1. Accounting Assistant Manager

Job Description:

•Responsible for monitoring and validating accounting transaction supporting data
•Review financial schedules
•Review Sub-ledgers
•Create monthly, quarterly and annual financial report for Management, Shareholder, and Regulatory Authorities
•Create analysis report for Management
•Assist in monthly and yearly taxation
•Assist to coordinate and complete annual audits
•Review compliance with Regulation

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree of accounting and good knowledge in accounting standards
•Professional experience of at least 7 years in accounting and handling financial statements
•Experienced in banking and financial services industry
•Work experience from a multi-finance industry is preferred
•Proficient in generating and consolidating reports
•Good analytical skills and great attention-to-detail
•Able to direct and supervise teams
•Advance computer skills in MS Office, Oracle and database

2. AP Staff

Job Description

•Receive, verify and post Vendor invoices into the Oracle accounting system.
•Charge expenses to GL accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense claims.
•Facilitate timely payment to vendors for invoices and bills which are falling due. 4. 
•Monitor all payments made and maintain proper records for future referencing in case of disputes and auditInterface with users/payment requestors, respond to payment queries and resolve payment discrepancies with vendors.
•Monitor and follow up recurring expenses and other ad hoc expenses to be used for accrual during month-end closing.
•Post intercompany transactions relating to Accounts Payable.
•Verify vendor accounts by reconciling balances between statements against AP subsidiary ledgers.
•Preparation of reconciliation for employee advances and settlements. 
•Follow up on any unliquidated employee cash advances
•Perform AP month-end closing tasks including assistance in the preparation of AP Reporting Package.
•Perform other duties as may be requested from time to time

Requirements 

•Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
•At least 1 year work experience in Finance & Accounting preferably in Accounts Payable. 
•MNC experience is a plus
•Should possess strong skills in Excel Applications and knowledge of ERP accounting software such Oracle is preferred
•Must have strong work ethics, organized and detail -orientedShould have good communication and interpersonal skills. 
•Able to work independently as well as a team member in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
•Must be proficient in English language, both written and oral

3. Fraud Investigator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Handling customer complaints regarding fraud related activities
•Be the first line of defense, including handling phone calls as well as walk-in customer
•Do end to end investigation based on the customer complain
•Do case/field investigation on the fraud complaints/fraud identified
•Compile and present report to the team on the fraud findings
•Document fraud findings
•Build a network of fraud knowledge and know-how, including contact with the fraudsters themselves.
•Be the ears on the ground on the new and upcoming fraud trend
•Design SOP to handle customer complain related with fraud.
•Provide input/ insights on fraudulent method/ behavior to be used to develop preventive and curative actions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Experience on handling customer / front liner
•Experienced on handling customer complaints
•Good interpersonal skill in order handle complaints (related to customer fraud reports/complaints)
•Good analytical and investigative skill in order to gather evidence from customer complaints related to frauds

4. People Engagement & Culture Development Analyst (Contract Based)

Job Description

•Supporting People Engagement & Culture team in managing events, programs, and communication material across Traveloka; both on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
•Ensure effective completion of assigned events/tasks under the guidance/supervision of related lead.
•Actively involved in the creative process of building engagement across Traveloka.
•Support the team on the documentation/administration process.

Requirements

•Minimum Fresh graduated / final year students (must be able to work under full-time employment basis), ideally from communication, marketing, or social study.
•Experienced in organizing, managing event's and creating promotional material. 
•Taking an active and major role (initiation to execution) rather than only supporting.
•Strong sense of ownership, self-driven, and showing evidence of innovation/creativity. 
•Evidence of good self-confidence, mainly in proposing new ideas.
•Solid skill in Ms. Office and other creative applications.
•Good command of English

5. Recruiter (Contract)

Job Descriptions

•To manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews and offer management for positions primarily in engineering functions but not limited to non-engineering functions
•To work with Human Resource Business Partner and Hiring Manager to understand the business context and identify hiring needs
•Ability to manage stakeholders expectations during the recruitment process and build a strong relationship with them
•To facilitate actively and  think strategically in proposing solutions to fulfill hiring needs
•Ensure hiring is facilitated and executed properly within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
•Manage to onboard and coordinate with related departments to ensure a smooth hiring process until the candidates are onboarded in the company.
•Collaborate with the Regional Talent Acquisition team to form best practices in hiring.

Qualifications

•Bachelor Degree preferred with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a recruitment agency agency or a fast-growing company
•Deep understanding of end to end recruitment process
•Good stakeholder management along with relationship building skills
•Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods and sourcing tools
