1. Assistant Sales Manager Foodstores (Jakarta)

Job Purpose:

Lead the team to deliver flawless execution of the agreed Picture of Success in all outlets within their territory, and to deliver a consistent level of service that our customers value and reward in order to generate sustainable sales growth

Job Description:

•Lead the team to deliver the Picture of Success in order to ensure an excellent sales and marketing execution
•Responsible for ensuring that their team dominates the share of visible inventory to meet and exceed the targeted RED – KPIs
•Manage mix, core pack penetration, promotional compliance and by ensuring that the team execute the key drivers of sales and profit (PICOS / ISBP) at store level in order to achieve sales and revenue targets
•Lead, manage, and monitor the team to ensure that CCAI Customer service policy of calling on every store is implemented and that the planned call process is adhered to and rigorously reinforced, via weekly reports and route riding in order to maintain customer satisfaction and partnership
•Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity
•Manage subordinates and develop capability through setting and reviewing subordinates’ performance target, regular coaching and ensuring implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP). Conduct regular route rides with the team to evaluate performance by utilising the use of the route riding reports
•Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan. Cost control will need to be adjusted accordingly to meet changing business requirements
•Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken

Job Qualification:

•Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from any disciplines
•Minimum 2 years working experience on Sales Function

2. RTM FINACIAL CONTROLLER

Job Purpose:

To provide supports for sales team in claim rebate, daily operational of Route to Market Projects through performance reports and insights, monitoring & analysis and responsible for controlling RTM project cost and good administration

Job Description:

•Manage overall CCOD Financial Aspect (including fee, incentive, rabat, and other mechanism) to ensure CCOD profitability align with business plan, including:
•Manage and control GT Promo Matrix CCOD budget to ensure expenditure and payment is in line with the Plan
•Manage and control Loss Guarantee budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Plan
•Manage and control Loss Compensation budget (including grace periods, payment, etc) to ensure expenditure is in line with the Plan
•Collaborate with commercial and pricing team to ensure MAA realization on budget and on schedule
•Liaise with commercial team regularly in providing data related with business review presentations (including profit & loss) for CCOD performance.
•Review CCOD P&L benchmark (initial investment, working capital, expense, distribution fee, net profit margin)
•Regularly liaise with Commercial to determine Distribution Fee based on CCOD expense and volume forecast.
•Manager and monitor Festive stock injection payment on time liaise with NCC, Logistic, Pricing, and Sales Operation team. 
•Review and finalize salary calculation of temporary staff’s (3rd party) payrolls and ensure the payment on time as contract.
•Collaborate with procurement and vendors to purchase necessary items (stationary, tools for EDS, SFE tools, etc.) as requirement and process all applications concerning vendor purchasing
•Manage and arrange accommodation and transportation for Project Coordinator, Data Controller, and Surveyor in each area during the Project
•Manage, monitor, and control the annual RTM budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Plan
•Liaise with Route Planner to get estimate number of outlet survey in each area, estimate number of Surveyor, forecasting, and calculate RTM EDS Budget requirement.
•Forecasting budget for SFE and Training Centre.
•Liaise with marketing decision support to provide Budget as agreed.
•Manage the budget for additional project that un-budgeting to avoid budget overrun.  
•Raise PR on SAP
•Manage and arrange the budget allocation for tools EDS Project during running and preparation of CCOD go live.
•Managing and Reporting Projects Budget
•Liaise with marketing decision support to provide regularly DME budget actual vs accrual by month
•Submit MAA for RTM Project, SFE, and Training Center in full year as agreed.
•Submit MAA for GT Promo Matrix.
Submit MAA for Loss Guarantee budget.
•Submit PPA Realization for GT Promo Matrix, Loss Guarantee.
•Submit PPA Accrual for Loss Guarantee and Discount.
•Submit PPA for Distribution Fee as part of CCOD go live.
•Provide RTM budget update for PMO .
