1. Business Editor - Jakarta
JOBS DESCRIPTION
- Experience of making judgments on matters of greater editorial and ability to prioritize and interpret the key stories of the day
- Overseeing and editing daily business news article.
- Work closely with reporters to respond of any issues that arise and ensure news deadlines are met
- Collaborate with Editor in Chief to determine and prioritize Business or Economy content and topics
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- At least have 3 years of experience as a news editor at the online media company, especially in Business / Economic Desk
- Strong journalism background with proven writing and news editing skills, exceptional organizational skills and experience managing news reporters
- Attention to detail, combined with an appreciation of the 'bigger picture'
- Have good communication and leadership skills
2. General Affair Associate - Surabaya
JOBS DESCRIPTION

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

JOBS DESCRIPTION
- Source and recruit candidates by using an online database
- Assist recruitment process, start from preparing job ads, CV screening, shortlisting, preparing an interview, maintain database candidates, contacting candidate, etc
- Provide day-to-day assistance to the recruiter.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Final semester or fresh graduated in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other related majors
- Having basic knowledge in the recruitment process and sourcing technique would be preferred
- Available for min. 3 months internship period with min. 4 days/week
- Good communication skills
- Based in Surabaya and or in East Java would be preferred
4. Reporter (News) IDN Times - Jakarta
JOBS DESCRIPTION
- Write some stories based on information on assigned topics to report accurate and timely news.
- Arrange interviews with the sources in a bid to gather information for news items and you will contribute pictures, video, and text updates to mobile platforms consistently throughout the day.
- Finalize the news content
- Keep up with all the national or international news happening
- Follow related events and other media sources to stay informed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- At least have 2+ years experience as a Reporter, focused on Politic/Megapolitan Desk
- Strong work ethic and passion for hard news
- Ability to work with a tight deadline and under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving
- Professional fluency in English would be preferred (oral & written)

5. Digital Marketing Specialist - Jakarta
JOBS DESCRIPTION
- Manage a high volume of paid media budgets
- Track, measure, optimize and report performance of paid ad campaigns
- Provide subject matter expertise on paid media, web analytics, user experience and behavior, data analysis and reporting
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in process (i.e. automation, software, tools)
- Develop keyword research, keyword lists, and keyword bucketing
- Develop, analyze and optimize keyword ad copy and landing pages
