1. Trainee BAP Priority Acquisition Specialist (BAP PAS)

BAP Priority Acquisition Specialist is a 6 months fast-track training program for the best young talents to directly contribute to bank’s growth revenue that involving in-class and on-the job training. Graduates from this program will be placed in sales department to develop leads for potential new priority and/or preferred customers.

Kualifikasi Minimum

•Bachelor degree with min. GPA 3.00

•Preferable Fresh Graduates or max. 1 year working experience

•Passionate in sales role

•Enjoy networking

•Have good communication & negotiating skills

•Attractive personality with basic financial & digital banking knowledge

•Willing to work at all Jabodetabek area

2. Trainee BAP Operations 

This is a one-year training program that includes class-room training, on-the-job learning and coaching by subject matter experts to support bank’s operation.

You will be trained and coached to be able to fulfill various roles as a part of our operations team such as handling payment operations, branch operations, trade operations, loan operations, and many other operations roles. You will also be equipped with leadership and soft skill trainings to prepare you to become people manager. Your line manager and buddy and peers will be available as your source of learning. The program will not only prepare you for the targeted operations roles but will also help you to grow professionally and personally.

Kualifikasi Minimum

To be successful in this program, you are required to have :

•Having bachelor degree from reputable universities with major in engineering/industrial engineering/law/economic/management

•Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00

•Fresh graduates or with working experience less than 2 years

•Focus on process and solution oriented

•Analytical, innovative and have problem solving experience

•Able to work in a team, you know how to follow a leader and you have interest to build your leadership potential

•Like to have friends and build relationship with people

•Can communicate your ideas and thought well and people/friends can understand you easily

•Willing to work hard to complete tasks/assignment/learning new things

•Want to ensure that your friends know you are a responsible person

•Comfortable working with numbers, have a good command on excel and you are adaptable working with routine

3. Mortgage Sales Specialist - Surabaya 

Processing the acquisition of targeted new debtors (mortgage) with build the partnership with developers, brokers and branches. Ensure the loan (mortgage) process in line with the policy and regulations. Providing excellent service to debtors / prospective debtors without ignoring policies, instructions, procedures have been established by bank.

Kualifikasi Minimum

•S1 any major

•Minimum 1 year experience as mortgage sales.

•Have a basic knowledge of the banking lending and mortgage.

•Strong analitycal skill

•Good selling skill and strong network, especially in mortgage

•Confident and tenacious in getting prospective debtors and doing cross selling

4. Trainee BAP MSS - Jabodetabeka 

BAP Mortgage Sales Specialist is a 6 months fast-track training program for the best young talents to directly contribute to bank’s growth revenue that involving in-class and on-the job training. Graduates from this program will be placed in sales department to perform the role of advising clients on property, property brokers, and mortgage solutions.

Kualifikasi Minimum

•Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university with All major

•Min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00

•Interested in property sales role

•Good business acumen, analytical, and problem solving ability

•Have an attractive personality

•Enjoy networking

•Good command of English, both written and verbal

5. Database Administrator (Jobstreet)

Requirements

·      Ensuring integrity, availability, and performance for various database system (e.g. MS SQL, DB2, S/4 HANA).

·      Resolve database issues in accurate and timely fashion.

·      Monitor database performance and recommend improvements.

·      Provide technical support, maintenance and troubleshoot related to database systems.

·      Assist capacity planning, storage management and data maintenance.

·      Plan and perform database recovery/backup task.

·      Perform database failover between data center.

·      Recommend database techniques and best practice to support business.

·      Monitor database usage and log files.

·      Assists in implementing new features and program fixing in database (procedures, views, functions)

·      Monitoring database for slow process, locking, etc.

·      Provide suggestion/information to business user for database patch level and database end of support date.

·      Willing to work outside business hour/days

·      Able to work efficiently under pressure.

Qualification:

·      Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline.

·      Minimum 3 years of working experience in database fields, preferably in banking industry.
