1. Account Manager - Medan Area

You will be involve in these:

- Collaborate and work with business partners (internal and external), fine-tune and execution
- Grow enterprise segments revenue as assigned such as FSI, Manufacturing, Transportation, etc.
- Involved in product and solution business strategy related to assigned segments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Reseller Partnership Plan to complement
- Product/Solution gaps for related segments
- Go-To-Market and Channel/Reseller Strategy
- Introduce change management strategies and skills uplift plan to address capability gaps in teams
- Adoption plan of new digital technologies to drive enterprise business growth
- Ability to leverage groups assets in growing revenue and RGOs with capability to support new enterprise business pillars

You should be good at these

- Knowledge and experience of Enterprise sales, product or marketing management in telcos, ICT or digital business
- Capable in providing leadership in turnkey ICT/digital projects
- Knowledge of new Digital Technologies and their impact on Enterprise requirements
- Possess strong EQ and SQ (Emotional and Social) in engagement clients with the propensity in thinking out-of-box regularly to capture sales opportunities

2. Product Marketing for Amazon and Cloud

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Go to market strategy and execution
- Build product market strategy and vertical alignment.
- Work closely with marcom for Product GTM and plan.
- Define and establish sales channel for new and existing products
- Product pricing (inputs) to development team.
- Track product revenue movement month on month and take actions accordingly.
- Complete revenue management , churn management and actions to reduce churn and rate renewals.
- Build Product AOP( annual operating plan).
- Own revenue numbers of respective product. and strategy to deliver the same.
- Build product market strategy and vertical alignment.
- Work with product development team for respective products, ( projections, product feedback, TP product alignment to market needs)
- Sales ppt, customer ppt.( provide content to marcom)
- Sales training, enablement and certitications.
- Work with industry analyst like Frost and sullivian/Gartner for RMS reflection performance and competition insight.

3. Risk Management Dept Head

Job Description :

- Completion of Commercial, Finance, Business, Legal & Regulatory Risk Register, Supply Chain Management and all Risk Components (ex: Risk Appetite, Risk Criteria, Risk Universe, Risk Level, Exposure)
- Manage and monitor Risk Control Self Assessment
- Develop BCM Policies & Procedures
- Conduct BCM testing
- Completion of topic sharing for development internal team
- Completion of collaboration task with IA, PE, CE and management request
- Support risk owners and related stakeholders to build and increase risk culture

Requirement :

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Economic or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Certifications: Preferable Risk Management Certification (i.e CRMA)
- Capability/Knowledge/Hard Skill: SOP Development, 
- Process Improvement, Telco Business & Commercial Knowledge
- Soft Skill: Team management, Presentation, Managing Time, Problem Solving

4. IT Auditor

Job Requirement:

- CISA Certified.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Description:

- Perform review over the company’s Network architecture and performance.
- Identify and assess operational controls, specific to each key network element to provide reasonable assurance that all activities or records are valid, properly authorized, and processed completely, accurately, and on a timely basis.
- Perform data analysis to support the result of above reviews or to obtain more comfort and assurance beyond that provided by test of controls, e.g.: CAATs procedures.
- Perform compliance testing to determine whether a network element meets some specified standard, including the company's Policy and Procedures, or other regulations, whenever applicable.
- Document all assessments and report the review results, including findings and recommendations, to appropriate authorized personnel.
- Follow-up audit recommendations and practical improvements implemented in the system.
- Carry out ad-hoc appraisals, investigations, or reviews requested by the Management.

5. Finance Treasury Staff - South Sumatera

Job Description :

- Daily Bank reconciliation (posting payment OVB / Replenishment / Settlement CA / Retur Payment /other incoming).
- Update Bank Book regional for data support (weekly)
Prepare payment for replenishment petty cash regional (Checking up completeness all the supporting documents, Create CMS, --Follow up with PIC region)
- Making summary for monthly autodebet transaction for electricity /utilities.
- Prepared receipt of payment / slip transfer after payment transaction to Accounting Department -Support document for closing checklist bank monthly
- Support data payment for reporting
- Follow up incoming unidentified in each bank account

Requirement :

- Usia Maksimal 30 tahun
- Pendidikan S1 Akuntansi/Management
- Mampu menggunakan Bahasa Inggris Aktif maupun Pasif
- Memiliki pengalaman dibidang Tax, Acounting dan Finance
- Mampu mengoprasikan komputer e.g : word, excel (Pvot, Sumif, Vlookup, Hlookup dll)
- Lebih disukai yang bisa mengoperasikan SAP
- Komunikatif

- Market research on various lifestyle/utility apps usage and catching up to current trends
- Understanding the VAS & content business flow and daily operation
- Creating approval documents (SAM, PAF, OAM, etc)
- Manage databases and input information, data, records
- Create a marketing plan and execute with various stake holder

7. Business Analyst

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Participate in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects
- Manage presentations and demonstrations of system/ solution to business stakeholders
- Interacting with various business stakeholders, conducting meetings and presentations to discuss/capture requirements, ideas and findings and documenting and communicating the outcomes
- Perform E2E Requirements analysis and development of solutions to a variety of tasks moderate in scope and complexity
- Assist with the development of standard operating procedures to formalize processes and standards and analysis of IT business and information environment, activities and events
- Provide Functional design and data modelling
Configuration of certain modules for POC/ Demo
- Support development & testing teams during solution delivery
- Defining necessary acceptance criteria for various types of test


- 4 years of total IT experience; At least 2 years of relevant experience as Business analyst
- Broad understanding of standards, industry best practices, technology design, and overall solutions and integration
- Proficiency in OSS/BSS (operations support system/business support system) stack and various functions of each system
- Experience in business analysis, business process modelling, information models development, finance, use cases etc
