1. Financial Services and Legal

Junior Revenue Assurance Officer

Description:

Responsible for handling end to end revenue from various stream and ensure daily operational processes run smoothly. Report and analyze findings which will support high level management to make better business decisions

Qualifications:
  • Responsible for ensuring timely delivery and the accuracy of merchant’s settlement.
  • Perform daily reconciliation for external accounts. 
  • Respond to merchant’s inquiries and complaints 
  • Work with cross-functional teams in resolving financial and revenue related issues. 
  • Create weekly reports for further internal usage. 
  • Assist in the adjusting the nominal of merchant payments. 
  • Improve and automate current processes. 
  • Complete other tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management

Accounting Officer

Description:
  • Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
  • Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts. 
  • Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments. 
  • Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data. 
  • Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information. 
  • Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes. 
  • Other reporting requirements as advised from time to time
Qualifications:
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements through the preparation of journal entries, variance analysis and other month end close responsibilities in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Demonstrates a complete understanding of the various sub-ledger systems that interface with the general ledger

Description:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law degree with minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.00
  • Having 5 years of experience in related function, digital industry background is preferred
  • Pro in Microsoft Office (word, excel, and power point)
  • Possess writing and communication skill
  • Fluent in active and passive communication in English
  • Have good knowledge in employee disputes and Indonesian labor regulations
  • Well-versed in business flow, preferably in e-commerce knowledge
  • High curiosity, have willingness to learn, and enjoy analytical tasks

Internal Communication & Culture Management (Internship)

Description:

  • Explore and help executing creative ways to get people engaged with us through several activities. Get ready to innovate and implement your creative ideas to support any impact to happen amongst all Bliblioneers, and by extension to all generations in Indonesia!
Qualifications:
  • Employment period : 6 - 12 months
  • S1 majoring in Communication, English Literature, Advertising, Broadcasting, Public Relations, Business Administration, Media Studies, Journalistic, Media Relations, Digital Marketing or Hospitality with minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0
  • Good in content writing and basic editing skill
  • Proficient grasp in English and Bahasa ( both in written and oral), including idioms and expressions
  • Social media savvy, knowledge in social media analytics is a plus
  • Ability in copywriting is preferred
  • Ability to do basic design is a plus (either with Canva, Photoshop, AI)
  • Enjoy doing basic research to enrich content and activities

IT Governance, Risk and Compliance

Description:

As part of the IT GRC team, your part in this is to use your analytical and critical thinking abilities to design GRC framework that ensures effectiveness, and to identify gaps between risks and controls so that the IT processes in Blibli.com are aligned with the GRC framework
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS or related degree
  • Having minimum 4 years of experience in same/related field
  • Knowledgeable of governance, risk and compliance systems and how to design a GRC framework
  • Solid knowledge about SSDLC, security standard (OWASP, SAN Top 20, PCI, ISO)
  • Able to code in Java, Ruby, Phyton
  • Having good communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision making

4. Product Management

UI Designer

Your taste in aesthetics will get people to say, “what a sight for sore eyes!” when they set their eyes upon our products. You will be responsible for enhancing the face of Blibli.com, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Designers team to create inspiring visuals and ensure seamless transition between user experience design and visual design. One of the things that you get to do is to conduct experiments with real users so that improvements to the user experience are authentic – not meaningless, but purposeful for our customers. Your ultimate goal is to make the user experience much more intuitive and accessible, to empower all layers of society with your designs.

Qualifications :
  • Solid understanding of current design patterns and guidelines for both mobile and web and are able to create a coherent cross-device experience
  • Experience designing for multiple device types and contexts (desktop, tablet, smartphone)
  • Excellent knowledge of CSS and HTML and demonstrated expertise with Adobe CS products & Sketch
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a tight deadline
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Portfolio is a must!
  • BA/BS in a design related field graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field from top universities
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Senior Level)
