1. Head of Customers Operations (D2C)

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage our Omnichannel Customer Services Team
•Raise our levels of experience through all Omnichannel methods to International standards,
•Ensuring engagement on our websites in Basket onwards are perfect
•Ensuring we manage all chat, WhatsApp, phone and email channels to all our customers 7 days a week
•Pro-active and deliver a level of excellence above that currently accepted by customers within Indonesia.
•Show sales via our own channels and the service around them is a reason to buy direct rather than through a marketplace, while also offering the best service we can on marketplaces as well.
•Need to build a culture of Customer and Process excellence that puts Kanmo at the forefront of Customer Excellence.


•Bachelor degree holder any field.
•Managerial level with minimum 3+ years experience in managing home delivery for a retailer or a 3PL that looks after retailers.
•Must be used to managing carrier relationships, warehouse relationships and managing SOPs related to packaging and quality of packaging
•Customer focused with key KPI's including OTIF, stock accuracy in feeds to our websites, delivery damages and handling of customer returns. As well as all your usual Customer Services KPI's like Response time, single touch resolution, CSAT etc.
•Must be fluent communicate in Bahasa and English
•Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents

2. IT Trainer & Admin Intern

Key Responsibilities:

•Support Documentation for Project (Understand the Business Cycle of the application and write it in the documentation, Work with Trainer team - IT team and Business Project team)
•Handling IT Testing Admin stuff (such as understand promotion logic type, Transaction simulation, etc


•Diploma / Bachelor degree in information technology or collage student - last semester are welcome.
•Have knowledge of computer hardware and windows.
•Initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things
•Fluent in English
•MS Office 2010 or above

3. Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities:

•Researching, identifying and contacting new potential brands
•Competitor analysis Pricing and margins
•Onboarding new brands and handover to brand team
•Must be fluent in English


•Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field or University student looking for internship program
•Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
•Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
•Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.

4. Marketing Communication Intern

Key Responsibilities:

•Help distribute marketing materials 
•Help organize marketing events 
•Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
•Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
•Prepare detailed promotional presentations
•Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
•Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback 
•Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content


•Bachelor Degree in any major or University student looking for internship program (Preferably : Marketing Major)
•Strong Self Leadership and great time management skill
•Fluent in English is preferable

5. Tax Manager

Job Description :

•Prepare and review corporate tax reports for accurate and timely company tax returns (SPT PPh and PPN report on time to Tax Office);
•Tax planning in accordance with government regulations to ensure the availability of accurate tax reports (Minimize over/under compliance with tax regulation, Minimize tax expense and penalty) 
•Prepare data and reports that will be used for Tax Audit, to ensure the Tax Audit process work according to plan (Liaise with tax authorities and provide data);
•Prepare and review SPT PPh OP to ensure every employee has an accurate tax report (SPT PPh OP deliver on time and accurate to all employee).

Requirements :

•Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Tax or equivalent.
•At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
•Technically strong with solid knowledge and experience in Tax
•Sincere with integrity and positive attitude, good team player with leadership
•Advanced MS Excel skills 
•Fluent in Bahasa & English

6. Visual Merchandiser Executive (Adidas)

Key Responsibilities:

•Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
•Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store. 
•Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays.
•Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result.
•Come up with, revise and present design ideas with assistant merchandisers.
•Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market.
•Monitor costs and work within budget.
•Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays.
•Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
•Liaise with suppliers and source elements.
•Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends.


•Diploma or Bachelor degree in any field.
•Minimum 2 years working experience in retail industries
•Experienced in Visual Merchandising
