1. Future Bankers Program (FBP)

Future Bankers Program (FBP) is 6 month program aimed at early-career talents who are keen to take on sales, service roles in banking industry. The program has been designed to provide you with an comprehensive banking knowledge and experience in banking business process. You will learn many aspects of knowledge related to designated position in banking industry and develop core competencies and technical skills which will fast-track your career as a bankers.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 (all major)
  • Fresh graduate or having work experience maximum of 2 years
  • Demonstrate the following qualities: good integrity, business acumen, communication/interpersonal skills, target-driven, meticulous, high motivation and growth mindset
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin are preferable
  • Location Placement Jakarta

2. Retail IFRS9 Modelling

We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform review and annual update on Retail IFRS9 parameters such as PD, LGD, EAD, and Forward – Looking factors.
  • Liaise with IT Team to ensure IFRS9 parameters are set up correctly.
  • Perform UAT on any enhancement (i.e. model change, local/group initiatives)  which impacted IFRS9 ECL calculation
  • Participate in Group and OJK Stress Testing
  • Ensure timely submission on monthly reporting to internal UOB and regional counterparts
  • Support ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and simulation related to IFRS9 parameters and ECL amount.
  • Support in annual external audit review on ECL model and calculation
Job Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in handling IFRS9 and Provision modeling
  • Experience in Credit Risk is preferred
  • Able to operate SAS program or familiar with coding
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work in team
  • Independent and able to work in multiple tasks

3. Management Associate Programme 2024

You will start and end the UOB Management Associate Programme at the Home Division of your choice where you will receive the intensive training. Over these 18 months, you will also be rotated to other business divisions, where you will learn about key aspects of our business, such as customer engagement, business product & process, governance & controls, and in-country corporate projects. In each rotation, you will be given strategic projects that have significant impact for the bank and present it to our Senior Management.

Job Requirements
  • A minimum Bachleor degree from a recognised local or overseas university
  • GPA > 3.30
  • Less than 2 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Drive and passion in banking
  • An impressive leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Our Management Associates are good communicators who are confident and professional in their delivery. They have the ability to relate and engage stakeholders within and outside of UOB. They are also able to work well under pressure and have the aptitude to synthesise complex information and develop innovative solutions

4. Finance Development Program

The Finance Development Program is 12-month program aimed at early-career talents who are keen to take on leadership and financial roles within the bank. The program has been designed to provide you with an accelerated induction experience in Finance roles. You will learn many aspects of finance side in banking industry and develop core competencies and technical skills which will fast-track your career in financial field.

Job Responsibilities

Over these 12 months, you will also be rotated to various segments in finance divisions, where you will learn about key aspects of our business. In each rotation, you will be given strategic projects that have significant impact for the bank and present them to our Senior Management.

Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering and Science with minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
  • Maximum of 1 year work experience
  • A pass from online job assessment
  • Leadership experiences in campus or student organizations
  • Growth mindset, resilience and ability to adapt
  • Numerical and analytical thinking
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation in English skill

5. Wintel System Administrator

Job Responsibilities

1. Untuk melakukan eskalasi kepada atasan dengan cara yang tepat, terkait dengan insiden, pemenuhan permintaan, atau masalah. Menawarkan solusi yang diajukan sebagai pertimbangan atasan
2. Memastikan semua ketersediaan infrastruktur, integritas, dan kerahasiaan TI penting dalam cakupan wintel
3. Mendukung project terkait Infrastruktur TI, mulai dari inisiasi project hingga implementasi.
4. Memastikan implementasi best practice untuk aktifitas sehari-hari server-server Wintel.
5. Bekerja-sama dengan tim support internal dan pihak ketiga dalam implementasi permintaan perubahan, dan troubleshooting untuk server-server Wintel.
6. Memastikan implementasi patch management untuk seluruh server-server Wintel, termasuk baseline patch, security patch, dan hardening.
7. Menangani kinerja sistem keamanan, menganalisis masalah dan melaporkepada manajemen.
8. Memastikan semua infrastruktur TI lokal telah didokumentasikan sesuai data terbaru.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (S1)
  • Experience in problem resolution with IT systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server Operating System, Exchange Server and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with Sever hardware (i.e. HP server family)
