1. Customer Service Premium - Operations (Solo)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

•Handle CS end-to-end process, including complaints and inquiries from sellers and buyers Platinum Shopee through calls, email, and Live Chat
•Manage and resolve customer-related issues and escalations
•Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
•Analyze customer experience reports and insights, and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives

Persyaratan:

•Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree from any major
•At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service area
•Strong interpersonal communication skills, detail-oriented person, and good organizational skills
•Willing to work in shifts and has a big interest working in an e-commerce company
•Placement is in Solo for 3-6 months contract based
•Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

2. Production Support - Product Management

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

•Record any production bugs in both front-end and back-end.
•Analyze and report any trend on the number of bugs recorded.
•Maintain good communication between the operations, business, and the developer team in the debugging process during the production.
•Support the operations and developer team in the bug reporting process by providing complete information and temporary solution or workaround.

Persyaratan:

•Minimum bachelor's degree from all majors are welcome
•Has experience in troubleshooting will be an advantage
•Proficient in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders

3. CX Analyst, Operations

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

•Analyze, prepare and distribute various consumer listening reports
•Find & analyze user sentiments & feedback on specific product, initiative or feature based on CS tickets & NPS
•Conduct user studies & competitors analysis on an ad-hoc and BAU basis
•Identify opportunities for feature improvements based on user needs, market conditions and competitors

Persyaratan:

•Bachelor's degree with 2+ years working experience (experience in CX or User Research will be an advantage)
•User-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with users' pain points
•Strong communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
•Good comprehension of technology and comfortable working with technical tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, etc)
•Proven ability of task management, project management and prioritization to ensure a smooth operation
•Ability to analyze and gather insights from data to determine actionable items

4. Product Quality Assurance - Operations, Product Management

Persyaratan:

•Bachelor’s Degree from Computer Science or any related field
•Candidates with 0 to 1 year of working experiences are welcomed
•Possessing 1-2 years of experience in testing UAT projects in will be an advantage
•Highly goal driven and able to work well in dynamic environments
•Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise for team improvements
•Ability to communicate effectively in English to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders

Persyaratan:
