1. IT Support Engineer
About the Role
Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you’re ready to be our IT Support Engineer. In this role, you will be an integral player within the IT End User Support team based in Indonesia. Focusing heavily on improving the efficiency of IT support, you will use your strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills while working collaboratively with the IT team such as Asset, Core Infra, and Automation in efforts to deliver an exceptional IT service experience. The folks in the IT End User Support Global will be your companions on this ride. Your efforts will directly influence the performance of our business process.
What You Will Do
•Deliver technical assistance and maintain IT infra using CRM tools (Salesforce) on a daily basis
•Perform the installation and configuration of software, hardware and other devicesContribute to the enhancement of SOP and process design implementation

About the role:
Our Driver Partners are one of the key pillars of our business. From delivering food orders to transporting people and goods from one place to another, there is very little that they can’t do. As a product manager for the Driver Earnings & Experience team, you’ll take the wheel in solving driver partner problems, helping define product visions, and building these products to scale. You’ll be the gatekeeper of the core order booking flows in the Gojek driver app while also looking at other components to reduce driver’s friction on and off booking such as solving for supply demand imbalances, helping drivers maximize their earning potential etc. Working closely alongside talented designers, researchers, engineers, and data scientists, you'll craft beautifully simple solutions for our consumers and internal teams to enjoy. And you will execute creative copywriting for any campaign executing creative campaigns for Gojek’s vast array of products. Reporting to the Group Head of the Creative stream, You’ll get your hands dirty in executing marketing creatives, marrying insights from user behaviors and trends, and relatable content. However, showing the ability to identify and check in with the managers on the viability of approach options.
What You Will Do
•Articulate the creative team’s concept into a copy and content form. Simplify very complex messages with simple copywriting
•Always aim for readability and clear delivery of the idea and message
•Collaborate with the team to understand what they want out of a project, and help them get those ideas out in a workable wayContribute to brainstorming sessions and execute marketing creativesWork hand in hand with Art Director and Graphic Designers
