1. Engineering Procurement Sect. Manager
Job Roles:
- Implement and monitor procurement strategies and processes to achieve the departmental goals and targets set by General Manager.
- Ensure that the departmental target established is fully understood and complied by all staff and achievable on year to year basis.
- Ensure that our business and procurement code of ethics are always maintained at the highest standard at all times and consistently across all staff.
- Analyze markets situation and develop the right supply strategies.
- Identify market opportunities and turn those into cost saving achievements.
- Provide relevant data/ inputs to the lines/users on change of certain spending pattern for their acknowledgement and review as part of procurement strategy improvement process.
- Consistently try and identify area of weaknesses within the department as part of continuous effort to improve the department.
- Formulation of effective and efficient contracting strategies by giving relevant inputs to our users, buyers as well as legal colleague.
- Real commitment towards OHS Management; ensure that employees under his/ her supervision are responsible for implementation of OHS Management, lead/ participate in OHS related key activities/ programs within the company.
General Requirements:
- Experience in procurement, supply chain management, logistics, business development, technical sales or contract management. Some knowledge of business law and negotiation skill will be desired.
- Education: A university graduate from all related fields.
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in contracting & procurement with minimum of 5 years of experience in managing team.
Technical Skill/Ability:
- Good command in English in both writing as well as spoken.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Good computer skills and analytical skills.
Soft Skill/Ability:
- Managerial skill, strong business acumen and reasoning skills
Professional Certification (if any):
- Supply Chain Management by ITC Geneva.

CORPORATE FINANCE OFFICER
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support superior in the corporate finance and investor relations activities.
- Participating and maintaining communication with various stakeholders such as lenders, banks, bonds holders, rating agencies and etc.
- Makin presentation and liaise with banks as potential financing partners and analyze financing strategies in relates with certain development and projects of the company.
- Preparing the company's quarterly investor update material.
- Daily or periodical maintenance of financial compliance activities including interaction with other departments and/or external parties.
- Maintain updated financial compliance activities mapping prepare regular reporting (bond yield, forex loan, etc)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Having 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Auditing Consultant, Capital Market/Sekuritas or Banking

Job description :
- Managing & support all clinic administration (reimbursement, sick leave, liaison, insurance etc)
- Provide medical administration services to employees
- Clinic administration database control
- External parties patient arrangement
- Act as paramedic team while in shift schedule to looking hospital provider & communicate with the hospital
Requirements :
- D3 in major Nursing or Public Health
- Have experience 1 - 3 years as clinic administration or paramedic in related industry
- Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
- Have basic knowledge "keperawatan dasar" & Paramedic knowledge (Basic Life Support, First Aid, BTCLS)
- Have a good skill in Ms Office application (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Good in english both spoken or written & also communication skills

Job Description :
1. Prepare and update key data and metrics on Talent Mapping & High Potential Identification process.
2. Prepare and ensure infrastructure readiness for Talent Mapping, High Potential Identification process, Career Communication, and career planning program
3. Prepare and update career development data for STAR talent & infrastructure readiness for IDP process
4. Prepare data for IDP implementation & evaluation report
5. Prepare promotion & progression data. Also analysing data related to Talent Development Section.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/Management/Psychology/Accounting/Business
- Have an experience 1 - 3 years as Talent Development/ Talent Management
- Have a good knowledge in term of Talent Management or Career Management
- Excellent in Microsoft office especially using excel program
- Fluent in English both spoken & written. Good communication skill.

5. Legal Operation & Projects Sr. Officer
JOB PURPOSE:
Review, check and process any legal matters in relation to operation and project to support the Company’s objectives and comply with the prevailing laws & regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and process any information to resolve legal issue or complete legal document in relation to the Company’s operation and project matters to fulfill the Company’s needs and comply with the prevailing laws and regulations.
- Review and process any request of legal matters in relation to TSPD, Manufacturing, CNP and IT in order to support the Company’s objectives and comply with the prevailing laws and regulations.
- Gather and process the legal matters or documents of the Company’s projects which related to operation & production (including expansion) in order to fulfill the legal requirements and support the Company’s objectives.
- Real commitment towards OHS Management; ensure that employees under his/ her supervision are responsible for implementation of OHS Management, lead/ participate in OHS related key activities/ programs within the company.
General Requirements:
- Experience as supervisory level in manufacturing company, preferably in petrochemical, oil & gas or chemical company.
Education: Minimum S1
Experience: Minimum 5 years in legal position
Technical Skill/Ability:
- Able to draft and review contract or legal document, particularly in relation to procurement, construction, engineering, operation and commercial.
- Able to provide legal opinion/advice in accordance with the prevailing regulations.
- Demonstrative knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with government and/or commercial contract, administration, particularly contract negotiation, preparation and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
