Lowongan Kerja Learning & Development Lead - JAPFA 2020

JAPFA Foundation was founded in 2015. In the 4 years since it has been founded, it has been active in scholarship, nutrition and social issues, helping over 1000 students, 19 schools, 5295 beneficiaries and 239 educators. We will be building and launching an innovative program at the intersection of agriculture and education.

Our vision for this program is to help Indonesia in answering two challenges that we believe are critical for Indonesia’s future 1) Increasing the productivity of Indonesia’s many smallholder farmers and livestock breeders; and 2) improving leadership and workplace skills of young Indonesians who aspire to pursue a career in the agriculture sector.

We are currently in the phase of designing and piloting this program, and are looking for Instructional Designers to join our team. This will be a unique opportunity to help build, define and truly own a program that we hope will have a sustainable impact on the agriculture sector in Indonesia.
