1. IT Support Engineer

About the Role

Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you’re ready to be our IT Support Engineer. In this role, you will be an integral player within the IT End User Support team based in Indonesia. Focusing heavily on improving the efficiency of IT support, you will use your strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills while working collaboratively with the IT team such as Asset, Core Infra, and Automation in efforts to deliver an exceptional IT service experience. What You Will Do

•Deliver technical assistance and maintain IT infra using CRM tools (Salesforce) on a daily basis
•Perform the installation and configuration of software, hardware and other devicesContribute to the enhancement of SOP and process design implementation

About the role: 

Our Driver Partners are one of the key pillars of our business. From delivering food orders to transporting people and goods from one place to another, there is very little that they can’t do. As a product manager for the Driver Earnings & Experience team, you’ll take the wheel in solving driver partner problems, helping define product visions, and building these products to scale. Reporting to the Group Head of the Creative stream, You’ll get your hands dirty in executing marketing creatives, marrying insights from user behaviors and trends, and relatable content. However, showing the ability to identify and check in with the managers on the viability of approach options.

•Articulate the creative team’s concept into a copy and content form. Simplify very complex messages with simple copywriting
•Always aim for readability and clear delivery of the idea and message
