Sekilas tentang Google (Wikipedia)
Google didirikan oleh Larry Page dan Sergey Brin saat masih mahasiswa Ph.D. di Universitas Stanford. Mereka berdua memegang 16 persen saham perusahaan. Mereka menjadikan Google sebagai perusahaan swasta pada tanggal 4 September 1998. Pernyataan misinya adalah "mengumpulkan informasi dunia dan membuatnya dapat diakses dan bermanfaat oleh semua orang" dan slogan tidak resminya adalah "Don't be evil".Pada tahun 2006, kantor pusat Google pindah ke Mountain View, California.
Sejak didirikan, pertumbuhan perusahaan yang cepat telah menghasilkan berbagai produk, akuisisi, dan kerja sama di bidang mesin pencari inti Google. 1. Agency Search Account Manager (English, Bahasa Indonesia)
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of account/relationship management experience in media, marketing or advertising.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Indonesian fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with a Large Performance Media Agency to support sales and relations.
- Experience in search engine marketing (SEM) or search engine optimization (SEO).
- Hands-on experience and expertise with Google Ads, SA360 and Google Analytics platforms.
- Experience on performance tools like Kenshoo.
- Project and partner management skills.
- Comfortable presenting to groups on specific domain areas.
2. Field Sales Representative, Google Cloud
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in software sales and account management at an enterprise B2B software company, working with global accounts.
- Experience working with cloud-based products.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in infrastructure software sales, databases, analytical tools, or applications software with a track record working towards goals.
- Experience working with and managing partners on complex implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
- Experience with large, complex legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of a specific industry.
- Ability to work with sales engineers and customer’s technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
- Ability to leverage C-level relationships with executives to offer software.
3. Head, Government Affairs and Public Policy, Google Cloud
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience working in national politics, government, think tanks, non-profit, or corporate public policy.
- Policy experience dealing with technology and challenges impacting the internet.
Preferred qualifications:
- International experience working with high-tech regulators, standards bodies, policy-makers, and regulated industries, and a legal background.
- Experience in public policy and knowledge of challenges impacting cloud computing.
- Experience with privacy, trust, compliance, and security from technical, regulatory, and commercial perspectives.
- Ability to write and translate complex issues into a language suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent judgment, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to speak/read/write Indonesian Bahasa fluently, and experience / exposure to Indonesia market.
4. Partner Solutions Consultant, YouTube
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in account/partner management with media, internet or mobile content.
- Experience working with one of more scripting languages (i.e. Java, Python, PHP, XML or similar). Experience with Unix/Linux systems and scripting languages.
- Engineering and client-facing experience.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesian fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with internet video technologies (e.g. Digital Rights Management [DRM] solutions, video or audio codecs, CDN, live streaming, 360/VR, etc).
- Effective project management and communications skills, with the ability to prioritize and work well in a team environment with competing demands.
- Creative thinker, with the ability to work well in a globally distributed cross-functional environment.
