1. Media Planner
Requirements :
- Minimum 2-3 Years of experience related to this field
- Background Industry: Media/Consulting/Agency/Brand side
- Marketplace & Tiktok experience would be a plus
- Experience with the beauty industry is preferred
Job Descriptions :
- Contribute to strategy development of full funnel digital campaigns. This will include the ability to understand and interpret briefs and the application of insights to develop media and communications solutions, end to end funnel
- Identify and implement media across multi-digital media platforms: set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs
- Brainstorm, ideate & keep track of media properties in the market, with a brand fit & recommend suitable ones
2. Business Partnership & Operation
Requirements :
- Background education : Min S1 Business, Marketing, or related major, preferably from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.30
- Years of Work Experience : Minimum 1-3 Years experience in retail or ecommerce, specifically in the similar field.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, and own sense of urgency for incident resolution
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions. Must be clear, concise, and convincing
- Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem solving skills who is willing to go extra mile
- Ability to gain a deep understanding of partner goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
- Passionate about beauty & personal care category
Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for monitoring monthly target and achievement for related brands and products by maximizing selling opportunities all across the channels
- Maintain the relationship with the existing partners and understand the needs of brand partners by providing support, information, and guidance, making regular visits/communications, and anticipating new business opportunities
- Create relationship with the new brand partners and build good working relationships
- Monitor the whole process in merchandising, inventory management, stock movements, pricing/promo competitiveness, service level, and brand participation in sociolla stores
- Conduct quarterly performance analysis with key brand partners and monthly individual performance analysis
3. Full Stack Developer
Responsible for develop high quality modules that meet requirements and schedule, solve production issues in a timely manners and perform peer code review
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor degree from Computer Science or Information Technology with min. GPA 3.30
- 2-5 years of experience as Full Stack Developer.
- Understanding of the product and how features interface with each other.
- Ability to understand feature specification and the technology involved.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Initiative and proactiveness in seeking and satisfying objectives.
- Keeping the immediate manager informed and updated about work status
- Ability to drill down to the key issues in a given problem and resolve them.
- Solid team player and have a high learning abilities
Job Descriptions :
- Technical Design of features with appropriate documentation and estimation.
- Write high quality code with logging and exception handling, troubleshoot/debug code and incorporate code review feedback.
- Follow coding standards, coding guidelines, deployment standards, code repository conventions and performance standards.
- Identify risks, dependencies and communicate timely and effectively.
- Adhere to process, commitments, milestones and timelines.
- Ensure and perform peer code reviews, optimize design & implementation for scale
4. Assistant Store Manager
Candidate will be responsible and overseeing daily operation of the store, making sure everything run smoothly and effective.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years working experience as store supervisor/manager (in beauty retail industry will be an advantage)
- Having strong leadership skills and customer management
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
- Multitasking and strong willing
- Available to be placed in Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Kediri, Makassar, Lombok, Bali, Jakarta dan Cikarang
Job Descriptions :
- Organize opening and closing store
- Ensure O+O experience in stores will be in place - be it tech equipment operation / capability / knowledge and suggestion
- Achieve Target sales, and to motivate all Stores to achieved this same goal
- Manages the product inventory, Ensure availability of merchandise
- Responsible for the receiving process (inbound)
- Guide and train team in areas of company rules and guidelines, key performance, measurements, customer profile, customer service standards, process workflow, product knowledge and technical skills set
- Supervise and coach team in areas of daily workflow and work performance to achieve targets on daily basis
- Continuously drive good customer service standards
- Responsible for store administration
- Support the team in basic troubleshooting of commonly encountered issues related O+O
5. Beauty Advisor
Requirements :
- Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK
- Maksimal usia 27 tahun
- Berpenampilan menarik
- Disukai jika memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang yang sama di retail
- Ramah dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang bagus
- Memiliki interest di beauty
Job Descriptions :

- Bertanggung jawab terhadap ketersedian produk pada area penjualan

6. INTERNSHIP
Requirements:
- Final year student or fresh graduate

- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Willing to join min. 3 months full time internship
