1. Tax Intern
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Assist Associates level in preparing Monthly Withholding Tax (WHT), Value Added Tax (VAT) calculation, and Corporate Income Tax (CIT)
- Helps to ensure the accuracy and timely payment and submission of monthly and annual tax reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Persyaratan:
- Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree in accounting or fiscal study. Final year student is welcome to apply.
- Minimum GPA 3.3/4.0
- Proficiency in using Ms. Excel.
- Having good communication.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn.
- Willing to fully WFO in Jakarta
2. Product Management (Local Content) - Sea Labs
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Act as a specialist for the product in content-related products i.e Livestreaming & Video
- Work closely with Product Operations & Designers to improve existing products via data analysis and user understanding
- Maintain existing content related product features
- Give training to the other related teams when there is a new feature or product
- Do troubleshooting and SOP creation related to content product usage
- Work on administrative tasks of the content-related products
Persyaratan:
- Bachelor's or Master Degree from all majors with outstanding academic achievement
- Less than 1 year of work experience in product management is acceptable
- Internship experience in e-commerce industry or product management will be a plus
- Able to write & speak English fluently
- Willing to relocate to Jakarta, Indonesia upon offer acceptance
3. Cost Control Intern - Warehouse Shopee (Logos, Bekasi)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Handle invoice collection and submit invoices to the Finance department.
- Monitor and track payment progress for timely and accurate payments.
- Manage vendor claims.
- Create invoices for vendors.
- Monitor and report payment progress.
Persyaratan:
- Final Year Students or Recent Graduates from any majors are welcomed to apply (Accounting and Finance majors are preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Power Point).
- Experience in data processing using MS Excel is a must.
- Great attention to detail
- Willing to be placed in Logos, Bekasi
4. Customer Service - Operations (Jogja, Contract-based)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Handle customer inquiries from sellers and buyers through calls, social media, or email
- Manage and resolve customer-related issues and escalations
- Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
- Analyze customer experience reports and insights and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives
Persyaratan:
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree from any major
- At least 1-year experience in Customer Service, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills & customer-oriented, a team player, have a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn
- Have good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and motivated
- Willing to work in shifts and has a big interest in working in an e-commerce company
- Placement is in Yogyakarta for 3-6 months contract based
5. Customer Service Premium - Operations (Solo, Contract-based)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Handle CS end-to-end process, including complaints and inquiries from sellers and buyers Platinum Shopee through calls, email, and Live Chat
- Manage and resolve customer-related issues and escalations
- Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
- Analyze customer experience reports and insights, and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives
Persyaratan:
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree from any major
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service area
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, detail-oriented person, and good organizational skills
- Willing to work in shifts and has a big interest working in an e-commerce company
- Placement is in Solo for 3-6 months contract based
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
