PT Jawa Satu Power is a joint venture entity between PT Pertamina Power Indonesia ("PPI"), Garuda Power Holdings B.V. and Sojitz Global Investment B.V. Established on December 05, 2016 as a special purpose company in running, controlling and managing the assets of Jawa-1 power plant business activities, which serves as the largest gas-fired power plant with CCGT technology in Southeast Asia.
The company runs its business professionally by upholding an effective and efficient Corporate Governance principles in order to provide continuous added values to shareholders.
PT Jawa Satu power deals with more than 20 companies involved, 3 main consortium members, 2 additional members in FSRU (PT Jawa Satu regas), 3 senior lenders (JBIC, NEXI, ADB) plus 5 commercial banks (Mizuho, MUFG, societe generale, OCBC bank, credit agricole), 3 main EPC contractors, and advisories on the financial, legal, and technical. Companies involved come from Indonesia, Japan, Korea, America, and Europe, which is connecting almost the whole continents of the globe.
Jawa-1 is the first project in Asia with such complex scheme, however with a great spirit and open minded of all parties to obtain a beneficial solution enabling the company to achieve financial close, further to conduct the groundbreaking with dedication, unlimited hard work and effort, creativity in order to achieve company's objective so that this project could complete and meet commercial operation date ("COD") on time as committed.

PT Jawa Satu Power (JSP/Perusahaan) atau Proyek Jawa-1 merupakan joint venture antara PT Pertamina Power Indonesia (“PPI”), Garuda Power Holdings B.V., dan Sojitz Global Investment B.V. Pada 5 Desember 2016, Perusahaan didirikan sebagai Special Purpose Company (SPC) yang bertujuan untuk menjalankan, mengendalikan, mengelola aset dan kegiatan bisnis pembangkit listrik berbasis bahan bakar gas dengan teknologi CCGT terbesar di Asia Tenggara.
Dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya, Perusahaan melibatkan lebih dari 20 perusahaan dari berbagai negara di dunia termasuk Jepang, Korea, Amerika Serikat, Eropa dan termasuk Indonesia. Perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut meliputi 3 (tiga) anggota konsorsium EPC utama dan 2 (dua) anggota usaha bersama di FSRU yaitu PT Jawa Satu Regas, 3 (tiga) perusahaan pendanaan yaitu JBIC, NEXI dan ADB dan 5 (lima) bank komersial yaitu Bank Mizuho, Bank MUFG, Bank Société Générale, Bank OCBC dan Bank Credit Agricole, serta berbagai konsultan di bidang finansial, hukum, dan teknis.
Perusahaan mengelola proyek Jawa-1 yang memiliki skema kompleksitas tinggi karena terdapat pembangunan pembangkit listrik lengkap dengan prasarana yang dibutuhkan, transmisi sepanjang 52 km dan gardu induk. Tak hanya itu, proyek ini merupakan penggabungan antara pembangkit listrik dan FSRU.

Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relevant position in the power plant industry, is highly desirable.
2. Possession of minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a fundamental requirement.
3. Demonstrating a foundational understanding of accounting principles and exhibiting familiarity with tax laws and internal control procedures is essential.

5. Exhibit strong numeracy skills, coupled with the ability to assimilate and analyze complex financial data.
