1. Anaplan Solution Architect

Job Description

•Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models
•Design & build integration solutions with other system within organization
•Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality
•Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions
•Provide technical leadership and accountability to the project team
•Responsible for Anaplan & Informatica release management
•Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and deploy features
•Manage the Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) runtime environments, connections, task scheduling, and administration
•Manage Anaplan workspaces, user access, time & versions setup, etc
•Take charge in Anaplan & IICS systems performance fine-tuning
•Serve as an L2/L3 escalation point for production issues & support tickets
•Support to ensure compliance; develop technical guidelines, checklists, procedures, and training documentation as required
•Provide meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the manager and team
•Perform and/or lead unit testing, systems integration testing, and user acceptance testing
•Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
•Have a minimum 4 years of work experience
4+ years’ experience implementing Enterprise •Performance Management solutions (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Jedox, etc.)
•Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
•Experienced with system/data integration and middleware platforms (e.g. Informatica, WebLogic, Talend)
•Experienced with AWS platforms
•Excellent understanding of relational and multidimensional databases
•Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
•Demonstrated ability to lead, see the big picture, multitask, probe, analyze and problem-solve complex issues

2. Business Analyst - Technology

Job Description

•The Business Analyst Technology at Traveloka is the brain behind efficient integrated systems across product, engineering, operations, and finance. You will be accountable for 
•Designing, analyzing, measuring performance, and optimizing domain models and business processes across divisions to ensure a smooth, efficient company operation
•Identifying pain points in existing business processes and providing effective, reliable and scalable solutions
•Gathering requirements from relevant stakeholders to understand user needs
•Managing various stakeholders’ interests, timelines, and expectations in order to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
•Providing and updating detailed projects action plans, timelines and comprehensive documentation
•Resolving problems related to project execution by defining escalation plans for issue resolution and correction plans in the event of deviation from project plan.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university with good academic results is preferred.
•Minimum 4 years’ proven experience in assessment & analysis, planning & implementation, documentation, testing, communication, risk assessment/mitigation on complex projects
•Experience working in multinational environment
•Excellent stakeholder management skills
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influence skills and personal maturity.
•Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
•Able to act as a leader to the project team, fostering collaboration

3. Campaign Executive (Partnership)

Job Descriptions:

•Delivering the campaign activities on-time and of zero-error, by enabling the efficient end-to-end execution process.
•Develop smart, actionable recommendations and reports that support business growth

•Work with various internal stakeholders to deliver campaign as planned

4. Content Operations Analyst

Get to know the role:

As part of the Business Operations team, Content Analyst – Self and Supplier Generated Content (SSGC) role provides a unique opportunity to be at the center of information structure and data management of content in the Accommodation Business Unit. It’s a blend of analytical, technical, management, processing, and agility roles in driving successful stability, quality, and iteration of content. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing content product and its data hygiene, managing content structure and process, delivering excellence in activities related to content, and involving in stakeholders management with engineering, product management, marketing, operations, as well as external stakeholders.

Throughout your time as a Content Analyst, you will learn and grow at a tremendous pace through hands-on experience and one-on-one coaching from senior leaders.

What you’ll be doing:

•Be the go-to person for analytics of Accommodation content product and drive itself to deliver meaningful impact for the business through comprehensive analysis. 
•Master product content foundation (Hotel Content, Room Content, Geo, Landmark, Pre-Search, etc.) and its core function towards the business.
•Analyze data, process, performance, and technical issue related to product content 
•Manage content related processes (inventory import, data mapping, QA, etc., ) and performance of the pertaining tools.
•Maintain the structure of content information, its quality, and technical flow to ensure excellent business process (Ex: Geo Structure) 
•Create a step-by-step process for research and analysis of the proposed project, including metric for expected performance.
•Conduct multiple tasks and assist the content team lead in maintaining BAU, managing content projects, and mitigating technical issues.
•Proactively identify additional relevant data point from content database, product performance, and market benchmark
•Maintain content ticketing process, resolution, and SLA, as well as extract valuable insight from submitted cases.
•Continuously learn and update oneself on the latest product and process

Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences), The must haves:

•Possess Bachelor’s degree from top local or overseas University majoring in Engineering, Science, Business, Telecommunication, Architecture, Finance
•Minimum 2-year of working experience (multinational tech, consultant, FMCG, Telecommunication, or energy firm is preferred)

5. Product Admin (Financial Services)

Provide Administrative Support :

•Handle administrative work by collaborating closely with the cross-functional team, i.e. engineering, marketing and product teams;
•Maintains new and existing products’ configurations or rules setup;
•Performs a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures.

Provide Data Reporting:

•Gather & collect necessary information / data for reporting
•Conduct analysis for reporting; provide basic insight

Operational Support:

•Provide product operational support to product managers
•Help to solve & follow through operational problems by coordinating with various stakeholders
•Familiar with relevant tools to do checking & identification of problems

Project support for specific features/product:

•Provide support for specific project and/or smallest stream under the project
•Do testing based on reference/checklist given by PM and report result as it is
•Document on how-to-use / product guideline - include screenshot apps/landing page based on guideline/direction from PM

Requirements

•Good attention to detail for data entry and good problem solving skills
•Have a strong willingness to learn
•Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership and can-do attitude

6. Marketing Admin Support - Corporate Communications and Brand Strategy 

Job Description

•Provide all administrative support for the Corporate Communications and Brand Strategy teams, including handling expense report submission appointed (e.g. Purchase Order, Purchase Request, etc), ensure compliance when filling in the report and follow up with Department related
•Provide assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the Corporate Communications and Brand Strategy teams
•Update and follow up for any request and issues from the Corporate Communications and Brand Strategy teams
•Supporting in any events related to Corporate Communications and Brand Strategy teams appointed (e.g: participating in assisting organization's events)

Qualifications

•Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
•Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
•Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
•BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

7. Legal Counsel (Litigation and Employment)

Qualifications 

•Holds a law degree from a reputable university, a master's degree would be preferable.
•5 years of experience at a reputable law firm or 6 years of experience as an in-house litigation counsel
Fluent in English, both oral and writing
•An excellent understanding of financial services business and its compliances
•Possess an Advocate License from PERADI
•Has been exposed to engagement with high level and working level of relevant government officials
•Able to navigate through regulatory barriers and strategize to find a solution to overcome such barriers
•Able to work on a wide range of complex matters with minimal supervision
•Deep knowledge of legal aspects, case handling, and contract drafting
•Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, management, critical thinking, and leadership skills

8. IT Business Analyst

General Requirements

•Strong educational background with a minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a well-known and accredited university.
•5 years of experience as an IT Financial Management roles, IT Business Analyst, IT Strategy, IT Portfolio, or IT Governance
•Must have a mix of technical IT knowledge and general business knowledge to locate business problems and potential solutions.
•Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to work across multiple countries.
