1. Account Payable Staff

As a Account Payable Staff, you will be responsible for:

- Receive, verify and post Vendor invoices and employee expense claims into the Oracle accounting system
- Charge expenses to GL accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense claims.
- Facilitate timely payment to vendors for invoices and bills which are falling due. Monitor all payments made and maintain proper records for future referencing in case of disputes and audit Interface with users/payment requestors, respond to payment queries and resolve payment discrepancies with vendors.
- Monitor and follow up recurring expenses and other ad hoc expenses to be used for accrual during month-end closing.
- Post intercompany transactions relating to Accounts Payable.
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling balances between statements against AP subsidiary ledgers.
- Perform AP month-end closing tasks including assistance in the preparation of AP Reporting Package.


- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 2 years work experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable and from MNCs
- Should possess strong skills in Excel Applications and knowledge of ERP accounting software such as Oracle are preferred
- Must have strong work ethics, organized and pays attention to details
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.  Able to work independently as well as a team member in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Must be proficient in English language, both written and oral

2. Campaign Executive - Financial Services

Job Description

- Delivering the campaign (promo and non-promo) activities on time and of zero-error, by enabling coordinated, efficient, and streamlined end-to-end execution processes 
- bridge discussion with different stakeholders & ensure alignment of process (i.e. inform customer operation team for their readiness in answering customer enquiries)
- execute campaign output using the assigned tools to bring the campaign execution to live
- ensure available documents as reference point for various stakeholders
- ensure a streamlined and efficient processes and possible improvement areas

3. Content Operations Executive (SCE)

Social Content Excellence (SCE) is a team managing and delivering excellence on a day-to-day operation in working on unstructured data created, vetted, moderated, or delivered through a social process or channel and destined for human consumption, and enhance the data and findings by creating new or improving existing feature/content to drive greater social and business impact.

The Content Executive role in the SCE team offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience on managing and curating contents that actually support projects development and goals achievement in the business unit. You will be working with colleagues from various countries to research, plan, and execute social content management and you will get a chance to collaborate with stakeholders from various backgrounds to build/improve products. You will also learn more about effective data management, storing, and retrieval that become the foundation of smooth operational tasks.

What you'll be doing:

- Manage user-generated content moderation from Traveloka platform on a daily basis and extract useful information to be either escalated to relevant stakeholders or consumed by project managers
- Be involved in the curation process of varies content medias (texts, photos, and videos) produced by the business unit and its partners
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, marketing, and other stakeholders to work on ad hoc requests and solve issues related to content management
- Learn and use data tracking technology to improve the existing content platforms and tools in Traveloka or initiate new ones
- Identify opportunities and potential of social content that are relevant to the business direction
- Responsible for monitoring metrics of own domain

- At least 1 year of experience at a multinational tech, advertising, linguistic firm or a credible track record in content creation and/or content feature management at a tech company.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Communication, Literature, Media, or other related fields from top local or overseas universities with good academic results
- A reliable team player with good attitude in receiving and giving feedback
- Have strong interest and solid understanding in content creation and management, especially in a high-tech environment

4. Copywriter

Job Description: 

- Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager & Campaign Executive to develop, write, and deliver clear and concise marketing copies for all digital assets (owned & paid media) that aligns with our brand and product tonality
- Work closely with Visual Communication Designer to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style
- Edit & fact-check all copywriting efforts
- Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s guidelines
- Simultaneously manage multiple tasks while staying calm under pressure
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides


- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business or any relevant field
- Min. 3 years experience of producing direct copy to customers from travel, lifestyle or e-commerce background
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills (in English and Bahasa Indonesia), with a keen eye for detail

5. Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing overall paid digital marketing push and pull (SEM, Display Marketing, Social Media) to drive business performance with maximum ROI in overall Experience BU (all countries). This involves implementing sophisticated bidding strategy, analyzing large set of data to deliver marketing insights, learning about user behavior, testing and creating new campaigns in multiple Paid Channel such as Google Search, GDN, Facebook ads, and other 3rd Party Networks. Also preparing and initiating short term and quick wins in digital marketing excellence that is scalable and expandable in short term.


- Supporting digital marketing manager in managing overall marketing campaign for one or more products for Experience products.
- Track and measure all digital marketing metrics including, but not limited to, actual spend, conversion volumes, ROAS metrics, optimization per day, GDS, etc.
- Analyze a large set of data to identify market trends, user behavior, and insights for recommendation of marketing and business strategy.
- Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion and optimization on a weekly basis.
- Responsible in campaign execution in one or more display media sub-channels, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Network, Programmatic Media
- Analyze and assess the performance of online advertising campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into insights and recommendations for revising the campaign strategy.
- Correlate quantitative and qualitative data to optimize new campaigns, taking into consideration consumer behavior, product selection, and potential revenue.
- Growth-hack organic digital marketing investment by implementation of scalable digital marketing across channels covering key identified target consumers.
- Plan short term marketing growth strategy in respective countries, responsible for executing digital marketing budget and usage monitoring.


- Bachelor's degree from reputable university (any major is welcome, but applied math / engineering is preferred).
- Have 1-2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing including but not limited to Display Ad + SEM technical skills as well as supporting overall digital marketing in one company or more.

Basic understanding of Digital Marketing Mix (including how it works on both app & mobile web + desktop)

6. Finance Staff - Transportation Product

Job Description

1. Day to day data completeness of report from our business partner
2. Day to day data download from Traveloka’s system
3. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
4. Prepare sales reconciliation, refund Reconciliation and balance reconciliation
5. Verify discrepancies or reconciliation and escalate to stakeholders
7. Perform monthly closing and verify if there any anomaly in numbers
8. Generate reports from Finance Software and prepare detail of balance sheet account 


- BS degree in Finance, Accounting with minimum GPA 3.20
- Experience in accounting for 1-2 years, preferably from Audit Firm
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
