1. Sales Representative (Jabodetabek)

Job Purpose:
  • Execute activities in outlet to drive profitable sales growth under General Trade (GT) channel within area of responsibility.
Job Description:
  • Build and maintain business relationship to existing and potential (new) customers within GT channel by conducting regular business review based on market observation feedback and relevant information in order to grow their business.
  • Penetrate new products to customer in order to broaden sales potential increasing in relevance with GT channel strategies.
  • Execute National and Local GT marketing program in outlet to increase sales.
  • Communicate the credit platform & term of payment to outlet, and ensure the customer compliance on credit payment in GT channel in order to maintain account receivable management.
  • Provide input to business in relation to opportunities (e.g. NOD) and customer feedback.
  • Create availability of relevant SKU in outlets within GT channel by generating order to achieve sales potential.
  • Educate customer to follow our recommended price, stock amount, CDE, and POSM standard (Picture of Success) for GT channel in order to ensure excellent daily sales & marketing execution.
  • Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
  • Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.

2. Key Account Manager Wholesaler Area Serang

Job Purpose :
  • Deliver profitable sales for Wholesaler within their territory through maintaining business partnership, monitoring order generation and sales operation process, ensuring PICOS accomplishment, and implementing marketing program in order to achieve volume and revenue targets.
Job Description :
  • Provide input to business in relation to opportunities (e.g. NOD) and customer feedback, and conduct the process of identifying and registering new outlet
  • Build and maintain business relationship with wholesalers within assigned territory by developing and negotiating trading term & promotion to add potential outlet, preparing participant profiling (to get outlet's real potential), ensuring participant's understanding and acceptance of offered program and get commitment from outlet participant, developing sales target for Wholesaler Outlets in terms of sales volume and clearly communicate to the outlets, and conducting regular business review (weekly/ monthly) based on market observation feedback and relevant information in order to grow their business
  • Plan monthly sales by Must Have SKUs for each outlet participant and communicate order recommendation to Sales Representative to ensure the relevant products are available for the participant outlets

  • Execute and monitor wholesaler marketing program implementation and ensure all elements of agreement are executed as planed in order to achieve target sales volume and to evaluate/ ensure marketing program effectiveness
  • Managing trading terms and D&A spend within budgeted levels , conduct field monitoring and reporting in order to evaluate and ensure achievement of sales & revenue target
  • Conduct practical Market Intelligence i.e. monitoring and reporting the competitor's share and promotion
  • Educate & train customer to follow our recommended price, stock amount, and POSM standard (Picture of Success) for Wholesaler channel in order to ensure excellent daily sales & marketing execution
  • Control credit on system and in-field as well as executing follow up action in order to maintain account receivable management
  • Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity
  • Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan. Cost control will need to be adjusted accordingly to meet changing business requirements.
