Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
•Develop, execute and manage the strategic plan to grow Shopee sellers offline & online
•Constantly source, network, and expand the coverage of Shopee sellers
•Conduct roadshow, training, events and other related activities to support the Shopee sellers
•Generate needful content depending on the needs of the sellers
•Perform tracking and analysis to continually advancing the sellers
•Project coordination with team members and related departments
•Support Marketing team and other related departments during peak season to ensure business is running smoothly
Persyaratan:

2. Legal and Finance - SeaBank, Treasury Business Finance
Job Description:
•Monitor daily liquidity and treasury performance
•Review presentation provided by Asset and Liability Management Team
•Prepare Base lending rate calculation submitted to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK)
•Prepare the presentation for monthly performance of Treasury Assets
Requirement:
•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
•Experience working in reputable Bank or Big 4 is highly desired for 2 years at the minimum, preferably audit banking industry
•Minimum 1 years of experience in Treasury Business Finance in Banking
•Good understanding on Bank’s processes
•Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
•Excellent time management skills
•Able to work with fast-paced environment
•Fast learner and ability to adapt
3. Business Development and Partnership - ShopeeAds Relationship Manager
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
•Develop and maintain a close relationship with Shopee sellers
•Analyse sellers’ Paid Ads performance to see opportunities to drive transaction and revenue performance
•Develop proposed ideas and strategic initiatives for Shopee sellers through pitching and presentations
•Conduct Paid Ads performance review with sellers; including product, stock, and pricing management
•Effectively and accurately respond and resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints related to Paid Ads
Persyaratan:
•Candidates with 2-3 years related experience in the e-commerce, consulting, or business management industry
•Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
•Good knowledge and passion for the e-commerce industry
•Sales spirit with good communication skills
•Great team player with the drive to constantly outperform your Key Performance Indicators
4. Marketing - Internship (Non-Project)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
•Assist in executing marketing campaigns and platform campaign setup
•Ensuring smooth and timely execution of campaigns and projects
•Manage and coordinate campaigns/projects between internal teams
•Regular monitoring of campaigns and reviewing against key performance marketing metrics
•Other ad-hoc tasks supporting the Marketing Non-Project team
Persyaratan:
•Currently pursuing/enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field

•Supporting finance team for checking and maintaining documents for business-related transactions

•Supporting finance-related ad-hoc analysis for both internal and external use
Persyaratan:
•Currently pursuing final semester (7 or 8) or freshly graduated in Accounting from reputable university
•Energetic and fast learner
•Fluent in English both written and oral
•Able to work Monday to Friday at working hours (must be someone who doesn’t have to attend any classes at all)
•Willing to work from the office

6. General Affairs Intern - Shopee Express (Jakarta) - Jobstreet
Persyaratan:
•Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dari segala jurusan
•Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai GA /General Affairs
•Terbiasa dalam menggunakan Ms. Excel (VLOOKUP, SUM IF, COUNT IF) serta memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik
