1. Business Operations Executive

Job Description

•Provide technical support for internal and external stakeholders of Traveloka Accommodation products and systems.
•Work closely with the product development team, as well as other internal and external teams to provide timely manner and quality support.
•Receive, analyze, gather more information, prioritize, document, and actively resolve or escalate request/issue until its resolution.
•Maintain an up-to-date support process and instructions as well as product knowledge base for stakeholders.

Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)

•Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
•A Computer science or IT-related major is an advantage but not a must.
•Extensive work experience in application support or software technical support is preferable.
•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). 
•Ability to present concepts/ideas to different types of audiences.
•English language fluency (verbal and written) is required.

3. Collection Monitoring & Reporting Analyst

Job Descriptions

•Reporting to collection strategy manager and giving support by providing reports and monitoring needed to implement strategic strategies and improvements to improve efficiency and reduce collection costs. 
•Analyze the need of collection reporting and monitoring in order to improve collection precesses effectiveness and aficiency.
•In charge of all collection reports for Collection managements Interprets Data statistical information relating to performance of Collections e.g. delinquency ratio/charge-off vs recovery ratio/flow rate etc. 
•Provide an accurate reporting of daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management
•Coordinate regularly with Data Department on all reporting/monitoring project and requirements 
•Responsible in handling overall Collection management’s reporting/monitoring requirements 
•Receive, collate and evaluate collection data to assist management on formulating appropriate collection strategies 
•Review and monitor all reports shared with managements on Collections Performance. 
•Track Collector productivity, budgets and cost report 
•In charge of all collection fees or incentive for collection agents and third parties validation 
•Ensure quality and on time delivery of collections reporting/monitoring packs and other relevant reporting decks for collection managements and group stakeholder. 
•Perform monitoring of all collection operations including productivity and performance and monitoring of collection tool problems and other things related to the collection process 
•Placing himself/herself as an alarm in identifying issues that occur in the collection team related to processes and systems and trying to escalate them to the related team in order to resolve issues that occur

Minimum Requirements

•A Bachelor's Degree holder with minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as Collection MIS in a bank or financial institution 
•Hands on technical experience mining and analyzing large datasets with a working knowledge in SQL. A knowledge in Tableau will be an advantage
•Understanding of global standard credit and collection fundamentals in a financial institution is an added advantage 
•Planning, presentation and organization capabilities 
•Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
•Good inter-personal and communication skills 
•Persistent, assertive, decisive 
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Access

4. Business Operations Executive, Operation

Job Description

•Provide accurate & timely support for payment ops (under BPO) in all countries for activities related with Financial Product (incl. but not limited to: bank statement checking, coupon/point creation, refund process to banks/payment gateways, PayLater related activities, add/change profile account)
•Point of escalation for daily operational issues & maintain communication with all Traveloka partners in Financial Product (incl but not limited to: banks, payment gateways) via various communication channel
•Perform daily & weekly report on payment health system
•Handling customer facing cases related with Uangku product
•Perform routine monitoring on Financial Product tools/ slack channel & escalate to related team for any issues in a timely manner as per SOP
•Provide ad-hoc support for any Financial Product workstream (if needed) Ops

Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences):

•Bachelor’s Degree from accredited Universities
•1+ years of relevant work experience
•Comfortable working with data Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

5. Market Executive 

As a Market Executive, you will be responsible to:

•Identify, prioritize, contact new accommodation properties and ensure pricing and availability competitiveness in assigned market
•Manage top accounts - own, develop and manage top accounts is assigned destination and ensure the team develops mutually beneficial accommodation property relationships to grow market share
•Report & analyze - plan with line manager, implement, and monitor agreed KPIs and be able to analyze, visualize and discuss trends, issues and opportunities with team and manager
•Understand the industry and its developments - very good knowledge of pros and cons of competitor models, market trends & landscape, accommodation rate structure and yield management, connectivity options and customer booking trends
•Optimize use of process and systems - Be familiar with full spectrum of business tools and ensure the team makes use of the systems
•Guide the hotels to enter information into our system to completion
•Work with hotels on promotional activities to increase booking

Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences):

•Bachelor’s Degree from accredited Universities
•At least 2 years of work experience in sales or relevant field
•Willingness to visit customers and work outside the office
•Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
