As one of our new commercial team members, you will be trained through our Commercial Development Program (CDP) is an apprenticeship development programme to build a pool of dynamic, ambitios and talented people who propose and involve in strategic projects, learn and become the future leaders. This dynamic entry level role will initially be responsible for learning the key components of our product knowledge, business and communications techniques, and cross train with all team members.

Perfect Candidate :
1. Bachelor's Degree with min. 3.2/4 or 8/10 GPA (with supporting documents) from reputable university
2. Fresh graduate / Max. 1 year work experience
3. Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia
4. A proven active involvement in co-curriculum activities
5. Critical thinking & good student attitude (ability & willingness to ask and learn)
6. Strong communication & interpersonal skills
7. Ready to start their journey on January 2021
8. You will also need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the scheme as your rotations could be based at different business units across Indonesia.
