1. Medical Delegate
As a Medical Delegate, you will actively educate Healthcare Professionals on the importance of exclusive breastfeeding during the first 6 months of life and the continuation of it for as long as possible after the introduction of complementary feeding. When breastfeeding is not possible - to provide accurate and scientific information to Healthcare Professionals based on expressed needs, about Nestlé's Infant Nutrition Products and services: their fact based features, advantages, benefits and their appropriate use within the compliance with WHO Code, Indonesian Laws and Regulations, Nestlé Policy and Procedures for the Implementation of the WHO International Code of breastmilk substitutes. To provide accurate and factual information regarding the hazards/dangers linked to the use of inappropriate Breastmilk substitutes, i.e. Cow's / Buffalo's milk, rice water.
A day in the life of Medical Delegate
•Healthcare Professionals recommendation of Nestlé's Infant Nutrition Products when exclusive breastfeeding is not possible. Be the recognized Trusted Nutrition Solutions Provider by and with Healthcare Professionals
•Develop long-term mutually beneficial professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals
•Optimum territory coverage and management including prospection and insights gathering and sharing (i.e. competitive intelligence), through relevant tools/systems like the Customer Relationship Management 2.0 and Medconnect
•Creation, implementation and Execution of agreed territory action plan within the allocated resources
What will make you successful
•A bachelor-degree holder (S1) from reputable university, with minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA from Science educational background
•Min 1 year experience in detailing nutrition/pharmaceutical products
•Managed independently territory under challenging/demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals
•Managing projects/tasks such as organizing activates with medical/paramedical health professionals on topics related to infant nutrition, products, R&D, etc.
•Experience in identifying and working with new institutions & Healthcare Professionals and developing existing relationships
•Fluent in English both verbal & written
•Experience in a highly regulated health care environment Experience in relationship development and management
•Independent player and self-driven but able to work in a team Good Analytical and communication skills
•Good knowledge in operating the MS Office
2. Business Planning and Reporting Specialist
A day in the life of Business Planning and Reporting Specialist
•Responsible for relevant management reports on main business Objectives/ Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to local Management •Provide relevant reporting to support business decision via market report generation that useful for NIM businesses (e.g. Income Statement by Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), etc)
•Responsible for submission of Magnitude packages within Group deadlines and relevants reporting for the Group/ Zone (e.g. Monthly Zone deck, Yearly Inno Reno reports, etc).
•Consolidate financial planning of NIM businesses, including monthly busines review presentation Provide support for various analysis/ alternative to support decision-making process for F&B (e.g. Profit & Loose (PL) affiliates, Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) financial justification for export, etc).
•Support business co-pilots for business planning process by providing history information and simulation (e.g. Real Internal Growth (RIG)/ Organic Growth (OG) calculation and simulation)
•Monitor Product Fixed Marketing Expense (PFME) spending and proactively coordinate with Business Controllers to managed spending expectation
•Validate and monitoring CAPEX of non-production budget spending
•Perform the period-end close in Business Planning & Reporting (BPR) area including the reconciliation Provide KPMG financial data
•Comply to system maintenance such as allocation rules, regular data checks, and allocation/ distribution activities for Profit & Loose (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS).
•Integration with other functional applications and drive resolution of issues at source
•Be a super user for area under responsibility including perform testing of new functionalities delivered from GLOBE before implementation
What will make you successful

•Responsible for internal and external training implementation •Responsible in general training administration (Training Need Analysis, Training Matrix, Training Catalogue, Training Record, Training Evaluation)
•Ensure training program implementation and responsible to build up Competency Matrix, Competency Building Plan, and Training Plan •Drive and coordinate Leadership Development Program
•Implement onboarding training for new hire by involving respective subject matter expert in factory

•Having experience one or several career steps in factory or decision support
•Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
•Good Command of English
5. Total Rewards Specialist
What will make you successful
•A bachelor-degree holder (S1) with minimum 3 out of 4.0 GPA, from Accounting, Business Administration or Math
•Having at least 2-3 years’ experience in Total Reward function •Advance in using Ms Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
•Good Command of English
•Proficient in SAP and Payroll System
•Understand Local employment law & labor regulations
•Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting
