1. Accounting Assistant Manager

• Review all journal general ledger
• Manage the daily operations of the accounting team
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statement for consolidation level
• Provide a fluctuation analysis report
• Liaise with external auditor
• Provide data for tax purposes


•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
•Technical skills : excellent in Ms. office (esp. advance in Ms. excel) and experience working with ERP (Oracle is plus), familiar with IFRS and effective communication in English and Bahasa
•Relevant experiences: 5-7 years of experience as accountant or auditor, Big 4 firm experience is preferable
•Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically, accurately, and concisely

2. Campaign Executive (Financial Services - Contract Based)


•At least having 1-2 years of similar experiences, having experience in doing campaign management is a plus point 
•Good communication and interpersonal skill, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

•Ability to cope and perform well-provided checklist/items in hands to be closed or implemented

3. Content Operations Analyst

Get to know the role:

As part of the Business Operations team, Content Analyst – Self and Supplier Generated Content (SSGC) role provides a unique opportunity to be at the center of information structure and data management of content in the Accommodation Business Unit. It’s a blend of analytical, technical, management, processing, and agility roles in driving successful stability, quality, and iteration of content. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing content product and its data hygiene, managing content structure and process, delivering excellence in activities related to content, and involving in stakeholders management with engineering, product management, marketing, operations, as well as external stakeholders.

Throughout your time as a Content Analyst, you will learn and grow at a tremendous pace through hands-on experience and one-on-one coaching from senior leaders.

What you’ll be doing:

•Be the go-to person for analytics of Accommodation content product and drive itself to deliver meaningful impact for the business through comprehensive analysis. 
•Master product content foundation (Hotel Content, Room Content, Geo, Landmark, Pre-Search, etc.) and its core function towards the business.
•Analyze data, process, performance, and technical issue related to product content 
•Manage content related processes (inventory import, data mapping, QA, etc., ) and performance of the pertaining tools.
•Maintain the structure of content information, its quality, and technical flow to ensure excellent business process (Ex: Geo Structure) 
•Create a step-by-step process for research and analysis of the proposed project, including metric for expected performance.
•Conduct multiple tasks and assist the content team lead in maintaining BAU, managing content projects, and mitigating technical issues.
•Proactively identify additional relevant data point from content database, product performance, and market benchmark
•Maintain content ticketing process, resolution, and SLA, as well as extract valuable insight from submitted cases.

Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)

The must haves:

•Possess Bachelor’s degree from top local or overseas University majoring in Engineering, Science, Business, Telecommunication, Architecture, Finance
•Minimum 2-year of working experience (multinational tech, consultant, FMCG, Telecommunication, or energy firm is preferred)
•Enthusiastic while also being skeptic about data
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail and high level of curiosity

4. Data Analyst (Payment)

Main Responsibilities

•Understand our payment flow, which includes the various payment methods such as bank transfer, credit cards, instalments. 
•Develop dashboards not just for monitoring, but to produce actionable insights that decision makers can use to steer the business.
•Work with other product and/or data teams to provide data context for cross-functional initiatives. 
•Work with the business to answer tactical questions, often via our experiments platform, that will affect the development of product features. 
•Develop ETL pipelines within a robust framework that is highly automated and does not require a large team to maintain and monitor
•Enable our key stakeholders to improve their understanding and analytical power


•0 to 3 Years working experience (Fresh graduates welcome!) with at least a Bachelor degree in a quantitative field.

Job Description

1. Day to day data completeness of report from our business partner
2. Day to day data download from Traveloka’s system
3. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
4. Prepare sales reconciliation, refund Reconciliation and balance reconciliation
5. Verify discrepancies or reconciliation and escalate to stakeholders
7. Perform monthly closing and verify if there any anomaly in numbers
8. Generate reports from Finance Software and prepare detail of balance sheet account 

1. BS degree in Finance, Accounting with minimum GPA 3.20
2. Experience in accounting for 1-2 years, preferably from Audit Firm
3. Proficiency in English and in MS Office
4. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
5. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
6. Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
7.Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
8. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

6. Junior Accountant


•Complete month end closing on accurate and timely manner
•Provide analytical review to support variance for expense account on timely manner
•Prepare finalized workbook on timely manner
•Record expenses, accruals, prepayments
•Maintain fixed assets module, including depreciation
•Participate in monthly financial close process including account analysis, account reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and balancing inter-company accounts
•Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of balance sheet and reduce the risk of financial misstatement or financial exposure
•Create excel monthly files to support reporting and other team’s need, such as monthly TB, and listing, etc
•Support annual financial audit and any ad-hoc assignment as needed

7. Legal Counsel (Insurance Business)

Job Description

•Advise relevant stakeholders on various regulatory requirements related to insurance business operation, including but not limited to product requirements, type of cooperation, prohibited activities, data security, data protection, disclosure or reporting requirements, and other matters related to compliance of an insurance entity, based on the prevailing laws and regulations;
•Attend meetings with Financial Services Authority (OJK) and/or other relevant government institutions;
•Assist relevant stakeholders on legal administrative filling, submission, and/or reporting of legal data (e.g., license, periodic report, permit, approval, etc.);
•Monitor and report any regulatory update on a regular basis;
•Ensure the fulfilment of all regulatory compliance for company or products, including but not limited to compliance monitoring, anti-terrorism monitoring, anti-money laundering reports, expert certification requirements, and obtainment of regulatory approvals or acknowledgments (including but not limited to approvals or acknowledgments from OJK and BI);
•Identify any issues in commercial agreements with the merchants or business partners; prepare and review the draft agreements also negotiate the key points with the counterparts;
•Directly participate in the negotiation process with potential partners and/or vendors, where applicable;
•Identify policies that need to be issued and prevailing policies which need to be amended by regulators for the benefit of the company business;
•Liaising and coordinating with law firms and corporate secretaries (where necessary);
•Prepare business Standard Operating Procedure and a standard template for commercial agreements;
•Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure the fulfillment of all legal compliances and obligations; and
•Establish and maintain a good relationship with relevant government authorities, especially OJK.


•Holds a law degree from a reputable university, a master degree would be preferable
•Minimum 6 years’ experience as an in-house counsel in a reputable insurance company, or in a similar position at a reputable law firm
Possess an Advocate License from PERADI
•Has been exposed to engagement with high level and working level of relevant government officials
•Has the ability to navigate through regulatory barriers and strategize to find a solution to overcome such barriers
•Has the ability to work on a wide range of complex matters with minimal supervision
•Has an excellent understanding of insurance businesses and its compliances
•Has deep knowledge of legal aspects and contract drafting
•Has excellent communication, negotiation, networking, management, critical thinking, and leadership skills

8. Marketing Admin (Contract Based)

Job Description

•Undertake daily marketing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing activities
•Ensure all submission of financial administration in timely manner
Support marketing executives in marketing execution especially in the administration and procurement side
•Update spreadsheets of procurement and financial administration status with the latest progress
•Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
•Coordinate with other Marketing Admin to align with the latest procurement and finance administration policy and guidelines
