1. Customer Service Assistant
Responsibilities:
•Identify and assess customersβ needs based on past interactions to exceed customersβ expectations
•Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
•Utilize excellent customer service skills and take over escalated calls/walk-ins when needed
•Able to escalate unresolved queries and redirect problems to correct resources when needed
•Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•Recommend procedure improvements and work on implementation
Requirements:
•While we prefer someone with a degree, itβs not essential as we are looking for someone with a vibrant personality to handle our customers
•Willingness to learn about our awesome products and services
•Have an eye for details and is not afraid to take ownership of the situation when needed
•Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken is a must Able to do a rotational weekend shift

2. Management Trainee - Operations
Responsibilities:
•Deep dive in addressable market research and strategize on data gathering and analysis. Involve in Project Management and development of business case Assist in the development of actionable business plans, establish appropriate reporting mechanism Working in multi department in Operations such as Production, Customer Service, Fulfillment and etc
Requirements :
•Attentive to detail Entrepreneurial Master Degree from reputable university
•Min. 2 years working experience in operations field Fluent in English
•Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
3. Operations Trainee
Responsibilities :
•Learning in-house systems and work closely with managers in all related departments to understand the specific management perspectives and company policies
•Receives training and performs duties in assigned projects
•Analyze and monitor performance progress of assigned projectsInitiate ideas to improve Zalora's overall business improvement of assigned projects
Requirements :
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Mining/Mineral) from reputable university preferred with minimum GPA : 3,50
•Fluent English communication skill is requiredHave strong commitment, a dynamic and result driven type of person, ambitious and high level of enthusiasm and great project management skills
•Strong interest and understanding of retail and fashion industry, warehouse system and management
•Strong understanding of MS Excel (pivot tables, functions, etc) is preferred
•Able to work independently, as well as in a team

4. Junior Buyer
Responsibilities:
•Identify categories that need further improvement in assortment and source relevant SKUs for the category
•Negotiate trading margins with potential suppliers on consignment and marketplace terms
•Regularly meet key suppliers and provide updates regarding sales performance and required assortment
•Proactively conduct competitor analysis to ensure a competitive advantage
•Proactively recommend initiatives to continuously improve product range
•Provide buying team with relevant fashion events and latest fashion trends
Requirements :
•Minimum Bachelor Degree with economics, finance, business, marketing background from reputable university
•Excellent or fluent English skills required
•Minimum 1 year working experiences as Buyer/Merchandiser
•Great project management skills
•Great communication skills, especially on brand acquisition sideStrong understanding of MS Excel is a must

5. Onsite Intern
Responsibilities:
•Support marketing teams in the day-to-day aspect of managing content across ZALORA platforms (Web & App).
•Optimize & enhance feature or function to improve user experience and conversion rate via redefining user behavior, user journey, channel distribution and marketing initiatives from varieties source.
•Conduct A/B Test to ensure the all improvement and changes that lead from Product Marketing side will be drive good impact for user experience and our metrics.
•Data Reporting, monitoring and analyzing metrics related to marketing (Funnel, Traffic, Campaign Performance, etc.) to give constructive suggestion/insight for effective and efficient marketing strategy and operation.
•Liaise with Product Manager to implement technology features on ZALORA environment (Website or Apps) and make sure the features are aligned with expectations and improves the overall user experience and user journey.
•Work to make user more engage with ZALORA platforms (Web & App) like Static Page, Gamification and other things based on research or request.
Requirements :
•Final year student and Fresh Graduates from information system/computer science and relevant field
•Familiar with Excel (there will be an excel assessment test).
•Available for 6 months.Able to work hybrid from Jakarta Selatan.
•Capable of developing codes (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc)
•Familiar with Google Analytics is an additional value, capable of interpreting data and reports
•Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•Positive, constructive, and collaborative approach and collaborative, inclusive and flexible team member
•Speaks English fluently
