1. Finance Analyst

Job Description
  • Perform end to end financial and business process analysis to be captured in the financial system.
  • Develop reports based on the finance business process to ensure all the requirements are covered and financial data are completely captured.
  • Maintain the lifecycle of financial process and assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Identify, suggest, and perform business process improvements.
  • Support and facilitate communication between Finance and Corporate Technology team.
Requirements
  • Possess bachelor degree from a reputable University in Finance, or Accounting.
  • Experience in ERP (SAP, Oracle), finance related system implementation.
  • Possess knowledge about the financial cycle and its surrounding operations.
  • Passionate about system implementation and business analysis in Financial areas.
  • Strong analytical skill and result oriented.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication skills

2. Software Development Engineer Test

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university with good academic results is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in test automation within an agile team.
  • Good understanding of QA practices: black box, white box testing; risk based testing, regression and exploratory testing.
  • Solid understanding of software quality best practices and processes. Experience with a broad range of testing and design patterns.
  • Experience with web technologies (REST, JSON etc.).
  • Experience in languages like Java/Python.
  • Experience in tools like Selenium, RestAssured, JMeter etc.
  • Experience in UI Test Automation of web applications is a plus.
  • Experience in data models, database queries and knowledge of RDBMS/NoSQL platforms.

The Must Haves
  • At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce creative team
  • Fluency in English and local language is a must, (min. iBT (Internet-based TOEFL) 100 or its equivalent if editor/copywriter background)
  • Have a strong capacity in understanding online consumer behavior
  • Critical thinking and ability to persuade audience through storytelling
  • Outstanding analytical, quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
  • Experience in creating and localizing content for marketing campaigns
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills to convey and challenge ideas to support marketing campaign creation for regional customers.
  • Critical eye to detail, self-driven in accomplishing projects and coping within a fast paced environment with minimum supervision.

4. Solution Architect

Requirements
  • Passion for software engineering, application development, and/or systems development
  • Excellent understanding of software engineering concepts, design patterns, and algorithms
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in the relevant technologies
  • Experience with software engineering best practices including unit testing, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and source control
  • Working knowledge of relational and document-oriented database
  • Understanding of cloud computing, scalable system design, service-oriented architecture, microservices architecture, serverless architecture, and RESTful web services
  • Experience in version control (Git/SVN/Mercurial) and familiarity with development collaboration tools (GitHub/Phabricator/BitBucket)

Job Description
  • Ability to strategize and implement overall end-to-end recruiting strategy.
  • Perform job and task analysis and being able to identify the right talent pools for the search roles.
  • Having the critical and logical skill to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to internal team and assisted stakeholders.
  • Assessing talent applications, conducting interviews and managing both internal and external stakeholders for open positions.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree Graduates with proven work experience as a Recruiter with minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
