1. Product Planning Staff (Merchandiser)
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for controlling the products in the store, replenishing and adjusting according to the product situation
- Data analysis based on store/product dimensions, presented in the form of data tables or PPT
- Analyze the factor for product and performance improvement related issues, and provide solutions.
- Reviewing competitors, including pricing, profit, marketing and other progress
- Making predictions based on sales data, customer feedback and market trends
- Tracking sales to monitor product popularity
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree, at any field from reputable university with max. age of 30 years old
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Merchandiser or relevant categories in retail companies
- Proficient in operating Office software such as Excel, Word, and PPT
- Familiar with SAP operators is preferred
- Clear logical thinking, sensitivity to numbers and data;
- Have good communication skills and cross departmental collaboration skills, strong ability to work hard and withstand pressure
- Willing to travel for business purpose
2. Buyer Supervisor (Convenience & Beauty)
Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for searching and purchase goods for Convenience / Beauty categories
- Select product to be sell in stores and analyze for seasonal merchandise buying
- Sort out existing supply chain resources and complete commodity R&D according to the direction of business plan
- Negotiate, dealing and maintain professional relationships with factory owner / suppliers in order to fulfill production needs
- Responsible to apply payment request to Finance Department
- Making market and product analysis report (front margin, back margin and customer satisfaction)
- Coordinate with relevant department to ensure about purchase product
Requirements :
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree, at any field from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Buyer with relevant categories needs with managerial level position in big retail companies
- Rich resources of suppliers or factory networking
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Having good understanding in Retail business and Market connection
- Fluent English both oral and written (Mandarin to be advantage)
- Dynamic and willing to work in under pressure situation
3. General Affair Staff
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Process travel and accomodation request for employee business trip
- Process contract for apartments and vendors
- Process payment applications regarding invoices and procurements.
- Establish cooperation with external third party
- Process administration of General Affair data
- Be proactive and effective in the coordinating and monitoring work facilities, to ensure work process run well
REQUIREMENTS
- Maximum 28 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any fields, or Bachelor's Degree are preferred
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Be first impression of the company, should have good appearance, good attitude, and be professional at all times
- Has good ethics, manner, and personality

4. Graphic & Creative Designer
Responsibilities :
- Conceptualizes, plans, designs, and produces a wide range of specialized graphic/visuals solutions for company branding, marketing campaigns, promotional campaigns (digital & print), and all marketing channel contents.
- Create visual aspects of marketing materials (Banner, Flyer, Logo, Websites, Video, etc).
- Create and edit promotional and company profile video.
- Responsible for maintenance of marketing tools.
- Work as a part of the Creative Team which consists of Graphic Designers, Content Writer, Videographers, and Motion Designers.
- Supporting other project as assigned.
Requirements :
- Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication / Graphic Design / Art from reputable university.
- Minimal 2 years experience in retail company or design/advertising agency will be preferred.
- Have good knowledge and skill in photography, videography and video editing.
- Proficient in design programs (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effect, etc) is a MUST
- Recognize the design principles of hierarchy, contrast, repetition, alignment, balance, and others.
- Creative, detail and willing to work under pressure situation.
- Good in English both oral and written is a MUST, Mandarin to be advantage
5. Picker (Warehouse Karawang)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Mengambil dan mengumpulkan barang / produk sesuai dengan permintaan pada sistem
- Memeriksa dan menghitung kembali barang / produk yang akan dikirimkan ke toko
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK sederajat
- Bersedia menjadi Daily Worker terlebih dahulu, menjadi PKWT akan dipertimbangkan tergantung kinerja
- Usia maksimal 28 Tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Picker
- Terbiasa dengan target kerja yang tinggi
- Memiliki riwayat kesehatan yang baik
