1. Brand General Manager - Sport & Active Lifestyle

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop Sales Projection Plan to effectively forecast purchase Budget.
•Analyze and Develop Merchandise Plan with merchandise to ensure the effectiveness in the implementation of sales strategies.
•Analyze and Develop the strategic plan with merchandising to implement the effectiveness of Inventory Management.
•Analyze and Develop marketing strategies with Marketing and ensure the strategies are executed and achieved in an efficient, consistent and coordinated and meet the target.
•Supply chain Management incordination with Shipping and warehouse
•Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of Store Financial
•Collaboration with Operations to ensure smooth and seamless store operations as well as deliver good customer experience which reflected in NPS scores.
•Building good relationship with Principal.

Requirements:

•Bachelor degree holder any field.
•Minimum 5 year experience as a Brand Manager or Merchandiser Manager/Sr. Manager on retail industry with strong business acumen, and possess the experience in managing the footwear category.
•High level of attention to detail.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, working cross-culturally and leading from the front.
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Have the ability to demonstrate how you have worked with a team to develop and create innovative, thought provoking ideas on our objectives

2. Head of CRM & Loyalty

Key Responsibilities:

•Optimizing our Kanmo Circle Loyalty Scheme.
•Owning our Kanmocircle.com website and monthly newsletters
•Building and Improving Customer Lifecycles and Product Lifecycles.
•Driving Customer engagement across all of our sales channels.
•Improve CLTV and Customer Frequency.
•Managing and increasing Customer data gathering, Segmentation and personalization.

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree holder any field.
•Have min. 5 years experience in managerial level handling CRM.
•Have an experience used Capillary and Dot Digital CRM systems is preferable.
•Fluent in English and Bahasa
•Having excellent communication skill - ability to influence people within multiple departments and roles is essential

3. Website Support Manager

Key Responsibilities:

•A generalist with strong Web and IT experience, able to support the business to ensure we deliver optimal uptime of its websites and support the enhancement of all processes to improve the running of the websites and the associated integrations and plugins.
•Support the running of its Magento websites. 

Requirements:

•Bachelor degree holder any field.
•Minimum 4 years experience within an E-Commerce / Retail business
•Experience with web Programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, Knockout JS.
•Experience in Magento 2, Magento Module Development / customization and PHP coding will be an advantage
•Ability to build RESTful API, Web service, XML, JSON to support 3rd party systems.
•Flexible, looking to develop and able to work with our internal and external development team and 3rd party suppliers of integrations and plugins.
•A creative approach to resolving issues is needed along with a good understanding of Ecommerce.
•able to communicate well in both English and Bahasa, along with an ability to talk Technical with non-Technical people.

4. Kanmo Circle Brand Executive

Key Responsibilities:

•Managing the content and production decision around Kanmo Circle Newsletters, Emails, SMS, Social Media posts and in store materials.
•Working close with a Digital Designer to drive Kanmo Circle brand recognition.
•Building a new Website and will launching all new materials to support our Kanmo Circle Loyalty scheme through our whole business.
•Partner with all our Kanmo's retail brands and work to support our CRM objectives of growing our Customers Lifetime value.

Requirements:

•Minimum Bachelor degree any major.
•Have 2 years an experience in implementing or launching new brands
•Working within Loyalty or managing Social Media accounts will be an advantage. 
•Creative & innovative person
•Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
•Have a good attitude to improve and a willingness to learn. 
•Excellent English communication skills.

5. Sales Advisor JAKARTA

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

•Menawarkan produk kepada konsumen

Requirements:

•Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably majoring in Marketing or Public Relations. •Fresh Graduate are welcome;

7. Online Trading Executive - Toys

Key Responsibilities:

•Responsible for online merchandising (both website and market place platforms) and delivering our trading strategy, owning promotion activity, driving customer engagement and delivering profitability.
•Work with Brand teams to ensure stock availability to enable participation in online campaigns and that we are working in an Omnichannel approach with our stores and social selling channels.
•Responsible for ensuring that your websites are properly maintained, with all products available, all prices correct and all product content 100% accurate.
•Work with all marketplaces to ensure your brands get optimal exposure and inclusion in all available campaign Partner with Brand teams to agree a pricing strategy that optimize sales both on a daily basis and in deep campaign offers.
•Trade the channels with short/long term strategy to increase sales for the business (identify new category opportunities in the market)
•Work closely with all marketplace partners as well as internal stakeholders to drive conversion and repeat purchases.
•Own customer journey and merchandising across all platforms for your brands.
•You will also produce daily, weekly and monthly analysis to measure the performance of our online activities across all channel
•Has analytics capability and share insights

Requirements:

•Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
•Minimum 2 years of working experience in ecommerce industry.
•Experience as an online trader with a Retailer and/or a marketplace or using Magento would be an strong advantage, as would familiarity with either our brands or similar toy's brands.
•Fluent in English and Bahasa.
•Computer Literate (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word).
•Any knowledge of Anchanto or similar marketplace software a bonus.
•Excellent Microsoft Excel skill and ability to manage large volume of data.
•Any experience of Google Analytic would be a bonus.
