1. Account Payable Staff

As a Account Payable Staff, you will be responsible for:

• Receive, verify and post Vendor invoices and employee expense claims into the Oracle accounting system
• Charge expenses to GL accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense claims.
• Facilitate timely payment to vendors for invoices and bills which are falling due. Monitor all payments made and maintain proper records for future referencing in case of disputes and audit Interface with users/payment requestors, respond to payment queries and resolve payment discrepancies with vendors.
• Monitor and follow up recurring expenses and other ad hoc expenses to be used for accrual during month-end closing.
• Post intercompany transactions relating to Accounts Payable.
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling balances between statements against AP subsidiary ledgers.
• Perform AP month-end closing tasks including assistance in the preparation of AP Reporting Package.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 2 years work experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable and from MNCs
• Should possess strong skills in Excel Applications and knowledge of ERP accounting software such as Oracle are preferred
• Must have strong work ethics, organized and pays attention to details
• Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.  Able to work independently as well as a team member in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Must be proficient in English language, both written and oral

2. BI & Traveloka Pay Operation Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Product Analyst and point of Traveloka Pay product technical support by working closely with customer operations & engineering team to identify, mitigate, and solve issues/bugs in fast-paced production environment
• Be responsible to take critical decisions in regards to payment system & operational metrics to ensure excellent payment processing and assignments
• Work with product management team to identify & prioritize both product stability & improvement opportunities on the payment operational process
• Support product team by testing new projects and providing feedback for improvement before the live-phase
• Ensure timely submission of Bank Indonesia (BI) reporting and work with legal to ensure compliance with Bank Indonesia's requirements
• Manage relationship with external stakeholders related to new product integration, technical issues, and installment contract renewal/administrative requirement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. Majoring in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication or IT related major (Fresh graduates with internship experiences are welcomed)
• Proven analytical & problem-solving skills, good attention to detail, high level of curiosity, and structured-thinking process
• A discipline and reliable team player
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbally
• Ability to arrange personal flexible working hours and take part in a scheduled on-call stand by
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a high-pressure situation
• Familiarity with software development process and interest for payment product is a plus

3. Campaign Executive - Financial Services

Job Description

• Delivering the campaign (promo and non-promo) activities on time and of zero-error, by enabling coordinated, efficient, and streamlined end-to-end execution processes 
  • bridge discussion with different stakeholders & ensure alignment of process (i.e. inform customer operation team for their readiness in answering customer enquiries)
  • execute campaign output using the assigned tools to bring the campaign execution to live
  • ensure available documents as reference point for various stakeholders
  • ensure a streamlined and efficient processes and possible improvement areas
• Develop smart, actionable recommendations and reports that support business growth
• Provide custom analyses requested
• Able to lead small projects (with supervision/guidance)
• Act as individual contributor, and work with various stakeholders
• Address business problems assigned to insights
• Execute and continuously optimize campaign governance for owned-media

Qualifications

• At least having 1-2 years of similar experiences, having experience in doing campaign management is a plus point 
• Detail-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Meticulous, structured and excellent at executing things
• Ability to cope and perform well-provided checklist/items in hands to be closed or implemented

4. Consumer and Market Insight Analyst

Job Descriptions

• Conduct research & ensure quality by defining clarity & alignment, relevancy of the insights against the chosen methods/framework, data integrity, impact-driven insights.
• Ensure flawless research delivery as well as compliance of end-to-end process (planning and execution) of custom research studies (qualitative and quantitative) related to the products - including methodology, research design, supplier selection, questionnaire development/review, analysis and share-out. Ensure projects meet timelines and on-budget completion.
• Propose research/insight optimization with guidance from senior team member:
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment & share the result from the research for them to optimized/utilize
• Document & maintain the research library/repository to be accessible and discoverable within the company.
• Demonstrate full ownership and accountability on the assigned area delivery
• Be the champion of customer voices by sharing insights on customer needs and wants to relevant stakeholders
• Identify customer pain points, media consumption, reaches and challenges / concerns, feedbacks to relevant stakeholders
• Conduct segmentation and support senior team member in building recommendation for targeting and positioning of Traveloka Transport and Financial Services portfolio for the business problems assigned, including managing the consumer segmentation & ongoing view of consumer personas

Qualifications

• Graduated from reputable universities majoring in Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or relevant fields
• Minimum 1-2 years experience working in research agency/data analytics firm/consumer insight team in the client-side or relevant industry
• Have knowledge on primary research (can be from academic research or other types of research).
• Have high attention to detail. Comfortable working with data (qualitative and quantitative data)
• Self-driven, ability to manage multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize / effectively delegate tasks is a plus. Able to perform under pressure and ambiguity
• Able to work in a team and have a proactive and willing to learn attitude
• Good analytical skills and communication skills (verbally and written)

5. Junior Accountant (Contract)

Job Description

As a Junior Accountant, you will join our Accounting Team where you will assist in recording journal entries. You will be an integral part of the accounting team during the month-end closing process, as well as contribute to financial reporting, and year-end audit preparation.

Main responsibilities:

• Record expenses, accruals, prepayments in Oracle
• Maintain fixed assets module in Oracle, including depreciation
• Participate in monthly financial close process including account analysis, account reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and balancing inter-company accounts
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of balance sheet and reduce the risk of financial misstatement or financial exposure
• Create excel monthly files to support reporting and other team’s need, such as monthly TB, and listing, etc.
• Support annual financial audit and any ad-hoc assignment as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Accounting
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but 1-2 years of experience in a commercial company or audit firm is a plus
• Familiar with local PSAK, IFRS knowledge is a plus
• Effective communications in English
• Experience working within a general ledger system (Oracle is a plus)
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Able to work under pressure and a good team player
• Demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically, accurately, and concisely
• Proficient use of Ms Office programs including Ms Word and advanced on Ms Excel
