1. Engineering and Technology - Sea Labs - Product Management (Video) - Buyer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Act as a specialist for the product in particular short video products
Give training to the other related teams when there is a new feature or product
Do issues troubleshooting and SOP creation related to short video products usage
Work on administrative task of the short video products
Maintain existing short video products features
Work closely with Product Operations & Designer to improve existing products via data analysis and user understanding
Persyaratan:
Bachelor's or Master Degree from all majors with outstanding academic achievement
Minimum 1 year of work experience of product management will be preferred.
Open to fresh graduates on vacancy availability basis.
Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
Good collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams
Internship experience in e-commerce industry or product management will be an advantage
Able to write & speak English fluently.
2. Marketing - Internship
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and platform campaign setup
Ensuring smooth and timely execution of campaigns and projects
Manage and coordinate campaigns/projects between internal teams
Regular monitoring of campaigns and reviewing against key performance marketing metrics
Other ad-hoc tasks supporting the Marketing Non-Project team
Persyaratan:
Currently pursuing/enrolled in a Bachelorโs Degree in any related field
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written Fast learner and hands-on executer with a positive attitude
Creative, curious, and analytical
Able to do 3 months internship (full Monday-Friday) and can start as soon as possible
3. Legal and Finance - Tax Intern
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Assist tax specialists in preparing accurate withholding calculation
Do research updates related to laws and fiscal that may directly or indirectly affect the company
Do the research and portray liabilities and requirements for tax payment
Maintaining tax-related documents of the company
Persyaratan:
Currently pursuing final semester (7 or 8) or freshly graduated in Accounting or Fiscal
Energetic and fast learner
Able to communicate both verbally and written in English and Indonesian to communicate with our internal and regional stakeholders
Able to work Monday to Friday at working hours
4. Legal and Finance - Finance Intern
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Supporting in finance document filings, such as monthly budget and cost reports, and draw out actionable insights from financial data
Supporting finance team for checking and maintaining documents for business-related transactions
Continuously suggest and execute process improvements
Supporting finance-related ad-hoc analysis for both internal and external use
Persyaratan:
Currently pursuing final semester (7 or 8) or freshly graduated in Accounting from reputable university
Energetic and fast learner
Fluent in English both written and oral
Able to work Monday to Friday at working hours (must be someone who doesnโt have to attend any classes at all)
Willing to work from the office
Domicile in Jakarta and willing to be placed in SCBD

5. Seller Acquisition - Solo Based
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Develop, execute and manage the strategic plan to grow Shopee sellers offline & online
Constantly source, network, and expand the coverage of Shopee sellers
Conduct roadshow, training, events and other related activities to support the Shopee sellers
Generate needful content depending on the needs of the sellers
Perform tracking and analysis to continually advancing the sellers
Project coordination with team members and related departments
Support Marketing team and other related departments during peak season to ensure Business is running smoothly
Persyaratan:
Diploma degree from any major
Candidates with no working experiences are welcomed to apply

Good logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
