing activities

Requirements:

•Communication, PR, Marketing, Digital, or Creative background
•Min 2 yrs experience in similar field
•Beauty/Fashion related experience is a plus
•Multi-tasking ability and creative thinking is a must

10. Beauty Advisor

Candidate will providing professional service to customers by selling and demonstrating products/brand.

Requirements:

•Female/Male, 20 - 26 years old
•Female min. height 158cm, Male min. height 168cm
•Open from any major
•Having experience minimum 1 year will be an advantage
•Excellent verbal communication skills
